I’m starting to think this board is probably 5-6 ppl with multiple avatars trying to pump. Would suggest why the volume isn’t there. Huge red flag.
No - you are hilariously followed like a chief lemming. You have become the all-in crazy self-satisfied alfa-comp equivalent from the BMN board. I called him out from 45p. I’m calling you now. Arise napoleon, see you in the high teens.
.... oh I so want you to be filtered by it EV ... PMSL
.... the last loan we had was an absolute unmitigated disaster for us PI's as far as I'm concerned & I certainly wouldn't advocate another..... EMH has already performed well for us & is a fair way along the value curve in my view..... clearly you & others have high hopes & expectations for further EMH SP increases which are not by any means assured or guaranteed in my opinion ... I'd rather hang onto other early stage or project based assets & see how they shape up in the future than sell them now at a loss or flat ....
I'm not in EMH am not precious about it & see limited upside for KDNC with it now over & above what it's already achieved & in my opinion we can achieve more by increasing our Amapa exposure with released funds from it....
You don't agree that's fine & it matters not to me, I can assure you there's little to nothing you can say (regardless of how you say it or how long it takes me to decipher it) that will change my opinion.
You are hilariously uninformed
RE: emhToday 18:34
they could sell sonora ,lol
Yeah i’ve heard the tooth fairy is looking for a minority share in a lithium asset whose lithium-rich majority owner has stated they don’t want to exploit for at least 10 years in a commodity that by that point may be superseded by a less hard to source element for ion batteries.
Catch you at the end of the rainbow guys.
ban / we are only a couple of million short for the 7% which is pee nuts , we could sell one of the L/T ivestments which wont be mist bye most , and let emh grow a bit more then use that collateral against a loan if needed ,the way l would do it is get my 27% plus around 15 million in the bank and put them together cap in hand and take a loan out at aprox 9% and still keep my 15 million job done.
LoL ..... I've made clear my thoughts on the prospects of EMH which don't amount to what you think.... however even if I'm wrong (& I may be) the relatively small amount we'd need to sell would be more than made up by the increased value the additional 7% of Amapa for us..... we've made good margin on our EMH investment & we should use some of it as far as I'm concerned.....
Your view says more about your investment strategy & thoughts than it does mine ..... EMH's future performance & SP is still unknown as is their own route to funding .... we should take some profit out now in my opinion.
well that has just proved you are not a investor at heart , you should never sell assets that make money with a short waiting time frame as emh has got,
there is always another alternative to raising cash no matter what the commodity is
even lloyds have a loan book which amounts to a small percentage of there profits.
MD ...... personally I'd prefer a placing with shareholder participation for the 49% .... which would be when the project is further risk reduced & the PFS is in the public domain .... .... Selling EMH (in the absence of another non diluting option) would be my preference for the 27% at this time.
eveans / so if you had a gold bar worth £250/ but next year you know if you keep it one more year the price would double would you sell it,
...because they sponsored the Australian Open?
BREAKING:
Serbia has revoked @RioTinto's licenses to explore for lithium, says Prime Minister Ana Brnabic

Bannor / no joking l would love the placement as l said before to incorporate lth over five years with the first chance of buying then corporates and then the rabble ,
So on the 27% funding, we have a bit of cash >£1m at end of H2, trading portfolio doing well (3% of Charger) and EMH also doing well so options that will go a long way even towards the 49% especially if EMH continues.
Second, not all placings are bad placings, one scenario is announce the 20% and then see what the market thinks, but were someone like Glencore to step in and fund the $3.5m the market may look upon this favourably as a vote of confidence in the project and confidence in funding the 49% and a big backer. Perhaps an off-take with them too, the market would love that IMO.
.... Maybe they could sell Sonora but what would we do with the other $100's of millions LoL
they could sell sonora ,lol
yes but would you agree that they could at least double the value as it is in the not to distance future.
I have said before that this is an investment company so it should not be hoarding assets but selling for profit at the right time.
EMH has been a great investment and if there is another non dilutive way of financing the extra 7% then go with that.
In the absence of another non-diluting solution they could certainly sell sufficient now to take Amapa to 27% as far as I'm concerned .....
£12.5 million could turn into 25 million plus in the bag as long as the bod don't spend it ..
