"INFA announced this morning that it has completed its final milestone for the FEED for the Islandmagee project and that the report has been sent to the EU for grant purposes and they should receive payment in Q2 2019 post verification. The company is now in a position to concentrate on completing negotiations with the three potential equity providers which is now at term sheet stage.
The speed with which Ifrastrata has processed stuff in the last few months has been highly impressive, this could now really be a runner..."

Quite a few of us are in attending tonight am already here round the corner from the venue at the Chamberlain for anyone wishing to meet up beforehand
Anybody attending tonight
Just imagine the colossal revision in the economics of the project, potential upward value of the facility for both stakeholders and shareholders or just the sheer value of the project from a sale point of view if JW pulls of the plan for up to 23 caverns as opposed to 8! In terms of deliverability Infa would over a year due to several cycles inject and withdraw more volume than Rough and almost certainly become the most profitable and pioneering gas storage facility in the UK!
'Of note also which nobody has mentiond. The warrant shares were admitted to the market today.

OK thanks for clarification Spud.
Still absolutely all brilliant though!
In a word no. The FEED just completed is for 8 caverns and I'm assuming the grant application was for this project. Doesn't mean no further grants would be available though
23 caverns capex about 640M.
So does this mean that the EU funding could be a lot MORE than £40M, they only said it would EQUATE to about £40M....it is really a 30 odd % of the capex they are applying for isnt it which means 30 odd % of £640M now.
That would be a grant of about £200M ?
Is this a logical train of thought?
Does anyone agree that this is a possible interpretation?
I'd expect it to come back up and settle, looks like mms have played it like fiddle to sell a few at a premium on open and shake a few out.
Company making news still on track for Q4 ... hardly testing anyone's patience.
Looks a decent opportunity. I was with an MA advisor last week who advised on the recent sale of a Gas Storage Business. The amount of money could have earned during last years cold winter was staggering!
