Jim Gordon ; Director of Cleaning & Hygiene at Itaconix , Ulverston, England, United Kingdom interesting he worked for Unilever for 10 years
Need to look at as you say if the products have been improved and superseded , for now going to look for evidence on the Europe side for major launch.
In the USA seems the start to be dominating the market.
Unilever a good start , information tight when ever looking
Hi EOB
Thanks for this, was having a dig and did notice that was the case, so are these products that are still available and have been superseded?
Think that there possibly needs to be a review of our website and distribution networks websites to align products.

Biolift and Biobind were actually included in the 2017 investors presentation so have been knocking around a while. At that time the list of “specialty polymers” comprised:
Itaconix® DSPTM – Chelant - Laundry
Itaconix® CHTTM – Chelant - Dishwash
Itaconix® ZINADORTM – Malodour – Croda Deal
Itaconix® TSITM – scale inhibitor – Laundry
Itaconix® XDPTM – mineral dispersion – Coatings Itaconix® BIOBINDTM - Low VOC binders for coatings Itaconix® BIOLIFTTM - Low VOC esters of itaconic acid RevCoatTM Bond – adhesion promotor – Sealant RevCareTM NE 100S - hair styling polymer – Personal Care
Not sure if this helps ?!?!
Hi Dougerboy
Yet another interesting one to have a look at.

In particular the second half of the presentation.

Yassssssssssss man,quality Lol
Sounds good on the new product (ingredient search), maybe a new distributor getting ahead of the game with posting ahead of schedule , maybe a RNS next week to update on?
Maybe worth running it past ADVFN board as I see you are on there too.
Do not think you will be far off with the stab at revenue for the year, think that there is so much going on that either they cannot tell us due to confidentiality or they are so busy getting the orders out the door that they do not have time.
Think "Ya Dancer" could be very apt.
Have a good one
AJP
I’m going to try and do a bit more digging AJP. On this years expected numbers, I’m not sure, but given everything that’s happening and the new VP Ops being charged with capacity planning and product scheduling optimisation for different IA polymer recipes presumably, I could imagine that by the end of the year we are running the factory at 2/3 tilt. Anything above $8M will be, as we say in Glasgow, “ya dancer.” Just my opinion!
Hi Dougerboy
From you link http://walsh-assoc.com/suppliers/itaconix-corp/
Are there now further new products available?
Itaconix® Biobind™, Itaconix® Biolift™
WALSH & ASSOCIATES, INC.
Trade Names: Itaconix® DSP™, Itaconix® CHT™, Itaconix® Velasoft™, Itaconix® XDP™, Itaconix® TSI™, Itaconix® Zinador™, Itaconix® Biobind™, Itaconix® Biolift™
Is anyone aware of these?

Very true, but remember there was a large launch of Dishwasher tablets from Palmolive, which will have carried over into this year, along with probably a multitude of other products that we are involved in, but because of client confidentiality are kept under wraps.
You say that we are now profitable month on month, which I totally agree with, so based on that premise, what does this give us as a half year revenue? something North of last years full revenue for the first six months of this year?
ATB
AJP
John has already told us the first half of the year is always slow, but he also told us we're way up on the first quarter against the first quarter of last year.
I don't think 1/2 year numbers will beat last years full revenue, but it won't be far off.
Also expect all months to be profitable which to me is the biggest achievement.
Hi Dougerboy
Excellent spot, definitely a new one to me. would suggest that we have developed a strong network to handle the distribution of ingredients, which again takes us to another level with their vast coverage across the US, would the majority of the European distribution be taken care of through Croda, Nouryon and Solvay? on do we have a seperate distributor covering Europe and then what about Asia?
The potential here just gets better and better.
Did you come up with some figures?
Get the feeling that 1/2 year numbers will beat full year revenue for last year easily !!!

I agree Thordon. Meanwhile, I stumble on another part of the Itaconix delivery to market channel

I don’t recall seeing their name before, so apologies if it’s old news. Interestingly, on looking at Walsh’s website they seem to have major warehousing facilities. I wonder if that is a two way street...might be important as the business grows & grows & grows.
Im in no rush , John very good at giving the shareholders a little piece of cake but not enough that we forget.
EyeOB I think the company knows exactly what it’s doing and for that reason I personally am comfortable waiting for the half year update. I think - and JS alluded to this in the last interview I think - some months had already been breakeven and presumably some hadn’t. For me that growth I think continues with presumably some months now being better than breakeven and other months with sales lower than the best months. Given the overall size of the business - just now - he would therefore be making a rod for his own back he gave regular commentary, which at this stage would just fuel the AIM pump & dumpers
Such an unusual day. The Offer and Bid prices barely moved by a millimetre the whole day. Can’t remember that happening recently?! Can’t see any point guessing whether an update might be released, would be great but amongst all the great assets itx have, shareholder and market comms ain’t one of ‘em.
Would be great if they could throw us a bone, as still 10/12 weeks before we would get 1/2 year results, sure that there is lots of good things happening, so fingers crossed. Mind you it is a good chance to top up at these levels, as I think that we all know that this could be a 10 bagger even from this starting point.
AJP
Expecting!
Hoping or expecting?
I'm expecting an update shortly.
Unilever had better get their polyiraconate finger out then AJP! Lol
Just remembered about this happening today and thought I would post, not sure if it is of any interest?
May 5 (Reuters) - British consumer goods giant Unilever
on Wednesday said an overwhelming majority of its
shareholders voted in favour of its plan to reduce greenhouse
gas emissions across its supply chain to net zero by 2039.
The maker of Dove soaps and Hellmann's mayonnaise is the
largest company globally to give investors a say on its climate
transition action plan.
It said over 99% of shareholders who voted, voted in favour
of the non-binding resolution, which was released during an
online shareholder meeting.
"Climate change represents a clear and present danger to our
value chain," Chief Executive Officer Alan Jope said at the
virtual meeting.
"The overwhelming vote shows support to our ambitious
emission reduction targets."
The company's emission reduction plans include
transitioning to renewable energy sources, eliminating fossil
fuels from its cleaning products, reducing corporate travel and
refrigeration emissions.

Excellent, enjoy the bracing conditions, take it it is not the best of weather on the west coast.
Your musings would be much appreciated, a different perspective is always good to have.
It it just the synic in me, that the mm's post a lower trade which has been held back to keep the price down just as it is starting to motor back up again?
given up trying to second guess the reasons behind such moves.
I will give you my back of the fag packet numbers
SP 25p plus by July based on 1/2 year results
Sale price £350/450 million by year end.

Just heading out on the motorcycle AJP - I'll need to give that some thought - really hard to say, as we are just at the start of the curve. i think - to use a Donald Rumsfeld quote: "there are things we know that we don't know, known unknowns." BUT John Shaw & his team I'm almost certain do. On that basis, any number I suggest wouldn't be nearly as good as the number JS has in mind, I'm sure!
Hi Dougerboy
Spot on with your analysis, the products indicated on our website only reflect what we are producing in-house as base ingredients and do not include any that are being manufactured under licence or any that are niche ingredients which are supplied under a code of confidentiality, plus what is still in the development pipeline and all environmentally friendly. the beauty being that this is not a one off supply of ingredients, but forms part of a vast line of repeat business.
You have mused previously and I know it is difficult without the 1st quarter numbers, but say for argument sake that we do $4.5mill for the first half, what sort of valuation would you ascribe to SP and what is our buyout price, as if we produce that kind of results then I cannot see being long before the big boys start queueing up at the door.
