They'll be telling stories about how they love brine and how healthy it is for the fish
Protesters buying in. They'll be ramping soon.
You did well.... IMHO still some time to go before real news but this is a sound Long Term Investment for the realists !!
Well spotted...still half asleep!
Hi Dawski - I so agree with your post & took the plunge this morning & sold some shares in PYC at a loss in order to Buy a further 150,000 shares this morning. These shares are now going, in my opinion, up.Currently SP is a bargain.
Ex chairman Graham Lyon’s departure from INFA is another positive sign negotiations are close to being completed. There Will be a fundamental shift on the board of INFA as new directors come on board with the completion of Due diligence from our equity partners. Graham’s position would have become untenable given his other directorships and interests. Directors Will now be required to give 100% commitment to Infrastrata as it goes from being a smal market cap company to a major gas infrastructure developer.
80% of power station to close. See advn post.
Well said Mr Dawski. Equity funding will definitely happen in the very near future. The longer a company spends on DD the likelier a deal will happen. Let’s not forget we also have a fall back plan. DD completed by at least one possibility two companies before Christmas. What’s not to like. The colour of SS INFAs sails may not be to your liking but that doesn’t affect the integrity of the vessel.
Fair winds.
I agree Dawski Could be tedious for the weak!
Hmm. "I'm a fairly LTH in Infa and a firm believer in the project,as well as being a strong supporter of the C.E.O.He can do it."Well Said Setanta, dear friend, so am I ...I go further ....we will have another tedious week or so pending news but all strings to the bow are coming into place and when the arrow is ready to fire it WILL hit the target,be assured.Folks .stay calm and be patient !!!.
Quite a bit of it about. Here's mine. GL left because of a fundamental strategic disagreement with GL, related to whether to sell or not to sell INFA. My guess is that GL would not have been averse to a sale. He has always had a heap of directorships and he can easily pick up another. He also knows that the equity provider will nominate the Chairman of the newly constituted INFA. On the other hand JW sees a very long term role and future for himself in the company. The suggestion that it might take up to six months to replace the Chairman of a low MCap company like INFA is bunkum.
Olderandwiser I like the tenor of your posts. Like you I have been disappointed by the backsliding of the SP since the beginning if the year on the back of partner delay, placing etc., but I remind myself that this is AIM where a long term holder is someone who has held a share for about three weeks. Who can blame the warrant holders who were able to multibag and then return for another run as the SP fell.We need some incontrovertible good news.Posts on social media won't fill the bill.
I'm a fairly long term holder in INFA, and I'm a firm believer in the project, as well as being a strong supporter of our CEO. He can do it!
It worries me too that Graham left so abruptly and the day after that update. Truth is we'll probably never find out exactly why however for the believers like us I'm sure we never thought an opportunity to top up at this level would present itself. I suppose in hindsight though it wasn't a bad call doing a fundraise at 1.2p let's hope we see that level and more soon
Gives the believers a chance to top up cheap and the derampers some ammo lol
GL leaving hard to make sense of it if INFA are going to success
why didn't they get in front of it and explain it
this would of avoided the suspicion and drama
TBF .. they could have jumped in with one of the first equity offers and done the deal by year end (avoiding the placement) as promised, but chose hopefully wisely to take the time required when much better long term equity partner came to the party late in December. Agree, uncomfortable while still not closed out with Licence and GL resignation variables
I'm just fed up. What a change here since the positive sentiment days at xmas time. In short order, we've suffered a delay in the equity partner deadline, a placing, huge warrant exercises, a Chairman resignation out of the blue, a failed EU grant application, and uncertainty now over the brine disposal part of the permit.
How much more bad news can be thrown at us?
Agreed aunty., I think partner will have set on board
Like I've said before, may be one of the bod of the potential equity partners will be voted onto the board of Infrastrata, hence a possible reason for the resignation. Or maybe he genuinely wants to concentrate on his other businesses
