Sorry, this is from the 8th I think. Ignore me
Is this today ? I can’t see anything anywhere but on market screeners? 10/11/2018 | 10:18 am InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on the development of natural gas storage capacity, announces that Graham Lyon, Chairman of InfraStrata, has today, via his consultancy company Soncer Limited, purchased 2,109,298 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 0.592p.
Bless, Naz the poor lamb does his best to be constructive!
Great news today, at least prevented a sp slde
Do you mean “emergency” safety regulations!! Obviously they have.
Hope they have emerancy safety regulations passed and in place for Larne and Islandmagee and the small village close by and are they insured for this.
Thanks SPUD............everything seems well oiled for a cracking leap forward soon..........with the EPC appointment.... 'many responses are currently being evaluated prior to a bid pack being issued to the selected EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contractors in December of this year'........That will be another ABSOLUTELY MEGA event and will slingshot the SP even further along it's destined pathway.
They chose the wrong day to announce this excellent news otherwise it would be over 0.7p by now.
Fantastic to reach the position of completing our integrated surface and subsurface technical design. Still a few more milestones to reach before we complete the entire FEED study. #Finalpush #INFA https://t.co/A3CExsSBxd Here is a link to my research, CEO tweet ;)
Just done some research and the engineering design is the integrated surface and sub surface design! Basically how it all links together. We are very advanced by the looks of it
Basically they have the plans finished for the above ground facility I think. The FEED is the whole design, caverns, estimates etc
Sorry I read it all half asleep and a bit quick.....but what is the difference between engineering design and front end engineering design?
SP beginning to climb already!
GLA
It's actually a major FUNDAMENTAL milestone
It's a major FEED milestone completed (ahead of schedule)
JWs comment at end seems a bit ambiguous? Says still some milestones before feed completed. Is it finished or not? What does he mean?
""The engineering design that has been completed is intended to position InfraStrata's proposed Islandmagee facility as a globally competitive and technologically advanced, fast-cycle, pioneering gas storage facility"
Exciting times for infa holders
Great news. looking forward to today
Islandmagee update. Milestone 11 achieved on time with no problems.
Yep
Great news on feed
Gla
Didn't know you two held so much :0 good to have you active on Twitter and the forum :)!
Completely agree with what you about the SP though, 6 months from now is going to be very interesting !
Hi all - the meeting between Dawski and I in Belfast last Tues was indeed a great one....2 major shareholders with a combined shareholding of over 7% meeting up to discuss the future of the project.
Here was one of my tweets from that day.........
Fantastic meeting today in Belfast with two major #infa shareholders discussing all things gas storage. Well done Graham on further director buy today - all the ducks lining up nicely #confident https://t.co/CK6c12jpE6

The day to day fluctuations of the SP don't really interest me but where I think we'll be in 6 months certainly does....having hopefully commenced construction of the Islandmagee Gas storage project along with other potential project's lined up by then could be a distinct possibility. SP anywhere between 2-3p is certainly possible!
Regarding JW he was unable to be there due to heavy work commitments however there will certainly be further opportunities for us to meet up with him over the next couple of months which by then hopefully we will be discussing the reaching of further major milestones with Infa?
Lots of Infa shares in sticky hands now which will mean that any small buying pressure should move the SP north in a flash....GLA
Preferred this part myself : )
The company is in advanced negotiations with offtakers, traders who are "willing to pay to justify the economics of the project", Mr Wood said. He didn't disclose the potential customers, but said InfraStrata planned to update the market on the commercial arrangement in the fourth quarter.
Busy at the minute so posting less ! Nice 35k buy I think an investor presentation is in planning (mentioned in the conference call) Press interview was very interesting , I particularly liked this quote from JW "There may be room for two or three more similar-sized or larger sites, Mr Wood said"
Yes .. am now Much Older an Wiser ..after 5 years + with Infa --been through some really rough times especially under the old Hindle regime and the likes of Woodburn Forest drilling for water in the local Water Board enclave ..and upsetting all the locals ---unlike now where we have committed cost effective souls on the Board ..or should I say on board !! McCadder has not been around quite so long but he has in depth knowledge of matters and sources valued information just like Spud The Plumber -he is also committed and very passionate ..stay true and keep considering investing still at this level --others have !
That's good to hear, dawski37. I get the impression that you both go back a long way in your association with Infa and this project in particular. I am a mere newbie here, of a few months. Still adding on the weak days, like today, by the way. Another 500k added at a nice price.
I am hoping that JW will come and make a company presentation in London when there is concrete news to discuss, possibly in early 2019?
Not sure if you refer to McCadder and I having a long face to face chat and session at the Premier Inn Titanic Quarter. As is evident, we are both significant LTH's -JW may have been over with others but it was just the two of us at the Costa Coffee stand.Anyhow I was assured by my erstwhile friend and colleague that all is well and as per my recent posts any doubting Thomas's out there should stay on board and not jump ship ..Lots likely to be revealed between now and that big day in December and be assured that Islandmagee has potential for all sorts of schemes ...all very exciting.
