yes everyone can read your posts about no boiler (thats a good one what are they testing) and you did say no employess but now your saying there is aleast one designer/enginner and work it out for themselves :-)
all i can say is fear tactics not nice and you should be ashamed off yourselves IMHO
Oldblue: You keep them informed ! Do they not see my messages themselves ?
Oldblue: I can make more money in a day than my wife makes in a week just talking to people like you.
anyway it been fun trolling the trolls i keep everyone informed all week what you and buff are doing :-)
Oldblue: I hold my hands up, your cunning and subtle questioning has caught me out
so you are paid then? you admitted it
Oldblue: Special payments for talking to special people !
Oldblue: Funny maybe but not for investors like you, it is serious.
again you seem to be paid by someone to do this do you get paid by the post or by results? IMHO :-)
so lets go back to no employess and the discussion about sub contractors now that was funny
Oldblue: You must have them rolling in the aisles
Oldblue: I said "this suggests " so have a guess as to whether I'm making assumptions or know it for fact.
Anyway
If he is not a director nor key management personnel, as the design development director, then how is he paid ? That brings me back to development costs. Do you remember today's conversations ?
Please note before you ask, there are 2 types of directors - real ones and pretend ones, simply given the title but not the responsibility.
do you know that for a fact or you just sumising?
Olblue:
Interesting to note that P Booker isn't paid as Key Management Personnel but JG's wife is ?? Now that's taking the p**** but you're paying for it not me.
This suggests P Booker isn't even working for the company anymore !
Oldblue: The 160,000 is development cost NOT wages.
Read RNS 23 Dec 2019 for Annual Financial Report, about 3/4 down the report.
Directors and Key Management Personnel Emoluments
N. Jagatia = 30,000
Yep, made a fortune today
now this has been fun today but as your paid (as a job) to talk down stocks for a living IMHO im going to have a beer
GLA LTH!! and i hope we get good news on
1.boiler testing
2.marine project development
3. CH joining board
4.CH getting a license to use the tech in his turbines
fair bit to look forward too :-)
im sure the FINANCIAL TIMES is not taking the **** as you say thats still not close to the 160k you where waffling on about
Oldblue: You are taking the p*** now.
Look at the company accounts and my previous messages. JG gets 80,000 and his wife 12,000
ok do you have proff off how much each person gets paid?
from ft
https://markets.ft.com/data/equities/tearsheet/directors?s=INSP:LSE
mr gunn 66k nilesh 14k that leaves quite a bit for an enginner and a subby now im sure you can drag up other figures but from what i can see the companys run fairly tighly some aim directors pay themselves 150k-250k plus now there the ones waisting the companies but we shall see soon ish whats going on (hows the short today (not so well?)
Oldblue: Already you seem unable to remember my message at 13:23 where I stated that some wages were included in the development costs according to Inspirit. In there, I would expect any subcontract costs but the total was for about 160,000 and also since the wages for PB weren't included under actual wages it would also seem plausible his wage would also appear in there as well. That was the whole point of my message that waffled about the cost of his wage. If he is paid a decent amount then there is little left for development or wages for consultants or workers or anything else for that matter. He may be paid peanuts, begging the question - why is a thermodynamics/mechanical/electronic genius working for peanuts ?
Am I writing in Chinese ? Is my English so poor you don't understand ?
Are you befuddled with drink ?
lol you have no idea do you buffon one guy engineers and designs that what they do now a days they produce a model with goes to the subby to get built simple as that ONE GUY the subby builds does quality gets material etc
ill imagine the subcontractor go paid out off the money raised in the last placing which was 300k
so i take it your shorts not working today? :-)
Do you know how many people takes to design a mCHP? Engineers, Designers, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and the list goes on.. One person can't accomplish shi*e.
And where is the money to pay subcontractors? They do no work unless they are paid. Wake the F Up fool!!
which is why no-one got furloughed as our little inventor enginner was probably working away
and you seem to be incapable off understanding 'subcontract work' these do not aprear as wages you have one enginner who by the look off it is working in INVENTOR (cad) so hes designing and modelling they then give this (model)to the manufacturing sub-contractor to build and test IMHO etc
Oldblue: It's all been said before, you seem unable to remember anything or unable to interpret sensible comments. To clarify, the thrust of my message is "where are the wages paid to the workers" I don't believe there are any significant wages indicated in the accounts. I'm sure you know better.
For an HVAC engineer, designing systems, you seem to have a lot of time on your hands to burble away here.
