Leogang fiasco.... Auroch failed investment..... St Luis debacle..... Greenland costly licence holding fir years now gone..... Bacanora direct investment, TO, torpedo scuttling & sell out farce.... who knows what, where, when OZ assets..... ridiculously costly & damaging CLN.... MMS sold down to nothing...... gosh I said I didn't want to go there!!!
fortunately we still have the Yangi & Sonora JV's & a reasonable holding in EMH with Amapa (when/as/if it finally happens as announced) unless that also falls apart being the thing that would likely leave all of the above forgotten & forgiven by most & of absolutely no consequence to anyone who invested solely based on Amapa in the last 15 months anyway......
take your pick sell on past performance, dilution & cost of buy on future potential of significant upside from here..... I've held for 7+ years & been buying recently between 4p & 14p - I've made my bed & take full responsibility for ithe outcome whether that's turning into a bed fit for a king or a park bench ...
So was it just their inexperience then that led them to think that the banks would just rollover in a matter of weeks?
fair comment...... we should be used to the overpromise & underdelivery of statements & comments made in REM/KDNC RNS's over the last 5/6 years though .... experience of a share & its BoD's performance should also form part of your own due diligence & we've had enough of that here both inside RNS's & car crash webinars ..... probably best I don't get started on that again though eh!! LoL
To be fair although they are way out on the timescales it’s the banks that are holding this up, the agreement is agreed in principle just needs a sign off.
Strange though how KDNC always slides back with a few days with no news.
I am still hoping and waiting and will continue to add when it drops.
Sorry meant new production in 12 months time
To be honest even making decisions based on what CEO's state in RNS's is also just basing your investment decision on a CEO's guess, and usually unsubstantiated positivity.
This is what they said in an RNS in August 2019, yes a full 15 months ago! how can they get timescales so wrong?
According to this we should be in full scale production in 12 months time. Will they ever deliver?
·; The sale of approximately of 1.39 million tonnes ("Mt") of stockpiles currently held at the port owned by Amapá. Planned shipment of stockpile commencing in December 2019.
·; It is estimated that these stockpiles have a net realisable value of approximately US$ 60 million, which will be reinvested in the restart of the Amapá Project.
·; Further capital investment of approximately US$168 million, of which it is estimated US$61 million will be spent on port rehabilitation and US$47 million to be spent on plant recommissioning.
·; Rehabilitation to be completed by the end of 2021 with new production in 2022. Full production by 2024 of 5.3 million tonnes ("Mt") of iron ore per annum.
I don't think much said on these types of boards regardless of platform have much effect on the SP .... anyone who bases investment decisions based on the anonymous postings of people guessing, assuming, trying to work out, posting unsubstantiated positivity/negativity or simply sniping & digging at others is a wally in my view...... can't do your own due dilligence, make your own assessments & take responsibility for the outcome (good or bad) don't invest yourself & either leave your money with fund managers or put it into a savings account....... otherwise you might end all bitter & twisted & blame others for your choices.
Oh & morning most .... well all except one actually ... thanks @MLQ ... LoL :-))
MR C/ that poster had a good teacher
and Obs will keep on producing posts that look as though they were written by the worlds best management consultant, but it won't prop the share up for long if KM cant deliver...Notice I dont say 'Kiran' as I am not in the bunker !!!!
you jest
No chance Maddog - they’ll keep tweeting about the rise in iron ore prices and the increase in demand from China, particularly from Brazil - that will stop the SP from going down ...
And then if that doesn’t work they will role out Alan Green again!
no news leading up to xmas will levee us on 10p that is for sure
