Spodumene prices moving higher and looking very strong for coming years before supply shortage hits the market.
US$1.4 Bln revenues estimates should be revised lot higher in that case.
Accumulator increased buys to just under £10k providing strong support for each step up
Will be nice to see some sort of news in this week.
About to enter higher price bracket.
Deffo not to be sitting on the fence at this stage or one can miss on large gains coming here soon.
Check out the number of buys that have gone through for £4,991 or there abouts - I count 10 since open. Someone gradually and quietly building IMO
shooting up
Feeling very relaxed about this now. Gold and licence update due anytime. Wouldn’t be surprised if there was some indication of interest from outside parties too.
Progress at Bougouni lithium project in southern Mali
Run by experienced mining professionals
Gold assets add additional upside
Nothing too exciting but there’s relentless buying. Moved through 0.2 nicely
x4 at around £5k, x1 at £19.5k
What size were the large trades?
4 largish trades of similar number of shares. Same person building?
Kodal Minerals sees $50mln free cash a year from Bougouni lithium project.
With Lithium prices expected to double in next few years, company most likely would have to revise the above $50m annual Free cashflow much higher in my view.
The large uncrossing trade on Friday was 1.95, hoping to build in that
looks like a wee dip first. lets see if we can get past .2 todays GLA
but want also funny it chould have more life in it
Agree totally, I have 13m at the moment and am working on doubling up this week.
Sold out of prem, orosur and Eurasia to build a game changer ,fingers crossed and all that bs.
This is a red hot share, no doubt
Best of luck to all, old and new
Agree. Revised figures should be much higher keeping in perspective that Lithium prices are expected to rise much further with supply shortage coming up.
US$1.4 Bln can be used as Base case scenario. Could see the revenue forecasts revised upwards to US$2 Bln or more at higher lithium prices and also if LOM can be icreased to lets say 12 years from 8.5 yrs estimated currently.
Whichever way you look at it, phenomenal Upside here. Upside from Gold projects would be extra bonus on top of flagship Bougiuni estmates.
As stated the feasibility study for valuation is flawed due to the size of the prospect that isnt included and well as the rocketing lithium price. We have the largest acreage of any other company in Mali with LOM in nearby developments with less acreage of 20 years. The LOM should extend out way beyond the 8.5 years with further work but the feasibility study is required for initial project financing. Its a monster!
You can use this to work out a potential but not exact Mcap.
As per approved Feasibilty study:
Total revenues in excess of US$1.40 Billion over 8.5 year mine life using spodumene 6% price estimates of $680/tonne.
Current price closing in at $700 and forecasted to go lot higher.
Estimated C1* cash costs of US$431 per tonne of concentrate (US$466 including royalties and sustaining capital).
Minimum 8.5-year mine life, producing on average approximately 220,000 tonnes of ~6% spodumene concentrate per annum.
