Thoughts for results coming up?
https://www.keller.com/investors/shareholder-information/dividend-information.aspx
Seems to have a history of massive swings,
20% up in 2 weeks and so much more to come. Well done to the brave who bought at the recent lows !!!!
Same - hopefully it goes up. This is one share i'm in a dilemma about. I need to sell some of my holdings in the next 3-4 months, but i'm hoping I could avoid selling this one lol. Just need my other ones to go up...!
Hope so! I am tempted to double my holding and average down but would take me over 10% holding in single share dilema! Final results backend of February.
Big early trade of 150000 shares this morning, the sp is creeping up slowly slowly. Time will tell but i feel we may have seen the lows already !!!
Under £5 , who would have thought ! but it could very well go lower. One needs nerves of steel to buy anything right now , but KLR looks so compelling at this price !!!
£502 , crazy drop but i wont be going all in .
3 of the directors purchased shares recently. So good gesture IMO!
...surely the bottom!
At this price it is a buy and put away, just for the divi, as IMHO I feel the recent report, (if it told all), wasn't bad enough to warrant the huge drop.
So is it oversold or have we got more bad news on the way?
Generally the BoD are pretty straight, but these days...who can we trust!
This is all macro environment related. Sad to see but for those with cash this could provide a very nice income. DT rules the world for now but i no like and would like nothing more that to see him face slapped. £5 & im back in.
The company have maintained or increased dividend every year since IPO in 1994 dont think they will want to blemish that record.
Bloody hell, i did not think we would see the sp at these levels, considering again a not so bad trading report. I would not be in a rush to buy even at these levels as with the market turmoil out there at the present , any bad news could send the price even lower. The yield is ever so attractive assuming the co does not clip it to conserve cash !
Didn`t think it would drift below £6 might be time to average down.
That made me chuckle, no i don't but happy to agree with them. Funnily enough i work in construction management and when i saw the drop for this industry stalwart I thought something catastrophic must have happened... and it hasn't. Keller involved in such a breadth of ongoing, basic, essential projects.
IMO you can't just devalue it by approaching a third 'just like that'. TBH it's an outlier for me as I'd need to expend more research before deploying serious wedge, but common sense will do for my level of entry. One of my 'comfortable outliers'. ATB and good to talk
swest42 - do you work for Barclays ?
Broker note last week :
16-Oct-18:Barclays-Overweight-914.00
Sounds about right.
Fair and balanced comments. Personally mine are bottom draw for a while. Enhanced divi, company not spectacular but v solid. When things settle 900s realistic target. Comfortable addition to balanced folio at this price and content with caviat patience required. ATB
Markets remain challenging is an understatement. With operations in The Middle East, Brazil, and the Group’s very large Caspian project now complete no wonder the SP is declining . This on top of a now weaker Construction outlook in Asia as you say afrc time to sit it out . Could easy go a lot lower , least the divi will look more attractive. GLA
Although i am confident long term the sp will recover , short term it will be floating at this level and judging from the buyers/sellers ratio, that's what the market thinks so. I would not be in a rush to buy yet.
That was quick , back to £7 . lovely. GLA
Not my usual sector but this has hit my radar and I'm in. Overreaction. Current volitilty offering opportunities out there this week. GL
Agree - should rebound by XMAS - DCF (5 year Discounted Cash Flow) is 1400+
Think the CEO is seriously overpaid at £1,400,000+ (increased by 20%+ in past year) for presiding over this fiasco and worse still, cynically trying to bury it on a bad market day !!! IMO time for immediate pay cut followed in short order by new blood. Still, must thank him for the buying opportunity ...
Dinoken , i never trust Broker notes they just play to there city chums. Hope you got a good price. Think this is an easy 20-25% win.
Think Berenberg got it right - 950 looks fair/low to me.
Great buying opportunity right now - bought back in myself.
Completely agree with you about them finding a good day to bury the 'bad' news.
