Oldblue: It is probably pointless producing an update now since I suspect the vast majority of votes have already bee cast by proxy votes. My forecast is, CH won't gain a seat due to not least, investor apathy and stupidity. I he doesn't he could start off loading his shares immediately to gain something out of the mess. I haven't read the actual arrangements for the meeting but assume it is restricted in some way. I also assume the meeting will be very brief i.e. a simple vote on the resolutions, I don't see John Gunn answering any questions or clearing up investor concerns.
If CH gets no representation then I can't see much support for the share price, given that Inspirit has no actual WHR systems apart from simple proposals and schematics - supposedly - and no workforce to speak of. Additionally, the whole speculation surrounding the charger leaves serious doubts on its viability. So expect the share price to drop post meeting. I don't see CH continuing his mission given he'd be better off spending his money elsewhere and in less onerous circumstances. A bid for the company without knowing what they have would be ludicrous.
And common sense is oldblue's adversary.
so still no tr1 from CH to see what number he has....but usualy take a few days here big egm tommorrow wonder if we will get any updates find out friday!!! good luck all holders......and remember the filter button is your best friend on this board!!!
and the chant goes up !
we want answers !
we want answers !
we want answers !
we want answers !
No answers then vote yes for change
Oldblue: " I can make more money in a day than my wife makes in a week just talking to people like you"
I really don't follow your logic, what has my salary have to do whether the Charger exists in physical form or not ?
Just tell us when the Charger was built ?
Oldblue: Come on you've had your fun, you've mocked us doubters. You say there is a Charger, so you obviously have information from somewhere. So tell us all go on please. When was it finally built? Where did you get that information from? Now bear in mind a lot of people have been waiting years to hear this news, so spill it out. How did you hear about it ? Go on.
If you don't tell then maybe just maybe people will start to think you are telling porkies ! You wouldn't want that now because its us doubters that are telling the lies isn't it ?
So when did Inspirit announce they have finally, after a decade, completed the final version of the Charger incorporating all those design for production changes, the new improved materials and efficiencies, the latest electronics etc.
Go on just give us all a little hint
ok phimx 112 posts on inspirit only nothing else in 30 days apparently has no shares in inspirit
post from 28 sept 2020 16;46 (pls look it up its there)
Oldblue: I can make more money in a day than my wife makes in a week just talking to people like you.
now ill let you decide what he is i kinda think i know :-) but its a conspiracy theary....shhhhh lolololololol
No no no not the box, please please Oldblue not the box. Before I go tell me the RNS date please please. Don't lock me away in the dark before you've told me.
When was the final version of the Charger built -- please please ?
lol back to the filter box for you today..
If I were a conspiracist I'd think that all the talk of WHR and green whatsit was meant to deflect talk of the Charger. Remember it - 10 years of money commercialising the thing ready to take the world by storm and replace those millions of replacement boilers each year. A world class product ....
It's gone, just a whisp of methane dispersing gently in the warm words of John Gunn along with your dreams of Ferraris, dancing girls and champagne.
So long the Charger - off to mCHP graveyard with the Flow boiler, Whispergen, Disenco ...
How many millions of Joe Publics money went with them ?
Bring on WHR, the start of a new wonderful era, money galore for some but not the shareholders !
OLdblue: By the way, I'm still waiting for you to tell me the RNS date that stated that the final version of the Charger had eventually been built and was READY to be tested/ verified/ trialled/displayed /certified/ launched .
A photograph would be nice
PROVE US DOUBTERS WRONG and tell us when ??? Please put us out of our misery
Some shareholders have waited years WHERE IS IT ????
NO CHARGER THEN A NO VOTE !
jesus its back again christ this websites crap
Oldblue: As usual you are wrong again, one day you'll get something right. Try looking in the right place I think you'll find your 'removed' post
lol someones having my posts removed
you know the one that i said that if you knew man mangement and you had two folk that hated each other the last thing you would do is put them together as they would spend most off there time dropping each other in the **** and stabbing each other in the back (no productive work done) what exactly is wrong with that?
Oldblue: Some boy he must be, beavering away on marine/gasifier/Charger/300 kW projects. Shame he doesn't get paid much ! and he isn't even down as a PDMR

Possibilities,
might be why our enginner/designer wasnt furloughed been busy working away on marine/gasfiier/boiler
Fire yourselves up boys .............. meanwhile the Charger walks off into the sunset !
from march 2020
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/INSP/half-year-report-pqwjduey1e2vcwn.html
We have progressed with very favourable discussions with the large marine engine manufacturer and these discussions are continuing. We have had other interest from waste recycling companies to adapt our technology to capture redundant waste heat and generate electricity, we are working on a large standalone unit which will produce over 300 Kw. Again, we will provide further updates in due course.

ok main things projects usa uk europe(below)
https://eqtec.com/media/
Inspirit may be afforded the opportunity to participate in district heating, waste-to-energy and other energy infrastructure projects using the partner's gasification technology.
http://www.biomassmagazine.com/articles/17181/eqtec-carbon-sole-partner-on-waste-to-energy-projects-in-ireland
yes ild hazard a guess its eqtec all imho etc etc ticks all the right boxes at moment but im sure well find out more soon
having a good look think the main thrust is more on the district heating and not the gasfication give me a day or too to have really good sniff around
I don't know if it is Netzeroready,
a few posts suggest it may be them, just a possibility,
https://eqtec.com/business-model/
EQTEC are concentrating in USA and Europe, Siemens has also been suggested a possible but they also operate in Asia so I would say less likely
If you follow the thread,
oldblue1973 Monday 6:22
thought ild post these again
but we still havent heard anything about the boiler....(which apparently doesnt exist and was designed and constructed by a company which has no emplyess(if you listem to the bashers)) now hes got 150k to play with some off it may go to testing again (takes 2 mnths) but even so the 'boiler' which it isnt its a mchp the tech from that is developing other fields. so we have the boiler (mchp) to get news from and updates on volvo penta and the gasifier (eqtec??) (which apparently wouldnt touch us with a barge pole(according to the bashers)) ohh and i forget the letter off support is just nothing and not worth the paper its written on (according to the bashers) the reason i bought the shares i have is not CH its the fact that there is so and i mean so many folk bashing this stock.....and its mostly been proven to be made up/lies all imho etc etc
Let me help you jimb2...
Product Update- "possible" new application and collaboration (never going to work, it's possible to swim the Atlantic too
is pleased to announce that it is in "discussions" - sent an email, not expecting an answer
Inspirit "may" be afforded - don't bother showing up
These discussions are currently "ongoing " - we're going to send another email soon
Read the FKN RNS for what they really say and stop trying to link things that have not link, just to try and sucker in newbies.
Have you no shame? No conscience? No morals? No brain?
Hi Jim - what makes you think it is with EQTEC?
Well, maybe I didn't digest the INSP RNS - so the answer 'mature pipeline' and so a possibility INSP might be part of the news when EQTEC finalise the agreement, or before perhaps in which less than a month.
The purpose of this collaboration would be to enable Inspirit to support the heat recovery processes within this partner's applications, by using Inspirit's Stirling technology to design a unit to give substantial Kw output and to generate opportunities to develop commercial applications inside this leading technology company's mature project pipeline in the USA, UK and Europe.
