If GW is after given up on Inft maybe he should redistribution his last share allocation back to current shareholders pro rata as part of that deal was to relist the company with new assets... which has at this point failed...and current shareholders take over the running and relisting of the company.
Yeah seems GW has lost motivation to drive infinity forward .. maybe its his age or health
The questions are why he bothered filing accounts? and when and for what will the next fundraise? The pictures I saw of him a few years ago did not suggest a healthy man. I hope he is ok for all our sakes.
GW don't spend it all at once.
£10 (ten quid)
how do the accounts look ... how many millions in the bank
Just had email @ 4.30 from Companies House. INFT have filed their accounts.
Losing all our money
Why drag out and drag out and drag out and drag out and drag out and drag out and drag out and drag out l I sing all our money? Why hasn't Gerwyn got the balls /decency to come clean with us? He is old enough to have acquired a sense of same. Is he laughing at mug investors or simply laughing at supermugs?
Guess its all being carried out in secret! Lol!
Dorset Council’s strategic planning committee for march cancelled again ... planning for the oil drill seems to be a pipe dream at this stage
GW didn't opriginally hold the majority of shares.
Now that vote of "yes" to his new deal has gone through a couple or 4 years ago, you lot have basically signed away any or all profit to GW.
You invest in a company to make money and yet yyou all signed it away in that stupid rush to get relisted !!!
ha ha, when was that again ?
its been so long Ive completely forgotten.
£8000 gone ! sorry not gone, just worth about £50 going on the market cap of £10- 20,000,000
You all sold your greedy souls for a quick relist without reading the small print properly.
I won't hold my breath here waiting.
GW would have a far greater lifestyle if he can get the company relisted and drilling
this company could reach anything from 10-20 million market cap on drilling with gw holding the majority of shares
if they find even a fifth of the oil found in wytch farm down the road your looking at a 100m plus market cap
I honestly just think this was a lifestyle company in the end Ginksy and doubt we will ever see any value out of it. GW is no spring chicken either.
Brent over $67 and a great time to relist and start drilling in one of europes onshore oil hotspots but yet the company directors still hiding in their covid bunkers ... its ridiculous
There is at least three ecologist's in Dorest Why not get one of them .. not much travel required re covid ...

The board need to put a message out now at least to say what they are waiting for
Yeah its a shame with Brent hovering around $62 dollars a barrel the demand for oil shares is back and a great time to relist especially a company that can be close to drilling ... but unfortunately management are petrified by the covid and the company remains in limbo until covid clears which is probably years away.
Very interesting. It’s almost like it’s just responses to placate whilst not really doing anything...
The Covid didnt stop Egdon from working on their site and Id imagine there are numerous workmen on site .......

JB thats a valid point...should not take much to phone the landlord and say the ecologist is calling at such a time to survey the area ...no need for anyone to physically meet up ... I say there are plenty of ecologists in the dorest area due to all the drilling in the area over the years that could easily do the job or at least work on a subcontracted basis.
My thanks as well Ginksy. My other observation is why does he even need to be there when the Ecologist visits? The person will be a professional and brief them ahead of time. In addition, there was plenty of last year where we weren't in lockdown.
Thanks for the info Ginksy
Do you know if the extension was granted, and if so has it been extended again. I see they were asking for 17 weeks , taking us to 28th Jan 2021, which will have now lapsed
Thanks again for anything you can share
All these delays re covid could go on for years ..its ridiculous ..doing a survey in a big open field has zero chance of catching covid ... its far riskier going into your local super market where chances of catching covid are 100000 times greater .. ..work is going on sites all over uk atm
Hi Rob
I hope you are well.
In the same vein as my previous email of 9th June 2020 (below), the pandemic situation has changed very little,
especially in Wales, in fact we are back in a local lockdown due to a rise in COVID19 cases. This lockdown has already
extended across many additional parts of Wales on a county-by-county basis.
We still do not feel comfortable instructing surveyors to travel to site. Therefore, we again respectfully request an
extension to the timescale for the provision of information to satisfy the Dorset Council request. We request that
the timescale be extended by a further 17 weeks, taking us to 28th January 2021 when we can review the situation
again. I
