Presumably some of this morning's rise is due to overnight buying in USA. John Shaw stated that a third of ITX's shares are now held in USA. The podcast was really an eye-opener in the way that JS opened up the potential of their product to so many areas including de-odorants, hair styling, replacement of detergents in many household products, even paint. He made Itaconic polymer based acid look like a wonder product - maybe it is! If so the sp has a long way to go.
I've also been in since the sub 2p days and bought a fair sized holding - certainly no top slicing for me at the moment.
Hi All
Wow what another great start to the day, remember that now a 10% rise is now 1p plus, when I first bought in here that was only a 0.1p then, changed days eh, long may this continue.
Good luck to all those who have moved on and a big welcome to all the new investors who have come on board here, enjoy the journey, as I personally think you have made a great choice.
On another note do we know who our partner will be in the eco paints venture, will it still be AkzoNobe, would be nice to get an update on this.

Ignore that Chilting, it's smashed through 11p now haha
Chilting - did it hit 11p? I can't see any trades for that. I'd be delighted if we consolidate over 10p today, and it's a very promising start. GLA
Morning guys,
Similar situation as RetiredBanker, although his 0.6 a lot better than my last sizeable chunk at 1.6 I am not complaining.
I believe ITX to be a great company, it got me out of the brown stuff a few years back and has now done the same, I to was almost 20k down early 2020 and now have recouped and some through ITX, last week I finally top sliced a little and as of yesterday I couldn't resist but sell my remaining shares once we hit the magic 10p...
I may come back in at a later stage, but in truth have also been bitten in the past and also keen to top up on another share which I am involved in.
Having said that, I sincerely wish to thank you all on this board which over the years has been the best board for views/comments/analysis etc that I have been involved in. I sincerely wish you all the best, I am happy with my profits and hope ITX does you all a good turn which I am sure it will.
Take care
Stay safe

Trading very well this morning - already over 1 million shares - surged over 11p in early trading before falling back a bit on profit taking.
Agreed. Products ... or / and orders for existing formulations which could provide darned fine growth on their own?
The phrase “attractive growth” is still making me laugh to myself. Like something your granddad might say !!!!!
Yes EyeOB. Also just listened to John Shaw‘s interview from today. Very very interesting and more exciting times ahead. For someone who is by nature refreshingly cautious and does not overhype to say „certainty of growth“, that to me means he is certain 2021 numbers will be/are showing significant growth. I‘m now contemplating a $10M revenue number for 2021 which equates to 2/3 of current plant capacity. Certainty of growth also means they are/have extensive product roadmaps lined up.
Evening. I only just listened to the podcast. Much more lucid than the FY presentation I thought, despite the dreadful, robotic interviewer! Did anyone else notice at the end when JS was explaining the recent almost 6-fold share price increase ... he started to say (to my mind) something like ... that this could be the norm before reigning himself back in by generalising about our great prospects! Or maybe it’s just me!!
Only bantering RB, pleased for you :).............everyone has their own strategy and i'm not adverse to top slicing. Most just have a more bullish outlook here than you
Everyone should have a diversified portfolio
DD77 - not at all, in fact I top sliced another 10% at 10p today.
I'm very happy with ITX - over the course of the past year I've turned a £20k loss into a crystallized £40k gain and it is still a Top5 holding in my SIPP. I've just seen too many sudden 50% rises & falls to care to stake everything on this stock.
Don't imagine many on this BB were brave enough to load up on this last April when it was <0.6p like I did - so I have no desire to be buying at 10p. Good Luck all - but I know I'll be holding a smaller position if this hits 100p and will be happy with the money in the bank rather than the paper profit on the statement
Great interview and some tasty quotes:
- "Nouryon are expanding globally with us", as are Croda
- he expects "very atractive growth" in the coming years
- most encouragingly, he talks about the "certainty in growth"
Agreed, potential is mind blowing, let's all ride this train together

Do not like to get too carried away with a shares potential, as it can kick you in the teeth, in particular shares in commodities as they can be so susceptible to outside influences, with this share there appear to be none of this type of uncertainty.
Not only what we have as a product base which appears to be increasing exponentially, but what also really excites me is the hidden applications that they have yet to bring to the market.
what is the expression "a diamond in the rough " think that possibly fits lol.
scared to put a number on how far this might go (mega), but will be holding tight, that is for sure.

Retired Banker will be scrambling to get back in :)
APJ, your dead right. Even though ive made decent money in and out of a share over the decades I have more noticeably lost out on hundreds of thousands.. because I could not get back in over the big brokers. I research a share to death and then when I find a great share now I put my lump in and just sit back and watch it happen. This as you have all alluded to is something very unique will be in massive demand so very marketable and absolutely essential. I'm taking nothing out until 100p +
Every chance, they appear to be in a position to select the best in the business to partner with.
Still getting NT for anything over 25000 shares
Would not want to have tried to trade this share and be scrambling to buy back in, will be buying at a premium.
IMO

With reference to the company being excited about producing 100% bio based super absorbent paints, using this type of technology to help control climate has been all over the news recently.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-56749105
LOL, yes i picked up on that comment by John, he sounded very confident didn't he.
On a side note, i wonder if there will be any collaboration between ITX and AGM since the latter has several paint supplier customers and is providing new proprietary disruptive products plus both owed by IP group.
Wow
As you say just scratching the surface.
Targeting to get a sizeable share of a $750 million detergents market !!!
Targeting to get a sizeable share of a $4 billion acrylics market.!!!
With further R&D projects that they had put on hold to be revisited.!!!!
This share just gets better and better, emphasis on increasing market share and every dishwasher product worldwide containing an Itaconix ingredient.

These were my takeaway points from the podcast:
- Explosive growth in 2020
- wider user and adoption in core markets to grow very attractive growth
- 1/3 of shares held with US investors
- sustainable materials company attractive to US investors
- The “return that we can offer to the OTC market investor is oustanding”
This last quote really got me excited!
Spot on thank you, just listening just now.
Hi,
I downloaded the google pod cast app on play store and then just searched for OTCQB Podcast.
Took me straight to their page and there at the top was a link to Itx podcast from 7hrs ago.
Excellent news
Thank you for the update, the way it read on the link I had suggested that it was last week.
Apologies to anyone who I caused to miss this.
Foolsgold2.0 is these a chance that we would be able to catch a recording of this?
Sorry about that
