Think the sfo should get involved with this one
No news Is good news .
All is not lost 5% chance
Thanks. Wonder what the reasons are for the delay?
Because they are not in administration yet. They have appointed administrators but officially not yet in admin.
With made, which I watched from the sidelines, thankfully, it took a few days. Interestingly, over there, there it was later reported that one of the founders had put forward a proposal to save the Co, but it was rejected by the BOD. I assume TJ has the money to grab this if it he wanted to. However, he will probably carry his creative directorship through into the next incarnation of the company.
Still no messaging on the website to say they are in administration? Usually seems to happen very quickly.
Unfortunately your probably right, although it’s taking a long time to actually enter administration, I’d expected that this morning at the latest.
Seems to have suddenly vanished. Stinks.
No chance, unfortunately.
What you're going through is just part of the grieving process.
Best thing to do, as they say round here, is wipe your mouth and move on.

One way to get the creditors to accept a deal. However it’s a long shot.
I think it is quite odd that there has been no news since yesterdays statement. It said that they were looking to go into administration as soon as possible but no news yet.I wonder if there could be a last minute move to sort out prior going into administration as last weeks statemens were quite optimistic ans something must have happened over the weekend to make the talks fail and maybe just maybe once the statement was made they are getting round the table for a last time to sort out.Hopefully
Question
Was the pump up to 15p designed to trap pis into joules , likewise the 9% rise on Friday
The whole thing stinks
Not at all, just celebrating with those that didn't!
Are you deliberately trying to annoy people that lost money ?
So glad I sold in August at 41p!
It’s true, the RNS Update of Nov 7th did seem generally optimistic and was sprinkled with positive spin words and sentences. Not dissimilar to Debenhams before they collapsed, which should’ve perhaps set off alarm bells to more experienced investors… but vision is 20/20 in hindsight, as they say. There are lessons to be learned from this, not least the importance of studying an RNS and reading between the lines, to be cynical and constantly refer back to RNSs and not to get caught up in a forum’s take on things.
I failed in much of this. Fortunately without significant financial loss.
I hope those who have lost a lot of money have friends or family they can talk to (even if they get a scolding) and are able to move on without too much damage to their day to day lives and mental health.
Lol and there was me thinking I was being too hard on King Joules and he posts about the company returning and him buying more shares!!!
Mental
poker...this is the part of all this one that has had me scratching my head. absolutely insane that he came out and said that...would do anything know what really went on there.
At the time of his £900,000 investment he said Joules was 'massively undervalued' and that it would be a 'fantastic investment'.
He said: 'I have been to the head office and met them, I think it's a great set up.'
It was, which also suggests that things were perhaps worse than the Co originally (publicly) stated they were.
Had my finger on the trigger to top up (quite considerably in one instance), a couple of times - glad I didn't. Sometimes decisions not to buy can be just as valuable as those to buy.
Sometimes the
Absolutely, the general impression by Tom and RT was that things could be sorted .
Well, I'll be honest and say that I didn't see it coming. Though I knew the pressures on retail, this brand and the descent in SP from the highs, not a week ago the RNS released seemed generally optimistic.
He might have got a bit out but you can’t dump 10% of a company on the market .
I still think this could have been avoided obviously as did Richard .
I would have loved to be a fly on the wall in Richard Teatum’s house during the last week. I wonder if he bailed out?
