EV I completely agree. Those running the share down (they don't own 1 percent of the company and are simply traders profiting from timing ) can only do that up to the 20th of this month as after that the courts are open and although KM said he was expecting the first two weeks of Feb it could happen at any time after the 20th. Additionally after listening to the KM interview a number of times I heard that he said it was mandatory to take 27 percent share and that the criteria had essentially already been met in his view. "He actually said that." So for me it may well be we move to 27percent in the very short term.
WHI View: The crystallisation of a 20% (expected to soon rise to 27%) ownership in Amapa will transform Cadence. We see the Amapa project as quick-to-production project producing a premium product which will have a market. That the mine was in operation before and closed for reasons outside its control derisks the whole project in our opinion and we see Amapa capable of providing significant returns to shareholders in time.

The ore will be beneficiated at the mine to 65% grade "pellet feed" and transported to the private port via rail.
