If you had followed these projects for years then you would have seen the value at buying in here when it was as low as 0.24p just under a year ago or was the price too high then like it seems to be too high for you now lol....some of us well researched individuals were buying around the 0.24-0.40p - we are acutely aware Lurker of the level of finance required here to get the project away thanks very much. Good luck with your entry point
I'm interested in all these project related stories and have followed (and written about) them for many years - thank you very much. They are all magnets for those misunderstand how their financing works (or doesn't work) for investors.
On the subject of income Lurker Infa will start receiving income to manage the construction phase from the outset so we will not be waiting a long time as you claim
Face it Lurker you've missed your opportunity to buy cheap when this dropped very briefly back to 1.06p before surging back to over 1.4p! By the way we're not really interested in you telling us if or when you trade here some of us have been invested in Infa for a long time and are sitting on pretty decent gains! My guess is that you like the Infa story and are still hoping for a cheap entry point otherwise I see no reason why you would bother wasting so much time here....
Here it is...
'The first week back has flown past, lots happening on numerous work streams. Progress continuing at pace, hope everyone has enjoyed reading through the annual report this week.'
Also JW re-tweeted Infa 52 week high on stock screen.

Sorry mobile phone probs...but John is working full steam ahead !
You can never predict the mm.
What will be will be
Heffalump -I'm not touching IFA at this stage. Its too high, and I'm merely cautioning that there'e a very long time to go before any income. I'll tell you when I trade - if I do. My money's in more reliable medium term stocks ! Wouldn't have made much after costs anyway !
Fantastic week! For all that held the faith here especially during the dark times we are now reaping the rewards with further upside to come! Champagne on ice in anticipation of equity news although may not need the ice with next week's forecast....perhaps some of the snow from Loosegoose's neck of the woods will be finding it's way over here? Better turn up the heating and get some of that gas from storage used up lol
Great week for infa, lots of volume and sp heading the right way.
Good weekend everyone
And another one
Fishing has stopped, on the way back up.
To go with some big buys today. Looking better and better here.
77 grand from yesterday
For launch before funding news ? Have to say only just checked SP today and have become mildly excited
Briefly ...... nice to see the price continuing in the right direction
Lurker you'd have made more money just paying the price it was at a few days back rather than trying to de-ramp it for a better buy in
In sight now.......rock n roll baby!
The market is liking the look of the cake today.
Its the only place you'll find proper research, (amid some dross admittedly) and opinions not deleted by snowflakes.
Lurker your messages get deleted because you keep mentioning other bulletin boards.
The EU grant has always been the large cherry on the large cake. Like I keep saying wait for the deal
Doesn't alter my point. Many investors, such as pension funds, are looking for long term sources of reliable income, which Islandmagee promises to deliver, and which are sometimes hard to find. While some equity investors might welcome the riskier, geared up return that debt will provide, it might be that the co will prefer the really large investors wanting the largest chunk possible delivering the ungeared return that satisfies them, and who will be there to provide further funds for any later investment. If that's the case, an EU grant not only won't be necessary, but may not be offered. And I believe the latest economics (Will the co announce them ?) show a project irr above 13% - which should b enough for those investors without debt gearing. But I stand to be corrected on that.
Just for perspective, my own calcs to be posted 'over there' show that a £40m EU grant, with the same debt/equity ratio as at the co's Dec presentation, would increase cash flow to the equity investors by 24%. Doesn't mean that's what I forecast will happen.
1.4's today?
