Nice
These assets were disposed of years ago, it's more housekeeping as the company evolves
Spud, it reads as if Infa is embarrassed to mention the $ value of the sale. Poorly worded rns.
It is the first RNS announcing a disposal that I have ever seen that does not mention the value of the consideration for a disposal.RNS is incomplete if there is no value they should say so the £value is clearly missing.I hope we will get an update. I am now showing as Hold until we get further news currently I am back to a loss.
If you look at Westmount, they mention cash so yes money changed hands.
The Board of Westmount is pleased to announce the acquisition of net profits interests ("NPI") in three offshore UK petroleum licences previously held by Infrastrata Plc ("Infrastrata"). The transaction has been funded from cash generated through the sale of existing investments.
You would assume that as he mentioned increasing working capital it must have ?
sale = the exchange of a commodity for money
I'm guessing so.....
Clear focus on our main asset and strategy which is always a top priority with any company.
Did any money change hands in this sale?
Yep like that :}
Another step in the right direction.

Ireland: price volatility?
• Link between liquidity of the UK gas wholesale
market (NBP) and more volatile and
somewhat higher prices.
• Irish gas prices will remain tied to the UK gas market
and this would affect Irish consumers.
• Risks for Irish consumers if EU solidarity rules cease
to apply
• 1993 protocol between the network operators on
dealing with gas emergencies
• Consequence of Brexit: Will Ireland be an energy
island?
Ireland: Northern Ireland
• Imports electricity and gas from the Republic
of Ireland
• Planned power station closures
• (i)SEM predicated on EU rules
• Too small to sustain its own separate
functioning electricity market
• Risk of outages
Cheers Spud, still lots to learn
Warrants excercised beginning of the month, when any shares are issued you always get a confirmation TVR at month end
What’s that about , Nothing has changed , so why RNS?
It makes sense to trade a few. These things never go up in a straight line. I'm a little above my average but I'm comforted by the fact that I've taken some profits and invested elsewhere.
Mind you I've added a couple of million today. So I'm a believer, spud.
Security of gas supply has been a hot topic during the last two weeks, news about our project has been in demand from a variety of sectors. Another good week with lots of progress made as we close in on the last few parts of the jigsaw. #INFA https://t.co/Dc0Jx6sFEv I don't think he would be tweeting like this if a placing was incoming! All imo of course and DYOR
Having some difficulty understanding the current price action. a handful of early sells and the price drops. Later many more buys and it stays down. Clearly a MM orchestration, but I can't see why. And there is always a reason!
