The chemicals/oil products tanker will be berthing in the SRQ for approximately thirteen hours tomorrow. Presumably to provide supplies for the repairs to the Azura.
Possible but Killik offer products to their managed clients including special funds for emerging companies.
Is it good news? possibly but they have a healthy spread of companies and highly professional fund managers.
Unlike us hoho!
Killik is, as far as I’m aware, an execution and advisory stock broker. Not a fund manager. In other words, they are more likely to be holding the stock on behalf of an individual or family rather than for their own investment team. 12% is a very big holding, one wonders what the game plan is.
I see that Killick have increased their holdings by about 0.25%. This might be what is holding up the share price or at least stopping the price falling.
Stokey12. That would contribute but the facility would not be large enough to run up the interest expense increase in the estimated year end numbers. Probably estimating that a new debt will be possible. I hope this is the case else we face certain further dilution - when you look at their cash flow forecast.
Loosegoose In relation to your10.02 post at first I thought this could explain the interest expense https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/INFA/new-asset-backed-debt-facility-fp7dky3scxr2zog.html. However I noted that the interest expense was higher than in previous years. Is there a second facility?
Anyone notice the rather large interest expense in the research paper for the FY estimated results for 2021. If there is interest then there needs to be debt. Last I understood was that debt finance had not been secured and could not be secured until revenue and credibility improved. If there is indeed debt finance as indicated by the interest charge, then that would reduce the high risk of another placing.
Avyererdowt Thanks for your 08.50 post and the link. A comforting note I especially note what is said about UK Export Finance and the mention of a National Shipbuilding Office to provide finance for UK Shipbuilding. The building blocks for the future are in place all it needs is for the sales team to deliver.
INFA’s coming home !
Great post great match !!!!!!!!
We do know, Ban, and your suspicions may well be founded .. the sooner that we can move on to new horizons, the better and to my best knowledge those horizons are easily achievable as long as the Bod receives fair and respectful support !!!!
So Triumph insist on continuing this very unprofessional public spat clearly written in a manner that suggests they've had their nose firmly put out of joint - probably ever since the confirmation that Infrastrata were going to pursue other contracts that had a higher chance of success. Triumph are behaving quite unprofessionally imo putting statements out into the public domain when they should be reserved between themselves and Infrastrata.
Having said that I hope Infrastrata are better at performing due diligence in the future...
I wonder who Dipsy-TinkyWinky is? Probably the guy who wrote that unprofessional response.
Like cats in a sack!

lol.....sometimes you have bad days... have a good evening and enjoy the football
oldtramp In relation to your 17.45 post I know I got a F- in maths but I think you are wrong and the build start date would be closer to May 2022.
BP Go for it we all make mistakes
oldtramp,
I will let someone else correct you!
Stokey i must have misread it completion of build Dec 2024 with 32 months build time would equate to build start of August 2021 more than happy to be corrected
oldtramp In relation to your 17.29 post yes I saw it these things cannot be rushed we need to allow time for a general election to intervene.
When po**** and beardmore instigated the board takeover I think the plan was in place then. When all this unfolds I believe we will see something quite significant.
Is it possible infa has been set up to be taken over..The gas caverns sold off and the remaining shipbuilding and assets taken over by a much larger entity/consortium.I always wonder what had JW done that justified his 1 million and maybe it's reward for the behind the scenes stuff that we are no privy to .Something about that presentation gave the game away in my view.Significant volume and killik building a stake. Some of these large trades are not your average punter.
