the net assets of the group at the end of the period were £22.15m (2020: £22.09m)… this increase of approximately £0.06m reflects the losses and shares issued in the year…
@EV_BUll,
I hope HAS keeps the news flow at a minimum until we get the share allocation, I'm pretty sure their offtakes will be adjusted upwards, and hope also that the tier one European auto supplier deal is announced after December 23rd.
Their last investor's presentation was November 2021 and slide 7 shows the expected demand growth for permanent magnets (far too linear IMHO) EV sales are going ballistic and wind turbines increasing at around 18% a year.

I don't suppose HAS now have the same expectation after their move for the JV's.
Permanent magnets:

Initially, there is the weight, which is at 46 kilogram for the Model 3, below the 48 kilogram of the BMW i3 and the Chevrolet Bolt’s 50 kilogram
Who's next to land the news, Ganfeng, EMH?
hopefully both before year-end!
As opposed to your multiple faces. I am actually shocked maddog. You spelt a word with more than two syllables correctly.
Unfortunately. Well done you.
Effectively the most pessimistic valuation it is possible to come up with gets you back in to the 20s (100%+) and the best is easily 10x that (20x).
Adding at these prices should work out very well.
Poor maddog. He has nothing good to say about Cadence and we all know why. A disgruntled shareholder who has multiple aliases. A Very peculiar and disturbed individual. Does your hand keep slipping maddog? Only, the mistakes seem to be getting worse. Are you going to the next agm? I hope so. I will finally get to put a face to the name(s).

He's not sorry. He gets a kick out of it. You see, poor maddog is a disgruntled investor. He is the same on facebook and twitter. Makes him feel better, seeing others lose money.

MLQ/ when the big investor digest his vox video on monday l am sorry to say we will have a sea of red for a good few days ,what his actions realy mean is he would of had our money for 14 years before we even get a snif of a mine,
if l had my way directors bonuses would be albolished until we get a mine because this progect wont start till 2027 if at all,so much for the honesty of our leaders from hell, l will be going to the next agm
Absolutely @MLQ, I fully expect the BoD to prove their worth when it comes to the financing aspects of Amapa, and potentially other assets - Sonora needs clout. It's been a long wait, but if feels like it's coming together. Just a shame the wider economic environment has soured progress. Good for those able to buy, not so much for those forced to sell!
It will also be interesting what the BoD have cost over the last 6 years or so
in salary , bonuses and expenses..
It's proving to be a very disappointing investment company!
@observer842,
BYD in Africa and Ford securing spodumene to me indicates they have serious supply concerns, that deal signed Thursday says it all.

adding myself when possible:
Yangibana and Sonora both due to be in production 2024, six months for HAS deal completion Friday 23rd December!
Hastings also owns and operates the Brockman project, Australia’s largest heavy rare earths deposit, near Halls
Creek in the Kimberley.
For those interested in having a stab at valuing this company I've produced an updated post of my asset valuations.
https://www.reddit.com/r/CadenceMinerals/comments/vpr5w7/due_diligence_lsekdnc_cadence_minerals_asset/
In summary I see minimum present value today at £37.5m (21.5p) and likely fair present value at £92m (53p). IMHO the market is heavily discounting us presently on lack of understanding/misunderstandings and expectations of fund raising before the Amapa PFS, whereas it was clarified yesterday that this is unlikely to be the case, which means I'm quite happy to have added very significantly last week :-)))
Medium term we could be talking a market cap in the region £160-420m, and longer term £1-2B, heavily dependent on Ganfeng Sonora expansion plans, and Amapa playing out well for us.
Contributions & corrections most welcome! Here or there.
