Well, it didn't make a greater high, and is till in my bounds for a downward trend. Who would have thought another jump like that!
Left hand, right hand - I suspect London, sorry Bournemouth, Tom is ambidextrous...
"Never been married"....except to himself. I've read some carp on this board over the years from our resident Dame Carolyn hater, but this week has simply topped the lot.
Good weekend all and best of luck to all genuine holders - some roller-coaster ride the last few years. Keep the faith. GLA
Not sure about Tom having babies all over the world. I rather suspect his interactions with the opposite sex largely only take place online
brilliant

Tom..... "I just love having babies with women from all over the world!"
So not even a part time dad to some unfortunate kids. Shameless.
I watched a good film last night on Netflix called "The Good Liar" it was about a conman who finally got his comeuppance. It reminded me of someone.
6% of what though, Tom?
Maybe you're similar to a workmate of mine who plays £20k sorts of bets, for pennies on the likes of RR?
I always get to hear about the wins, but rarely the losses.
I just love having babies with women from all over the world!
Anyway ITV. I sold at 72.5 this morning. Limit order in place at under 70p.
Made a good 6% on ITV this week. That is more than slow coach Nige will make in a year.
Winning!!!!!!!
BournemouthTom ( I live in Christchurch lol)
How can you be much younger than 50 when you have been trading for 37 years.
Can’t believe you wrote this, you sound a catch
Single but I have 3 mothers to 4 children that I am good friends with and who live in properties I have purchased with them. Never been married. Still a long way off 50. Living the dream. Have been resident and worked in 12 different countries. Multilingual. Top of my profession. Tall. Good looking.
Tom.... "I have sold those sub £10 shares in Shell at £23. I might miss the highs of £27+ but I also know when to cash in."
LOL, shame that you didn't know when to get out of your £100,000 MKS investment @260p & 250p. Priceless comedy show continues.
Tom.... "Single but I have 3 mothers to 4 children that I am good friends with and who live in properties I have purchased with them. Never been married."
Morals of a sewer rat. Why am I not surprised. Poor kids only have a part-time dad, poor woman saddled with a loser for the rest of their lives.
Well done Tom for making money, but we can all buy 10 shares at 69.5p and sell them for 73p but when you take into account the comm /+ costs / spread you lose money hand over fist, or other sayings.
I am sharing the love. There is money to be made here today. Asian markets are up this morning after yesterdays losses.
The shares I bought yesterday morning for 69.5p can hopefully be sold for 73p today.
With any luck we can attract more day traders to this forum to discuss weekly trading and the old git long term holders with their unrealistic valuations might just fade away.
Tom, thanks for filling in some of the gaps in your ultra impressive resume . The only thing I don't understand is why such an obviously successful person would want to spend so much time on a chat board justifying themselves to complete strangers. I can only conclude that you are driven by a strong sense of altruism and genuinely want to see everyone prosper. Once again thanks for all your input and as a special favour do please tell me a little more about your time spent helping the Israeli Defence Force.
Hello Tom and Nigel. Please revert to my 11th April post re: bickering as this was aimed at yourselves however, egos are now becoming far greater than constructive input and the repetitiveness is like watching Only Fools and Horses for the umpteenth time on Christmas Day, although neither inolve horses..... Give it a rest fellas or have an amnesty for at least a few weeks.
Mate that's a bit low. Keep it topical wtf!
Your 4 children will be so proud when they and all the different mothers meet up to see each other....no wonder the world's ****ed
A lot of TLDR sorry. If I had kept my ITV i'd have been way out of pocket.
Too early to buy yet, we need to see where the bottom is! My gut tells me 62p by end of May!
TSB Nige! In well to do London families you start investing the moment you can crawl.
MKS I was very clear. It was high risk. If you look at the history of MKS it has been much higher than 2.60. It is the only sizeable retailer left at that price bracket.
I was banned? TomLondon still exists according to the board stats.
Following me around the forum across different boards? Nigeco I spelt it out before. I worked for BP in the late 90s. Algeria, Russia, Venezuela. I was investing in oil and gas before the millennium.

I understand why you are jealous and spend hours following me around.
Tom...... "I am younger, much younger than you."
You haven't been investing for 37 years then if the above is correct.
Don't you feel guilty for advising people that you may have duped them in to purchasing MKS shares at 260p? Today 133p, you have lost them 50% Tom. Angersharkz advised you not to buy MKS at the very top of the market, I never said anything but I was thinking let the big head buy them, you duly obliged losing 50% of your claimed £100,000 investment, if I was to beleive a word of it.
Tom you had been on the ITV discussion board under TomLondon before you were banned. You then reapered under your new alias BournemouthTom, why were you banned Tom?
