A competência para responsabilizar outra sociedade por dívida trabalhista não é deste juízo, que se limita a supervisionar o cumprimento do plano aprovado. Diante disso, se os credores trabalhistas ratificarem sua pretensão de exclusão do processo, não terão direito a qualquer pagamento dos valores depositados em juízo, que se destinam ao cumprimento do plano.
