On calculation Elsol over £70 million has been spent on research and manufacturing facility's , would expect if a offer of at least double that in short term.
At present ITX does not overhang and take market share as there is no one else , except petro company's loss income which is relative small across the globe.
In other words its not a threat
Im still expecting a ten fold in the next two years , i could bore you but i find new products nearly every day.
Im now at stage only reporting mayor ones , also to make that point i spent 4 hours and found over 50 new products in one day and we have a list to the point that we exceeded over 120 products and gave up adding new ones.
We are near 200 products.
Paints and plastics is the next one , just need to changed from petro products to ITX
Exactly right scoresagain... its a very cheap entry price for investors at 6p reflecting a low end of the range market cap which fails to fully reflect as yet the global green / ECO market disruption opportunity and growth potential. I think many investors do not fully understand the nature of R&D businesses and the fact that the "current off-Balance Sheet (BS)" Intangible Assets IAs (e.g. patents, tradesecrets, manufacturing knowhow, polymer chemistry formulations, highly embedded 'blue chip' type customer relationships and of course technology trademarks). These would only appear typically on a BS in the event of a future acquisition of ITX, which IMV would likely be well in excess of the existing £30m market cap since it has cost c.£60m+ I believe to create them and get them to where the company is today.
Nice that itx has support at 6 p and turned upwards a bit . All we need one more nice contract and a few more buyers will come in . I added last two days that’s me done out of funds now for shares. If the big boys are happy to buy at 12 I’m happy to buy at these prices ! Good luck all
CT You’ll find most of your answers here. Except one: where are we on the revenue growth curve timeline? But on it we are for sure.

Hmm, so why havn't they ever been profitable? I see they've done a raise in June, but it was just $1.5m and it looks like they burn money. I also can't see why 6p would be a floor. Perhaps 5p might give some support, but even that could be wishful thinking. I also can't see why this business would be so attractive (presumably to Croda or Elementis) when not profitable. On the other hand, there are some institutional investors, so I must be missing something?
Thorndon - wasnt making a slight at holders that are long btw, I meant that the longer that investors who sell on these falls (who are likely PIs that dont understand the business and its seasonality etc) then the more opportunity it gives for trading
As I say I love this business and hope Ive got a decent sum in when the inevitable happens and an offer comes in for the lot
In the meantime, I will buy these silly dips and sell most when it gets to double figures
Enjoy - GLA
Hi CaneToad
Think that there are more than 11 employees, the reference below suggests 27 not sure how recent this is, but think that it would be in the region of 25-30. maybe someone could step in with an exact number if known.

Know0 thanks for your insight , has made me think of other shares that missed out on sale button or top slice.
Anyway to make you smile im 370% up on this shares , so do not worry.
On the research side for washing tablets and was mentioned there's a wall into one of Finish products and are samples are now not available.
The Wall is reference to can not get the make up of ingredients , even tried a trick of looking at old web logs and just logs out.
do like a challenge , good luck not long now
@Know0: You've got me interested here. Can you tell why the finances are so good?
I'm just going on what I see in Stocko, which could be stale, but I see they have only ~$1.3m and 11 employees, while they're not yet profitable. Revenue isn't fantastic either.
Happy to be shown to be wrong here as I don't mind bottom-feeding...
TA says 6p is the floor here and we hit it today - I cant believe it dropped back to here again but grateful it did as it has given me another chance to fill my boots and sell for great profit.
The longer investors dont understand what this company is and how its finances work, we keep getting chances to make money
An absolute favourite of mine as its got great fundamentals and I value it at about 12p (was very surprised to see it go higher previously and gutted I had sold out at 15p ish!)
BUT - 6p is a gift - it could stay at this level for weeks on end now, but when it moves it moves darn quickly - I will be sticking to my exit plan again and expect it will drop again next May/June where I will be waiting.
The great analysis posted on this BB by some very knowledgeable investors, is a great place to start your research.
Thorndon & AJP (and others) offer great insight to this company and I thank them for so many leads in my research - hope you all make a load of cash - but if you are worried because you are in the red, then DONT - hold on for 3 mths and see where you are then
