Kibo with interests in green power generation and battery storage could imo be sitting in a sweet spot. Gla. Dyor.
There is just LSE cant keep up!
No RNS out for mast though, so still might be processed when the penny drops.
The cynic in me senses this will probably conclude this week allowing those that know to buy and sell to their advantage. Surprised there’s not been a bigger reaction at mast.
To be fair SJB, he's been that for a decade.
True to form another missed deadline. The blokes a complete liability
To be paid to Kibo soon imo.
In addition, as per RNS dated 3rd July "we look forward to updating the market during the course of Q3 on a number of
exciting initiatives currently underway on both operational as well as corporate level”.

“ A part repayment of £800k to its majority shareholder, Kibo Energy PLC ('Kibo') with regards to the shareholder loan owing. Resultingly, this will reduce the total amount owing to Kibo to c. £432k. “. From the MED RNS.
Is the amount MED have undertaken to pay Kibo. Payment imo should take place on or around 28th July as far as i understand but i could be wrong. Gla

You'd need years and army of forensic accountants to unravel the web of businesses behind Kibo, that's why you'll never know what is really going on, or where all the money disappears to.

A part repayment of GBP800k to its majority shareholder, Kibo Energy PLC ('Kibo') with regards to the shareholder loan owing. Resultingly, this will reduce the total amount owing to Kibo to c. GBP432k.

GBP31 million, with no funding contribution from MED. MED will provide the required portfolio of low-carbon flexible gas generation peaker plants totalling a combined generation output of up to c. 33 MW to be developed and/or acquired within the next 12 months.
