If he can’t get the resolutions passed he should resign immediately
The Ordinary Resolutions 1, 3 and 6 were carried as their vote exceeded the required threshold of 50% of proxies cast, voting in favour. The Special Resolutions, 2, 4, 5,7 and 8 were not carried as they did not reach the minimum threshold of 75% of proxies cast, voting in favour.
Tomorrow will decide whether the required approvals to provide kibo with the ability to raise follow-on finance to implement its business strategy will be given. I wonder which way the votes will go and whether egos will get in the way to the detriment of many.
Expects to reach financial close during the third quarter on the UK-based Southport waste-to-energy project.

Just thought I’d pop over to see Isthisawinner. Normally seen ramping dogs and commenting with an air of expertise.
Not looking good again are you?
Heading back under 0.06 now. Glad I only trade in places you’re not invested. Although maybe I should just short all your tips??
Hmmmm….If LC had his way the tea boy would get paid in script as well….:-)
How this man is allowed to continue as a director is beyond me … I considered a career change … but then remembered I had a conscience. Perhaps that’s why his own son left.
Another day in kibo land where LC is handing out confetti to anyone who will keep him in post.
The shares are being issued in respect of £22,408.86 in principal payment at an exercise price of £0.0072567 per Conversion Share in accordance with the terms of the Reprofiling Agreement.
Mast current trading at 0.012
They all swim in the same murky sh! t infested waters

Wonder who the broker is at Novum? Surely not Jon Belliss?
Says it all really.
Another great bit of business by LC.
He’s sold his soul to keep his Job / salary.
Lost his moral compass a while back.
The bigger shame is the knock on impact to other businesses seeking investment as there is little trust in the people that run them.
Vote against all resolutions
Trade near the close yesterday for 50 million shares. GLA
As far as I can ascertain, only those with ii can vote or if you have the shares in certificated form. Thanks to Brexit and the migration of Kibo to Euroclear, you don't actually own the shares that you bought, so don't have a right to vote.
I think the company knew this when they did it, and it worked in their favour because nobody could veto their shares against the company resolutions and they had free reign to do whatever they liked, however as time passed and a majority shareholders who were with ii managed to vote, hence why they adjourned the AGM's and EGM's .
That's the board of Kibo for you! of course now all they do is flaunt the unregulated AIM market with no fear of repercussions from the FCA or anyone else for that matter, issue themselves millions of shares that they have no authority to do and bingo, they vote through the resolutions and stick 2 fingers up to the shareholders who are no more than cannon fodder to them.
My advice , which is only my personal opinion as I'm not registered to give advice is to vote how I have voted, which is how I voted at all previous AGM's and EGM's and they got adjourned, work out the answer yourself.
I hope that helped you answer your question
best regards
Anyone - Advice on how to vote. Thanks
K
Monday might be interesting..gla
Mbeya is a decent project but six months on from the last update we get another update that really doesn,t tell us anything different
"The MoU sets out clear guidelines, deliverables and timelines for the conclusion of a Power Purchase Agreement ('PPA') and related implementation agreements between Mbeya Power Limited, a 100% owned subsidiary of Kibo Energy, and the Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited ('TANESCO')."
So Mbeya Power Limited and representatives of TANESCO have engaged several times over the past months, with the latest meeting concluding in agreement on the due diligence scope and process for TANESCO's due diligence on the MPP, in line with the agreed key project milestones.
Completion of Power Purchase Agreement with TANESCO - Q3 2023 as earlier operational update RNS.
Anyone would think there was ANOTHER EGM coming up and someone's touting for votes. I expect another RNS before the end of the month probable on waste to Energy / biofuels
Looks a reasonable deal on MAST if LC can convert to full JV in mid June.
Any increase in MAST should be reflected in KIBO but as we have seen before LC doesn't have many fans.
Heading to 0.2's if volume continues
Should be at least 8M market cap
Mast flying over 100%
Mast slowing down seems like investors are turning to kibo now
could this reach 0.1 this week?
GLA
That didn't last long
With such good news
Well, that makes a bit of reading...interesting to see how this new agreement goes
Kibo definitely seems to have turned in to a gravy train lifestyle share for the members of the board and family. Out of all of the AIM shares I have held this is the worst run company with by far the worst investment return, and I believe that it's probably going to get worse. I knew the risks, and fortunately with investment in SLP at the same time I am even across the Two shares, but this is a dog, and unless the management team changes it will have no credibility in the market and continue to be a dog.
