Thanks for your reply. You know that manipulation does not have to be done by an ambitious buyer, although it can be.There are plenty of other possibilities and some shares are more susceptible than others.
My point is that this activity has been going on for the past three months despite some extraordinarily good news being delivered.
Today against a background of 12m sells and 10M buys we have seen an sp fall of over 6%. That is certainly not "normal" or just market engendered. And we've seen a fall of about 15% during the past week or so against a good news background.
Why indeed ? We need a group of TR1 holders to be notified and be grouped together to work in unison on this beauty .There is pent up demand for this gem and remember, folks, preliminary works start in January ( weather permitting !) even before the Equity Finance and Offtake Agreements are finalised .So show us your hand and join the club -The more the Better !!
I disagree... I think there has been plenty enough previous manipulation in the way of placing shares and warrants to lead to the market moving this the way it has. Not to mention some of the regular LTH trading it.
"I'm already close to the first notifiable limit and I never buy above that level." ... why is that ?
Setanta, I don't disagree with your suspicions, it's just that no-one can prove it is going on. That's all.
The suspicious side of me says that with the prize here getting bigger by the week, it would be childs' play for a deep-pocketed industrial "partner" to manipulate the sp down so as to orchestrate a much cheaper equity deal coming up soon. But then I remind myself that the equity infusion will be coming in at the IM project level, and not at the listed company level. Though I suppose JW in doing his sums, will have to take account of some cash raising by Infa, however small, to maintain a reasonable equity % for Phase 1, after debt and after an EU construction grant of up to 30%. By keeping the sp and co valuation down at these basement levels, it surely must impact on the project economics for Infa, in terms of potential dilution. Hence your "dark forces" paranoia, Setanta!
As a buyer of £340k worth of Infa shares, I am sure JW has a view on the subject, irrespective of his public role here.
That nobody else seem to think there is manipulation afoot. Just a few points I'd like to make:
1. pacman, I can't really buy on the drop because I'm already close to the first notifiable limit and I never buy above that level. And if you want to suggest that the market is to blame then why has it been happening for the past three months? I've got a few other AIM shares which have done very well in that time scale.
2. O & W the 40M warrants, (now 22M outstanding ), is a drop in the bucket for a company with over 1B shares. So you can discount that. And bending JW's ear on the matter wouldn't have yielded any response. He is at INFA to manage the company,( which he is doing brilliantly), not to comment the SP. Although he did suggest a couple of week ago that we might see 10p !
Always good to given fair consideration to other opinions !
Packman 27, agreed. These are funny new times. Sitting tight. So much of interest to come.
Olderandwiser - I agree with your comments & after the next RNS on 'equity funding' in the next few weeks nothing will be able to hold the SP down it will be at that point that I believe 'Institutions' will start to have a look.
Anything anyone wants to share from last night's presentation? I still can't see it on their website.
If it is 0.6p warrant selling, then I think Spud mentioned the other day that there were 40mn issued that will expire by end-Jan 2019, of which about 18mn have been exercised. So it could be more selling and exercising going on now, to raise a small amount of cash for Infa. It will end, and quickly, when the equity funding deal is announced pretty soon, according to the latest rns.
I just bought yet another 1mn shares. This company could be a MONSTER. Not long now to find out.
Totally disagree, JW took the opportunity to buy when INFA were not in a closed period, think about, its been nonstop news flow since. As for manipulation, it’s just the market. Sit tight, buy on the drops, if you can afford it. All will come good for the patient IMO. GLA.
Did anyone bend JW's ear on this subject last night? It seems not much else of any consequence was revealed, as I expected.
It is clear that INFA is being played with, quite possibly shorted. This has being going on for the past three months. Without interference the sp would be around the 2p mark at least! Even with exceptional news the sp has shown spikes rather than the due solid increases it should have shown. The latest warrants have little or nothing to do with whats happening here. Does anyone seriously think that when JW bought his last tranche of shares three months ago he was expecting the sp to be where it is at this point.
All this will end but the question is when. Those who are manipulating the SP will need to let it go.Until then new investors are goining to be wary and the manipulators know that will work to their advantage. Simple system : throw in a few million of sells early in the morning, widen the spread from time to time during the day to deter buyers and thy are laughing. Literally.
OW, am I correct in thinking that 0.6 warrant holders have until this January to exercise them so there could possibly be more? I’m just trying to understand the warrant situation correctly. Thanks
so true O&W
Bloody warrants. Bane of AIM investors' lives.
agree steelio.... there was 18m so should be getting through them and I doubt they will be selling any lower. Don't know why the talk of mm manipulation etc. It's just selling vs buying pressure imo and the warrants are the reason last 2 sessions. Offers a buying oppo like spud says..... book should flip when warrants are done selling and no reason we shouldn't retest recent highs... News being imminent as stated in RNS etc.
More no news, news from Malcy.
I agree 1750mk1. I think that’s exactly what’s happening. Warrants at 0.60. I wonder how many more to go? Shouldn’t be too long now.
Apologies if someone already posted this.
Infrastrata
INFA announced this morning that it has completed its final milestone for the FEED for the Islandmagee project and that the report has been sent to the EU for grant purposes and they should receive payment in Q2 2019 post verification. The company is now in a position to concentrate on completing negotiations with the three potential equity providers which is now at term sheet stage.
The speed with which Ifrastrata has processed stuff in the last few months has been highly impressive, this could now really be a runner…..'

On the contrary, all very good last evening. I came away very impressed and confident about the future, so much so that I have made purchases this morning at 66p, which surprise, surprise sell up as sells. I can only conclude the market manipulators are walking the price down hoping to spook PIs into selling cheap, quite possibly ahead of the next leg up. We shall see
It was excellent last night. I can’t see how anyone could have left without feeling positive. Pretty much nailed on further good news before year end. As I now understand it the price drop is manipulation of SP by MMs, really annoying but if so are cash a buying opportunity
It's warrants that hit yesterday... as someone rightly pointed out. They are on less than 10% now and we have gone through a good few already so should see it pick back up as news expected in next days / weeks. Warrant holders don't care about news... they will just flip them.
That's not to mention the wider market carnage effect.
Was it that bad last night!? Has something changed? was the content of the presentation worthy of such a drop?
What’s changed?
Can someone offer any feed back please
I just got another 250,000 for 0.66. Not a lot but it all helps. Bargain if you ask me.
Dynamic and forward looking in a most positive presentation by all Members of this more than competent BOD.
As Spud says some good buying opportunities today ..By the way most of the "Sells" are in fact "Buys --I should know !
So do not be put off --anything around the current discounted level even allowing for negative market conditions is a snip.Be confident ..this one is a no brainer !!
