Another 6 movements yesterday. Continuing at pace!
@EV I will be VERY surprised if we get wind of the banks signing and us taking our 20% before it is announced. We might see movement towards that outcome, but not the actual outcome. Just my opinion of course...
No I've taken to company watching Obs via another source so It's still possible.
Indeed @EV. I guess we've all known for some time that no amount of port or court watching will help us when it comes to the big one. It'll very likely be out of the blue from our perspective. And if you are out then, you are out... Best we can do is keep an eye on ports and courts to watch out for derailing/confirmation all is to plan IMHO.
some of the recent court updates are also haul related e.g (3rd bordero) so it's clear things are happening in that regard. We are clearly getting a significant delay between actual events and when they appear in the court posting.
LoL @EV. I really must remember to search the untranslated version! ;-) Definitely feels like the final 10% is drawing to a close. Very happy with yesterday's top up :-)
Lots of emails and petitions flying around now yeah possibly the final 10% ;-).
The have been a few of those pledges Obs and we’ve discussed it a few times. If I recall correctly I think it’s joining another case file to this one, most likely a credit claim.
Wow. Never seen so much action :-))) Is this new? "Request for Pledge on the Face of the Attached Records"
Plenty of court action, news soon IMO ;-)

Here - 15th / 16th July, it predates the additional $10m
https://administracaojudicial.kpmg.com.br/empresa back with us..
back handers brazil style.
The opposite of a curveball is a screwball apparently. You're welcome. LoL.
We live in a curved universe, moon travels through curved space around the Earth, Earth travels around the sun through curved space, we live on a curved surface.
Everything is travelling in a straight line but through curved space.
boomerangs
IF.... kpmg/Court are in the driving seat..... Who is in the front passenger seat.. DEV , Cadence or Indo ?
But is everyone playing with a straight bat ?
I've been bracing for a curve ball out of the blue, but this feels quite the opposite, whatever the opposite of a curve ball is! ;-)
Anyone remain convinced this is the original $10m and not a new one? Or was it only me? LoL. I'm quite excited now as it feels likely as you hypothesised: the 4 named ships where booked for the new net $10m (possibly only 3 needed for DEV and 1 for Gerald), with the fallback that all 4 could be used for Gerald if the judge failed to agree this measure, or the deal hadn't completed in time. So that's hopefully another $10m realised within 2-3 weeks :-)))
If we are aligned and as close to completion as we are led to believe it will be quite telling if the banks decide to appeal this $10m. Though thinking about it, so long as the $9m doesn't actually go anywhere what have they to lose? In fact it's in their interests shipping continues either way whilst iron ore prices are high, and the funds aren't used for anything. Yes, additional authorisation to spend the money would likely be required IMHO.
Yes, I see what you mean Obs, the expenses related to shipping to get the net profit.
Presumably expecting the deal soon so the money would be sat waiting and could end up being spent on maintenance, refurb, port, dam etc. Perhaps another petition would be needed to approve those expenses if the deal hadn't come through yet.
@EV. I think I'm coming round to your point of view, the judge could have been clearer though! ;-) Is the $10m net? If so why mention staff costs and shipping expenses? It makes sense to me that $1m of the net would go to the banks, and $9m would be held by the courts. Happy days if so, the limbo period always worried me. :-))))
