CEO needs to explain himself
I am not invested here, I was considering taking a small investment here but have yet to do any research, probably won't invest now after today's RNS, but could I just ask anyone who knows, what is LC's annual salary from Katoro?
Katoro 0.105p
Kibo 0.125p
Mmmmmmm
I was surprised to see this still trading. Won't be around for much longer imo.
yet another louis coetzee disaster (imo)
l
It wouldn’t be surprising, PJ seems to do business in a very similar manner to LC. They way they just seem to create all these subsidiary companies and IPO them is the worst form of dilution. LC for example, had everything in KIBO, then these assets got split between: KAT and MAST. The value of each company has been decimated. POW’s one I jumped out of last year, fortunately with a small profit, because it didn’t seem to have any focus and they kept using terms like “special purpose vehicle”. This is another term for significantly reduce shareholder value by giving part of the assets away. PJ is just as bad as LC.
Oversold? They've just said they need to raise money. It's an illiquid share with sod all behind it and a tiny market cap. Nominal is 0.01 - TWD and YGEN just did 85% discounts. KAT doing the same puts it at 0.02p
Wonder if PJ might buy KAT? For a quid.
I do not think this company is investable.
oversold? its a lifestyle company
Probably oversold today as nothing really changed, we know they will need money , doubt it will be equity some kind of loan I expect , the nomad won’t be a problem LC. Has one thing that is good connections , gla we need it
LC has failed in every company he runs , he has to much work load so instead of 1 good one we have a load of failures, going to be hard to drag this one from the depths . An easy small amount of money buyout for any company who sees some potential but not sure where
It really is time for you to stand down as a board member of every company that you take a salary from. Your destruction of the share prices and your inability to deliver anything of value in every company you control is exemplary.
Please take a bow and exit whilst there is some hope for the long suffering shareholders that have paid your salary for the last 10 years +
LC took £28k from me. You live, and hopefully, learn! That said, I can't really blame him for the Hanetti duster. Sorry for all those who lost money here.
FG
You have to laugh really. No updates for 3 months then he comes out basically saying 'we need funds' and that's it.
So they are 0.1p and have a nominal of 0.01p. The way placings are going at the moment you'd expect a 0.01p raise in Q1 2023
Agreed, a staggering level of incompetence. Time to wind up the business, let PJ @POW to take full control of Haneti. There maybe something worthwhile there
Needs to go. Absolute joke of a ceo
LC probably only logs on once a month to approve the payroll.
What’s the plan here? Oh it’s to raise some more money ??
cap 800k!!!!! I will be able to buy it myself soon and kick Coetzee out
Aldebaran. I'm hoping so, as I still have a few thousand here. But, unfortunately, I very much doubt it.
ATB, FG
Is there any point this company existing
A new exploration project hunting for iron is definitely jam tomorrow btm Sliver. I pity the poor investors money he will undoubtedly take. It’s odd for a gold company that doesn’t even have any gold. All is well for the directors though draining the last bit of cash from the company.
of course kat is a scam hense no rise
From gold stacks (owned by someone else), to a duster, to the farmyard. Methinks I lose what's left of my investment.
Good Luck to those that remain invested here!!
I once read somewhere ‘any fool can make money on the AIM but the trick to be a successful investor on the AIM is not to lose money’ KAT has nearly run out of money period, with no plan for hantei or blyvoor. This company isn’t investable and if u invest in a company with this profile 99 out of a 100 u will lose money. I made a comment on here a while ago that hantei needed a ‘discovery’ with the latest drilling and people were getting excited . Do u know what the chances of a three drill hole programme hitting a discovery hole in untested ground? Extremely low. Anyway , I hope u start to see my logic and how the risk of these companies should be viewed, considered and evaluated before parting with your hard own money. Btw, investors have also been misled on blyvoor. GLA whatever u decide.
