Isn’t just about every share a bargain at the moment ? All the conspiracy talk about Klaus Schwabb and world comic forum etc and the grrrat reset could be more true than we like to believe . At what point in the coming year of rising fuel snd energy and cost of living and political unrest around the world do people think the stock market is going to come good . ? I’m
Not so sure it will
@Bannor, I am with you on this: reasons for constant selling:
Forward selling --usualy with pre knowledge of cap raise pending.
Reduce market cap to make below asset value offer --a la Bacanora.
Distress sales--although I would expect a deal could have been arranged as sp has been forced
down for a few weeks now imo.
Which is most likely?
Been soaking them up for some time @Bannor. Sometimes you just have to sell, and sometimes it's impossible to resist a bargain. And 10.5p is an absolute bargain in my view. ;-)
& still someone(s) with lots of shares is creating downward pressure.... when will they run out ... OR is there some forward selling going on!!
Mr James ...... firstly Bannor didn't ask a question secondly what on earth makes you think you have the kudos/position to direct or ask anyone else to do anything ..... despite your frustrations at the current SP & inability to control the flow of content of any conversations.
Be careful mr.james. I just undertook my second suspension for harassing Mike, so watch what you say. How a person can mention the placement everyday for 6 months and not be seen to be trolling is anyone's guess.
Mike could you answer bannor :)
Bannor / this share is not worth 10p the way it is been managed.
.... especially when someone(s) seem determined to drag this under 10p again (or 0.1p pre consolidation) back to the levels of 10 years ago but with 6 x times the shares in issue..... Kept the boys in the lifestyle they'd become accustomed to though eh!! LoL :-))
jimb2/ we cannot even get 70p so you can take me to court for a day out ,you will make more money this winter growing Garlics.

jim , I agree , we have had to deal with some tremendous head winds over the last 3 years. ATB
Thank you Kindly jimb2 i have no intention of selling but would like the share to recover get some of my money back G L A
MJFMSG,
if you need £20K at the moment and believe this will go lower that's an easy answer, if this does turn good and you recover your paper losses I'll look forward to a director's breakfast - I'll be honest about the way things are unfolding I do believe your 400K is recoverable within the next year or maybe two.
£2 a share, not unrealistic,
Hello ; jimb2 , my holding is now worth £20k Was £400,000.00 not worth selling now , It would not even buy the directors a Breakfast G L A
Hotting up !
Thanks also to you too Jimb as you have also mentioned Inspirit in the distant past . It seems to be hitting up all round us , just need a little spark from one of them to catch fire !
yes, I agree @Barksy1,
that was a close one for me dropped my holdings down to 33% there (not 20% as I thought) but back up to 80% early today sub 30% rise, been following for many years despite all the disappointments, I thought I had a couple of days in hand for an end of June RNS and missed the update to the website content!
Thanks for the nudge @observer842 certainly appreciate that, we've shared many posts on that BB over the years, and also I'm aware that @Barksy1 has had an interest there so I hope you made good today.
Still, if it continues to climb I will take some profit and top up here or EMH, or both, KDNC is still my main holding.

When someone as knowledgeable as Obs who has given us so much valuable info on Cadence in the past posts so many posts on Insp you’ve got to know it must be worth looking at and having a punt on. Look on ‘members’ to recap .
Fridays deals as marked were not all sales. Looks to me that from about 11am the spread was
10.50/10.70 for rest of day.
It is frightening to see all red is there something happening that we don't know about
Comprehensive analysis by Observer on Sonora here: https://www.reddit.com/r/CadenceMinerals/comments/teo9dk/comment/i1a1f9v/
@observer842 As the Test Match appears to be drifting out of our grasp once more, I have just looked in
and welcome your return to contributions to this BB. In recent weeks many post have been filtered by me.
On Sonora, I have since Ganfeng involvement expected them to acquire our jv's. As has been stated if the
Mexican Gov had not tried to play their Nationalistic card I think they would have bought us out already.
A small price to pay by them for complete control.
I have followed developments in Amapa by looking in at local news. All very positive and much support from
State Gov and population who welcome the prospect of increased employment in the area. The political will
is certainly very supportive of our rehabilitation plans.
Agreed @Obs, perhaps they should have applied that thinking to the HAS JV, opposed to accepting the fair value of the little bit included in the DFS for all our JV.
The lithium pricing is a grey area for valuing what our JV worth is to Ganfeng, last go off and without being privy to any further discussions on the matter (if any with Ganfeng) BCN wanted to pay us for the clay only (minus digging costs). Can't wait for this one to play out personally...
Based on the small bit of our Sonora JV in the mining plan, when it is mined, and on the EV valuation inferred by the offer Ganfeng made for Sonora, I get fair value of around $15m to us. Clearly Lithium prices have increased since the offer and Ganfeng have strongly hinted at increasing mining rates, so it would be remiss of us to accept this for the bit in the mining plan, AND throw in the remainder of the JV areas without a significant sweetener/hedge against them going on to develop it, such as a royalty over these areas or the whole project. Anyway, the market current appears to be valuing Sonora at near 0 when $15m is likely the absolute minimum of its worth to us IMHO. Though I suppose there is still location risk...
