If the oil price continues to rise it will make an IPO of USE more attractive.
Meanwhile some decent buying in Mast today up 4% so far.
Gla.
Foxy are you still holding or have you sold?
Let's see what price we get for these coal assets. The directors and ceo have shares in kibo so imo have a vested interest in turning this company around.
Still waiting for news on the IPO of USE, the development of a biofuel and on MED's JV.
Brent rebounding today up over 3%.

PMSL, where have you been the last 14 years
LC is Robin Hood, he steals from the poor to give to himself
It'll be enough to cover salaries
Net Assets 1.48 (2022) 11.81 (2021) 26.56 (2020) 28.30 (2019) 26.82 (2018)
And paid to achieve the above
Kibo's financial position has seemingly improved over the last few days, so it should now have a stronger hand when negotiating any proposed sale of its Tanzanian coal assets. Hopefully this will translate into a selling price which will make shareholders beam from ear to ear. Dyor. Gla
If the jv is agreed it's a good deal for kibo.
They seem confident it's going to happen imminently.
Be interesting to see what KIBO does with them . jury's out of that one
Utter muppett only rivaled by Neil Ritson
Based on todays news we'll be lucky to get two goats and a dozen eggs
I got out at just under4p years.ago but good luck atb to remaining holders
About $20m cost and applying the benchmark performances of -95% would equate to a sale of $1m . We'll see
A positive, lights get kept on for a while longer...
What a load of delusional tripe
Another milestone slips by. Feb Operational Update RNS "Completion of Power Purchase Agreement with TANESCO - Q3 2023" for Mbeya Power Project.
How anyone can look themselves in the mirror as a Director of this company is beyond me
This has always been a "lifestyle" company for Goatzee but certainly not for its shareholders. I got out at 2p all those years ago but have still followed the decline aided by Goatzee's BS.
Hi Wimbo, how you doing? long time.
it explicitly implies that they have been disposed of and yielded positive outcomes.
So what are these positives Louis?? i can't see any evidence
or do you mean you just wrote off 20 million from the accounts.
f*****g strange way of wording it
The Kibo strategy includes implementing an appropriate disposal and divestment or repurposing of all hydrocarbon and coal-based power projects and assets, maximising value from these projects for shareholders (RNS dated 16 June 2021).
Morning mate hope all is well. Any deep dive investigation into the what really goes on in general including with assets we have paid for and where they end up would be interesting to say the least. alas I doubt it will ever happen
"the disposal of its hydro-carbon and coal assets, have yielded positive outcomes for the Company. "
i must have missed that bit, can someone remind me how much cash the company received for the disposal of the coal assets, and who they were sold to? And i'm not a chemist so i'm only guessing, but hydro-carbons is different to coal, i didn't know we had any of those assets to dispose of?
All sounds like the usual deluded bull- s h i t to me. isn't it about time you actually delivered something??
Over 10 million shares bought on JSE today. Someone accumulating?
Brent smashing through $95 a barrel earlier today.
#USE
#KIBOENERGY
#WASTETOENERGY

TODAY:
Natural Gas up 5%
WTI Crude up 2%
Brent $92/Barrel up 1.7%
Agreed, higher oil prices should assist with an IPO of USE. Of course this is only my opinion. Let's Go Kibo!! Let's Go Boks!!
IPO of Kibo's USE imo getting easier by the day as Brent oil surges over $91/barrel. Waste to energy is the way to go. Hopefully the IPO now happens at a price even higher than originally thought All in my opinon. Dyor. Gla
I haven't been here for quite some time to post anything, I still hold shares, I check by to see how my nest egg is doing! Ha ha. It's hard to believe this company carries on, 5 years since the big drop, will it ever grown back to enable the 1p party that we read about back in those days? GLA
