Well posted O& W. Also worth remembering that there were more tham 240 M INFA shares traded this week alone. . So two years to see the back of about 150M warrants represents a veritable trickle. My guess is that the remaining warrant holders won't be in a rush to sell very much of their holdingd. Just too much to gain here.
Whist you are concerning yourself with a potential 13.4% warrant dilution over the next two years, consider this, on the other side of the ledger:
1. Company-based hints that the IM economic life of caverns could be extended from 20 years (in the NPV calcs) to 40years
2. Company-based hints that the number of caverns at IM might be extended from the initial 8, to a total of 23+, with Project 2.
3. A successful grant award of up to EUR40mn from the EU to construct the first 8 caverns.
Best not to accentuate the negatives without considering the undiscounted positives, eh?
A good bounce today.
Bearing in mind we rose 9.15% another 3 x days of similar rises next week would out us back over 2p. We had a number of consecutive days last week with similar rises (hence the herd, traders and profit takers), so not unrealistic in my opinion.
Its also more likely we would maintain a 2p level next time so plenty to look forward to next week.
Yes overall a good end to an interesting week.
I didn't quite get my prediction of 1.7 but I was in the correct direction.
Next week maybe? getting closer to the next piece of news so should see some momentum next week.
Have a good weekend.
Mr T
That's the ticket ;) - got rid of a lot there nice
Up from 1.44 last Friday, up from 1.21 the week before and up from 0.94 the week before that. Not bad at all, in fact excellent. I will take a few weeks like these any time. We are closer to the next RNS. Onwards and upwards. Am disappointed that I will miss the AGM.
suprised we haven't seen any warrant RNS's - expected to see some today :O
I'm only joking mitch, see you on 31st
Thanks humpalumps!! ;-)
I'm not as funny in real life mind Mitch!
Well that's the place to ask the questions and get the answers imo Not by asking a plumber on a bb ;))
You've changed this year matey!

InfraStrata seeks EU cash to help fund Islandmagee facility
Site of the proposed Islandmagee gas storage facility
Gary McDonald Business Editor
18 January, 2019 01:00
INFRASTRATA, the London-listed energy company which is seeking to develop a new multi-million pound natural gas storage facility at Islandmagee, has applied for a grant of €40 million from the European Union to help finance the project.
The facility was previously designated by the EU as a Project of Common Interest (PCI) because of its geographical location, which has enabled it to apply for the funding.
And InfraStrata's chief executive John Wood confirmed the company was now included on the latest PCI list, which is expected to be adopted by the European Commission by the end of this year and officially published by early 2020.
He said: "The support that the European Union has shown in relation to our Islandmagee gas storage project has been fantastic, and the fact that we have been invited to apply for inclusion in the next PCI list is testament to the strength of the project, as well as other projects we are evaluating.
"In considering potential projects, we have been clear to ensure our criteria matches with the list of key cross border infrastructure project requirements that link the energy systems of EU countries.”
InfraStrata wants to develop a 500 million cubic gas storage facility at Islandmagee that could potentially provide more than 25 per cent of the UK's natural gas storage and a flexible supply of gas for the island of Ireland.
The facility would also be connected to the Scotland-Northern Ireland pipeline to allow for exports to Britain when the interconnector is upgraded to accommodate two-way flows.
The company - which has just posted pre-tax losses of more than €1 million - has already invested around £13 million in the Islandmagee project, and sees the European money as essential to enable it to proceed.
The commercial rationale for InfraStrata's gas storage facility has strengthened since the permanent closure of the UK's largest gas storage plant, the Rough facility off the coast of Yorkshire, has left the UK without 70 per cent of its former storage capacity.
InfraStrata is going it alone on the Islandmagee facility after Mutual Energy released its 10 per cent holding in the scheme to concentrate on its Gas to the West project.
Not sure why the mention of going it alone since mutual energy released 10% holdings, that was over a year ago and INFA now on verge of major funding agreement

Fingers crossed.
Older,
Very true, here's something which could make me look silly end of play tomorrow, I expect a rally tomorrow back to 1.7 levels, theory, fall back during the week, uplift Friday anticipating news on Monday, the old adage, you won't want to be out over the weekend. One proviso, there is no significant news in the morning.
This scenario very happens on aim, rise during the we,, fall on Friday, fall during the week be it small here, rise on Friday. Also very true of a company with positive newsflow in the background.
Mr T
Had to add another million shares today at these knockdown prices. You either forget the noise and think LONG TERM, or you play the game and grab a discounted bargain. Either strategy (or a mixture of the two) will pay dividends this year.
