The fact is the people dealing with mining licenses now - the ministry of mines - will be the same people dealing with it in a years time. An incoming gov isn’t going to overturn this.
Daz,
I agree that we might be getting ahead of ourselves but you do not have any proof of - "given the required tweaks I suggest Kodal havent satisfied "submission of the required documentation". That is ludicrous to state. I feel that these amendments were known about by both sides and had already been addressed. Kodal had delays that weren't anything like Mali Lithium . Apart from iv) in ther RNS I expect this to be completed in a couple of weeks. The PM's signature may or may not take longer. Perhaps with a Democratic Government in place these applications can be speeded up as long as everything is correctly in place.

nothing new there from May 4th,what's the point.
Some people don’t have access to Twitter Share , and with all the scaremongering going on 24 hrs a day over the weekend by the chuckle brothers, I thought I would remind investors what the company is stating.. 4 days closer to the license then..
That was the point!!

I'm suggesting you are wrong about i) ii) iii). There has been delays already and that's why Bernard is positive that these point won't be delayed much longer. The amended application will have been submitted end of the week. Payment made immediately the letter from DNGM. They won't be using an old 60's typewriter with one finger typed out by some 6o yr old secretary, with carbon paper copies. In the video he is almost saying that Kodal and the Mali Government are in agreement to quicken this process up. Kodal's team are in place to make payment, sign documents and finalise. They are not in any far other place. They are all on the ground zero waiting in place to get moving on the actual mine itself.
Ffs Daren, give it a rest man.. you and Fjet have been wrong with all your predictions so far, move on and give your fingers a rest.. none stop bashing day in day out..
get a life please!!
Liam I don't believe a word you say. You are wrong.
None holder
Refrain from posting
That's rubbish liam, you are doing your usual scaremongering. It'll be weeks until licence signed not months, and prob a gold update in next few weeks.
Daz
I feel you are being deliberately negative on parts i) ii) iii)
The wording on iii) is a tad subjective as these are merely templates and don't need to be drafted for every application, rather like a RNS template.
iv ) may be delayed but I'm hoping this s swiftly signed off after getting this far.
Just to add I wouldn't be surprised if when these two are completed part iii) of the RNS will be again automatically activated. Kodal may wait for all of these to be completed but if they know from ii) to iii) takes longer due to bureaucratic procedures they may not wait to send out a RNS.
Bernard is keen now to file as much good news to shareholders as he can.
Next week we go again. Should be getting news on progress next week. Have a good weekend all
Bernard said the money for the updated application is ready and waiting to be paid. As soon as the application has been accepted in it will be automatically sent. No waiting at all.
This could be today, tomorrow, sunday but more than probably by Monday I feel at the latest.
Hopefully Kodal will send me an email with this completion.
Laddy, possibly I would not disagree. We will see. Complicated area RNS at moments like these.
I wouldn’t expect an rns for the revised application(could be wrong) but I would expect an rns when kod pay the fee....as this is significant money going out of the company - I think next week we will get an update on gold shortly followed by the fee which will build on the share price currently nicely consolidating around this level
Back to Kodal.Tho I doubt it will be rns’d it would be nice if company tweeted that required amendments ( I’m sure they have) have been submitted as guidelined in interview.
