Fair points @Dallas. And I suppose the next RNS related to Sonora might be so close to being the big one, there is little point in issuing comparatively small fry ones. Whatever that big one might be! ;-)
Certainly several positive developments to look forward too, any one of which could be re-rating us a lot higher.
Lol @Obs, they've never RNS'd they were ever in doubt :-) But maybe this time KM will go against the grain of what he has told us he's allowed / not allowed to RNS. Hope your right. We'll see.
@Dallas. Pretty sure if we have official confirmation that our JV licences are valid, we are well within our rights, and in fact some would argue are obliged to RNS this...
And even then....only if it concerns us ;-) Watch this space lol.
Ganfeng is your best hope for any news flow re. Sonora @Obs, minority JV partners have to go with the flow. We can only publish what Ganfeng, the majority holder of the JV decides / issues lol.
Indeed @jimb. Market will wake up sooner or later to what we have. An RNS summarising the current Sonora situation wouldn't go amiss @Kiran ;-)
Nice timing as well @observer842, @EV_Bull,

The vote today on the Inflation Reduction Act which should fly through and the implications for Sonora - mind blowing!
How many years in the making? 9? 10? Time to knock Sonora out of the park @Kiran.

@Jimb2 good find, certainly my understanding is our concessions are for Lithium and are 100% valid. Ganfeng clearly happy or wouldn't have bought the 100% of BCN recently and from previous statements:
The signs are all there for those willing to look.....
Ganfeng breaks it's silence in Mexico quoted as saying "We are going to continue in Sonora because the laws of Mexico allow lithium to be exploited"

Mexico could become a key battery hub for North American market, according to Ganfeng.

Simply fantastic news for the end of the week @jimb! Thanks for sharing. :-)))
maybe I'm being too cautious,
Seems the concessions are good to go, looks like the USMCA and the likelihood it would cost tens of $billions in tariffs together with threat to the auto industry was enough for him to see sense.
Let's hope its enough to satisfy Ganfeng - game on!
As usual a mixed message that needs deciphering - but this does seem positive "no longer sees the need to dispute the concessions already granted"
https://www.tribuna.com.mx/sonora/2022/8/12/el-gobierno-enreda-explotacion-del-litio-en-sonora-hay-poca-claridad-en-proyecto-de-amlo-304635.html
Despite the rigidity that the nationalization of the deposits occurs yes or yes, López Obrador, after analyzing the international legal scope that it would entail, no longer sees the need to dispute the concessions already granted, which lightens the pressure of the market. "If the concessions speak of lithium, because if they are not concessions granted for the exploitation of lithium, they cannot be recognized. Those that were granted for that purpose, are recognized," he accepted.

Is another bitter and twisted person... That obviously invested here at some point, and things didn't pan out "how he had hoped", Which leads to him being consumed by hatred... We All have different expectations. we all have different break even points we all have different exit strategies, you see they get consumed by thinking ,that investing whatever amount will make them rich quick. they dont and cant think maybe I made the wrong decision at the wrong time. sometime you have to understand investing in Aim is a High Risk Gamble
The following is taken from the FTimes
Over the past 20 years, investors would have lost money in 72 per cent of all the companies ever to have listed on Aim in simple terms 72 out of 100 company's or roughly 1 in 4 company's that make it on Aim
It important to understand the above, before investing in Aim. if you fully understand the risks, the hurt has less impact on your well being,
Own your own decisions. Stop blaming everyone else!..
And lets hope Cadence becomes one of the 28%,
What an awful character this guy is. How are you even allowed on here with that user name? What is your intention posting on here? ... pretty disgusting. Lets try keep it positive please people.

I make the TL;DR on upcoming news as:
Amapa Iron Ore: First right of refusal to increase ownership stake from 27% towards 49% of a project that had discounted cash flow valuations of $1.2B Anglo & $1.66B Cliffs and an initial valuation when purchased by Anglo of $3.2B in 2008.
Anticipated order of events: MRE, PFS, 22%, IPO/DFS.
Shipment of stockpiles recommencing when conditions are favourable.
Sonora Lithium: In conversation with Ganfeng regarding KDNC's 30% JV's. Details on Ganfeng's optimisation and expansion ambitions and potential impact on KDNC of massively increased stage 1 plans to 50ktpa of Lithium hydroxide and beyond forthcoming, including strategic OEM investments, and consequences of recent nationalisation votes.
Anticipated order of events: Confirmation Lithium tenements are valid, publication of expanded DFS, new off take/investors.
Recent events highlight Ganfeng have the funds and are keen to do deals.
Evergreen Lithium: Initial public offering.
Yangibana Rare Earths: Finalisation of agreement to take A$9m in HAS shares in exchange for our joint venture areas.
EMH Lithium: DFS/partner/offtake/funding announcements for phase 1 of the project.
My Latest valuation estimates and Due Diligence by u/EV-BULL suggest the market is currently discounting Amapa and Sonora to near zero contribution to the NAV.

That is ...as, when & if II's & other parties take stakes in the Co & PI''s own less than ~70% then we can claim 'market awareness' IMO .... what really successful listed company can you name where PI's own ~95% of the company?
You're one anonymous poster (among others) on a free chat board, despite you're inflated opinion of your sway you, me & we are not the 'market' as the SP clearly demonstrates.
....different market, different board, different sentiment....
Exactly @EV. A little momentum, and some quick catching up of what has been posted over the past few weeks (we all do it right!) and we could fly. It does matter what has been posted on boards to some people, because I know from first hand experience it matters to me. I'm some people, therefor end of. lol.
If it doesn't matter, please explain GME BBBY AMC etc....
@OBS ... Jeez you really don't get it either do you ... what doesn't move sentiment/SP is the mountains of posts here positive or negative.... does you posting that a 3rd party could take a 1-3% interest here have any impact? No it doesn't absolutely ZIP as you well know having posted masses of positive diatribes for various reasons .... does a TR1 have a potential impact on the SP - absolutely yes it does ..... & depending on who it is determines which direction the SP might moves we've had plenty in the past when we've raised/renegotiated funds & financing that have moved it haven't we....
No reckon I'm just a troll too..... Nothing to do with the 1100mile round trip w nights hotel & 2 ferry crossings ... I did vote, though the results didn't match my choices LoL.
What might help with the SP and sentiment is some reassurance that yet another raise won't be the next announcement...
LoL @Bannor, does that mean you finally accept that a potential investor reading my upcoming news posts, following the links, doing further research and buying in at the 1-3% may actually move the share price upwards? Surely not? Surely you can't be accepting that what is posted on here may actually influence the share price? Inconceivable. lol.
OBS - I wouldn't presume what I do or don't 'get' if I were you .... & there was me thinking you did get me at least oh well - I'll just have to keep on being me regardless.. LoL
