Hi Fira
From the GM, it appears it’s in the hands of the courts, to make the final decision, Keras have announced the 19th of November as the date, but it will only be official after a RNS.
Even if the courts give the approval on the 19th it may not be enough time to get the details made public!
So we await further news from these court proceedings to see how the land lies!

Hi Fira - all things considered equal, logic would/should determine that there would be a step back in Keras SP after the Calidus demerger. However, given the company has a MCap of around £11m, and the value of the Keras holding in Calidus is around that self same value, there appears to be something missing in how the market is valuing KRS.
Given today's news ref: Manganese production starting imminently, it's fair to say that current market price does not reflect both ventures today.
All that told, I would suggest it'd be unlikely to see too much of a run to the bottom on Keras after the Calidus demerger, as it would mean attributing limited value to an approved, quick start, profitable mining initiative.
Fira, I thought it was the 19th - but many here are more well-read on this share than I am.
Keep looking for that phantom third RNS.
Well that "was" a busy day !!
38 million on HL
8 million on NEX
Not sure where else to look !

Fira, Don't forget the distribution of Calidus shares that are coming your way - soon!
Gravy train.
Fira, You have boarded this grace train - at just the right stop.
Hope that some SMiLers have been taking my hints on this one, over the past couple of months.
I guess the T's and I's crossing 'n dotting will tell all this week............!
ffs PC.......... nice figures :()
All the best (well done everybody :)
Thanks JimBL
So if we take off this costing of $1.80 from the $3.30 per DMTU gives us profit figures of :
Monthly £236k
Yearly £2.83 million
Based on the starting quantity of Manganese!
Not sure how the offtaker agreement affects this costing model .....if at all?
PC
Pretty sure it was stated to be below $1.80 for a lower cost start-up.
Firs, Glad you invested?
Now, we just need someone to recommend those in power of an SML-KRS merger.
I suggest those that have been here since 2012 think a wait of 7 years in plenty far enough! ;-)
Thanks for that blast from the past!
My current spreadsheet based on this weeks Mn price and dollar exchange ( 37% Mn purity)
Monthly revenue £519k
Yearly revenue £6.23 million
Now I’m sure someone said production costs were at $2 but would like that confirmed at some stage to add into the calculations!
But all looking good for the long term!
PC
Thanks for confirming.
Revenue. Not sure of profitability but with ZERO capex for existing plans of 6800t/month - one assumes margins are high
Profit or revenue?

Great background (and reminder!) - @ $3.8 -3.2 per dmtu equates to about $142-$120/tonne ore
6,800t/month = $816k/month - Mn Ore has been as high as $8 dmtu in recent times
