@GVLSoncer Why do we always get a drop in share price when we are in a closed period! #INFA
I really do not think or know that there has been or is any connivance between the BOD and any major investors.I am a passionate LTH and have contact with JW but at no stage does he or his colleagues give sensitive information .....but you never know with MM's as there have been some serious sells in the last few weeks prior to positive announcements ...all very strange !!
True, especially on AIM, but I think it's good to bear in mind it's not 100% on the MMs also. And in the end, the fundamentals will win out, which is good for us LTHs.
The MMs often make the market with the connivance of a company or it's agents. This SP has fallen not on the back of one misinterpreted RNS, The fall has taken place over two months. My interpretation is that certain investors may have been given the nod in relation to activities which would cause the SP to fall and they have decided to sell on the certain knowledge that they may buy in again cheaper at a later date. And the Company doesn't have to be the party informing the favoured few.
It's not just the MMs, it's the market itself and everyone who participates. If people are not able to understand the RNS, and if there's no trading activity, the price will drift.
I don't believe that the dreadful downfall in the SP is related to the activity of one or two sellers. Ithink that the MMs are actively interfering with the SP to take it lower. As far as I can see there is no active shorter. All of which leads me to think that the company and/or it's agents are party to the action. There is absolutely no other reason why we should have seen a plus 30% fall in the SP on the back of more than 20 positive RNSs
(Except the share price) All on track! Read the RNS again "Exercising Islandmagee Energy's historic options to purchase the various parcels of land is another stream of work that needed to be completed prior to equity and debt funding for the Project being put in place." NEEDED to be completed. Great buy opportunity created by the seller
Agreed Humpalumps...must be near bargain basement at this level as fundamentals have not changed though I did not appreciate or realise til yesterday that we did not actually own the field. The cost of sorting this out is minimal in relation to the whole project and with more news in the pipeline and results due soon now is the time to top up folks !!
Yeah I topped up too - pretty maxed out now
Sold some of my Bailie Gifford to load up here. I’m hoping this is just the one big seller driving the price lower. Time will tell......
Like dinerios has got his buy in price haha
For sh was a strong message put out by bod earlier this year....it what makes this company such a winner and e plains why bod are happy to put so much skin in the game.
GLA
Nah i think it's good you give a unbiased view :)
I really hope you're right, Setanta et al.
Someone had to mention the downside risk. I drew the short straw. It's part of my role here, on the road to riches for all LTHs.
Agree with you Sentanta.
That's how I read it Gla
That’s how I read it too Setanta.
John Wood has made it clear that the two lots to be completed imminently (5 and 5.1) will be funded from the Company's existing cash resources to the tune of £280k.
The other three Lots (£250K) to be completed by 15 April 2019 will be financed in conjunction with the discussions for the next phase of the project. That seems to imply that the additional £250K ( a drop in the bucket really), will come from those who will put up the major capital for the project.
Imo the bod wouldn't have bought if a placing was around the corner bwtfdik Ask yourself is infrastrata worth more than £5.6m ? £12mill spent + FEED + Land + 100% ownership + debt free Imo it is but DYOR
This better not be a precursor to another expensive placing, down here, and certainly not with any warrants attached, to replenish the depleted cash position. Please God.
Yeah I agree the RNS's have all been good but I think we're still waiting for one of the big RNS's to land, reply from EU on funding, offtake partners etc - that's going to be what will shoot this thing forward until then I think the market is always sceptical until they see the money but that's how you make the money I guess, get in before that news :)
Hi Humpalumps, I just wish you were right but look at the SP movement while the last 20 RNSs have all been positive and very good news. It certainly looks as if it's being suppressed. By whom and why is what interests me. I don't doubt the future of INFA. This BOD is on the ball.
Another very interesting development, logical move by the board - certainly are getting their house in order. Consistently delivering; sit back and ignore the short term SP moves.
Here we go. Yet another very positive sign this is going to be BIG.......