You had been banging on the same sell ITV drum for at least 3 years before you claimed to be a Shell shareholder at a lower price than they currently were trading at. When I checked the Shell BB there were no comments history from you. Don't you think that this is not the actions of a Shell shareholder? Yet you posted negative comments on ITV BB for 3 years. The same can be said for MKS, when the MKS share price was moving up strongly on a daily basis ahead of its results, you then claimed to be a log term holder with a price of 250p, yet still no comments on the MKS BB. I pointed this out to you, you then made a comment on the MKS BB. Once again not the actions of a shareholder who spent every day on the ITV BB that you didn't hold shares in. For these reasons I don't beleive that you hold shares in any company. You talk a good game and big yourself up at every opportunity. Why do you feel the need to do this? Are you that insecure? Do you wonder why you're still single? Some may beleive your BS but not yours truly. The sad reality is you're a divorced single 50 + man that's been left on the shelf. According to Janus who claims to know you and your family.
Nige I was telling people 18 months ago to get out of ITV at 80p whilst the FTSE was still low. Those who held your advice to hold until it got back to pre covid levels at £1.50 would still be here and would have made nothing. You have always been clear about not selling ITV. You repeated yesterday that you would not sell until it reaches your valuation so the BT story runs in complete contradiction of your statement.
You had the chance to sell ITV at 1.34. You failed. You thought 1.70 was possible. I have sold those sub £10 shares in Shell at £23. I might miss the highs of £27+ but I also know when to cash in.
I am younger, much younger than you.
Tom, you have no idea of what holdings I have and trades that I do. I switched half of my ITV holdings in to BT early last year, March I beleive it was, I have recovered all of my ITV losses on the shares that I switched, and some. I have since sold that trade in BT and now sit in a strong cash position to take advantage of any potential bargains that my come my way.
You were attempting to scare ITV shareholders at the hight of the pandemic when the ITV share price was down at 50p, you claimed that they were going to 20p and that every man and his dog should switch in the Shell. Well Shell recovered from £10 to £20. While ITV recovered from 50p to 134p. So the best thing to do was proved to sit on our hands and watch ITV outperform your tip Shell. You really should refrain from giving out share tips after your last horror show tipping MKS, when you foolishly allegedly purchased at 260p.
If indeed you have been investing for 37 years, this would put you in a similar age bracket to myself, yet you feel the need to disrespect old people. Well this says a lot about you Tom, you must make your parents proud? Not. I've been brought up to always respect my elders. You never know Tom you yourself will be old one day, if you're lucky. I only hope that one day when you are old that you receive the repect that you truely deserve, that would be none.
Nice buy Carrington. I jumped too early and missed the low. Audentes fortuna iuvat
Investors like you and I will always come out on top. Even when M&S takes a dive we just keep on plugging away at our other shares.
25% drop from £1 was total manipulation or may be results released at the bad time when Netflix got hammered.
This is easily worth atleast £1.20 as the business is still making money and making more money than pre-covid times and we had ITV at £1.55 pre-covid.
Money is still coming in and ITV is still in profits with dividends forecasted to be increased next year.
Inflation has very less impact on ITV. Infact ITV will charge more for advertisements due to the inflation.
Football world cup is coming up in December. Halfway through this year almost. Expecting £1 easily by December and more by then.
Added this morning at 69.3p
gla dyor etc
I have done everything I can to help out Nigeco.
Told him to buy oil when it was at a Covid low. He mocked me then and now it is 2.5x the price and earning record profits.
I told him that ITV was not the share to stay in during covid as the recovery would not be as good as other shares. That now has proven to be true with ITV back at Covid lows whilst FTSE is back near to pre covid levels.
I warned him that buying at 1.20 to 1.30 back in January and February of this year was reckless and that there was a considerable downside. He ignored me.
5 years he has sat here doing nothing whilst I have been doubling, tripling, quadrupling my portfolio. Nigeco has made losses during Covid whilst the last 2 years have been the best trading in my 37 years of trading.
Shaun can see the wisdom. Others can too. The old gits who are paralysed by fear will always knock the younger and bolder investors.
Shaun..... "Toms been right when everyone else was ramping at 120p. Fact the facts, he knows what he's talking about."
This made me lol, first of all, no one was ramping @120p, look back at the comments. Shaun had you been on this thread a lot longer than your 12 months as a LSE board member, more like 5 years, you would have learned that Tom is wrong more times than he is right. He advised us all to pile in to retail shares in January, claiming that he had a large shareholding in MKS @250p, (yet there was no evidence of any comments from TOM on the MKS discussion board) he followed this up with a further purchase of £100,000 @260p and then set a 299p sell order. Needless to say he never sold his imaginary MKS shares. In truth he most probably is just a troll who holds no shares. He's someone that goes with the trend of a share price, prime example MKS, the share price was moving up strongly on a daily basis, so he claims to be a shareholder in an attempt to fool everyone.
Any long term members on this site don't need me telling them about him, I feel that it's my duty to warn any new board members of this trolls activity. So you have been warned don't be duped.
