Smoking, with a share like this they aren’t going to be very successful at accumulating shares by dropping the price in expectation of frightening nervous sellers or picking up stop losses. If they believe a significant rerate is not far away and they need stock, they would do better to raise sp now in hope that those of us sitting on large holdings will sell and take some near term profit.
Had another 3m

Some of which has been reported for falsification of documents
On twitter by one of the protestors, a dead give away is no comma between "Environment, Marine & Fisheries Group". Also language & text format is not consistent. They require a marine licence yes which is a formality of the Feed which completed in Dec. Equity and offtake news due.
I’m sure they knew exactly what licences they had or didn’t have
oh well, time for cheap top up tomorrow.
I think INFA had made some mistake. they thought they had all licences as per their presentation (see presentation Dec 18). however, perhaps during the ongoing due diligence they now recognised that they are missing 1 licence?
I believe this licence will be needed before any offtake or project funder to be finalised.
licence will need public consultation which could take weeks/month, so expect delays until then
my opinion only based on the available info
Ps: Smokingjoe, oil and gas drilling is included in exemptions and therefore don’t need a licence, this is Northern Ireland Legislation I am talking about, follow the link, but I presume it’s the same for the rest of UK
The licence issue has been known about since 2012, the legislation covering the licence is from 2009. A draft licence was granted on the basis of previously submitted information and to be fully ratified additional information was/is required. Public consultation was always going to be required for this marine licence to be ratified along with EIA information. Read the information on Marine Licences and public consultation on Daera NI website, it tells u what the public consultation involves and timeframes.

This is all part of the FEED process, therefore it wouldn’t have been completed before now.
Infa are working with some major companies including Costain and Atkins who will have gone through all this before and will know exactly what should be included to ensure the final Marine Licence is granted.
If I was sure of equity and offtaker news being virtually sorted, I would b trying to save time by getting started on the licence issue too, maybe JW thinks the same. One thing I know for sure is that JW well ahead of us.
Nothing to see here folks, move on please!
Next Decade (from Texas) eyeing up a LNG port too, in Cork. I think Hess Corp USA have just sold Shannon and its in limbo, we need more info on whats going on there.

with Infa is that there are currently too many people going around saying " the Trouble With Infa is that ......"
The market is partly spooked by news of Protesters popping up which they have every right to do now that viability of our wonderful project is nigh .Don't worry folks..I am still well on board the great ship and tied to the mast after top ups at these bargain basement prices ..never to be seen again otherwise it's the hat job again ! Not long to go til Feed results are sorted by the Marine Licence Regulators and a few other technicals on the Due Diligence by Messrs. Blue Chip Co.then all the sails will be hoisted !
Always remember folks that we will all need COST EFFICIENT GAS SUPPLY for quite sometime yet --so will our friendly protesters too as some of you have mentioned today !!!
anyhow, INFA will need to clarify this as I wasnt aware public consultation will be needed?
apparently the latest communication between INFA and DAERA only last week.

Load up :)
License was well aware of prior to funding discussions so nope, unlikely.
maybe the derampers is spreading fears on licence, but looks valid ie they might be public consultation before any licence and so, i suspect funding is delayed waiting for licence?
"We have planning, abstraction of sea water, discharge of brine permission "The draft marine licence is basically outline planning for construction of sub sea pipelines. We needed the FEED to get the final designs/working drawings sorted before they can be submitted"
protesters appearing on twitter news must be very close
Two daily sells of 1m plus go through. Been watching on the sidelines and hovering over the buy button but they worry me!
