Been in debate with some of those protesters on twitter, one rather humourous reply to suggesting they were snowflakes, ‘Please silverlight less of the snowflakes we are a blizzard that may just whiteout’ Surprising they don’t come on this board too to be honest. I’m holding to the end game here with a decent chunk of equity. Won’t take much to propel this, it’s defo one for the patient but patience generally pays. SL
A financing package of such nature will take time to complete. There are multiple options on the table and additional work streams already in play which have seen reductions in capex requirement based on the work for which Costain has recently been appointed. Debt offers tabled from two banks as well as well as from the two potential equity partners one of which only completed DD in recent months. Those who assume a deal can be struck overnight for a potential 40 year term whilst also considering the number of options and the best possible format need to wake up. The updates are continually positive, the CEO has more riding on this than most given his purchased of over £350k on market. All will now be in a closed period due to the nature of the discussions. Manage expectations, Rome wasn’t built in a day - that said if and when a deal is announced and any further offtake confirmations the potential for a significant gap up can not be ignored. Company is sat at just £9.5m valuation, the work completed to date equates to much more including the completion of FEED aka feasibility study. The project is expected to exceed the original projections of commercialisation and given the closure of Rough is at a significant time to move forward. Ignore the bias of those enviros who oppose, there isn’t an O&G project on the planet that don’t have the usual hypocrites with their banners trying to block it, all of which drive/fly to their gatherings sitting in centrally heated rooms and making their snacks all from the commodities of which they oppose.
Cheers Snowman, let’s see if we get a positive RNS. This SP needs it.
'Could someone please explain to me also what is the point in this meeting if there will be no new news? Surely JW and Arun will not be presenting the same news I’ve seen in previous presentations.'
The usual pattern before a shareholder meeting is they release an RNS just before the meeting. That way there is no 'new' news because it is already in the public domain.....but IMO it will still be 'new' to us, and with the RNS news there will be lots of further points to present and discuss.
Also IMO, great timing to buy now.
It could be that the Leeds meeting is to attract the hydrogen pioneers. Leeds is presently trialing H and there could be chat on this.

Unfortunately I can’t make next week. Would be keen to know who will be there?
Could someone please explain to me also what is the point in this meeting if there will be no new news? Surely JW and Arun will not be presenting the same news I’ve seen in previous presentations.
With JW announcing he will be recruiting further INFA jobs via his LinkedIn I would expect something before this meeting?!
That's what is needed here. We haven't had anything noteworthy this year and the manipulators are using the situation to see how low they can take the sp before that good news arrives. Thus they will gain more when they begin to buy in again. Nothing has changed for the better and it will not do so until we get the offtake and funding news. I agree with crl123,(go well), about investor evenings. By their very nature they cannot produce any game changing news.
So come on BOD lets have some major good news!
cri123
S/p following pattern whereby mm’s want buyers. This often comes before they slump it or during leaked info re. Placing or Rights Issue. Been here many times.Happened twice here 2017.
That would make sense up to a point, fact is here, we had a placing in January to raise 1.5M which up to now as far as we know still has not been spent? It was raised for land purchases purposes.
Therefore my view is that you are wrong in your theory, although you are correct, there are a lack of buyers!

May not be the caae . But their games make me suspicious.
RNS and investors eves. also make me suspicious.
Just sharing. Happy to be wrong.
MrT
Mitch does seem to be quite... emmm... inconsistent with his description of his portfolio or strategy but I, for one, feel like we might actually benefit from his contrarian point of view. Without him this place would be a bullish echo-chamber and that's hardly ever good.
Cryptomaniacs coined a term "FUD" to shut down anyone who wouldn't repeat their mantra religiously (IOTA in every device in 2020! XRP becoming a global currency this June! Jesus used Bitcoin!) but think it's usually worth it to endure the annoyance of having our presumptions challenged. It's not like his (or ours) ramblings can affect the stock price anyway, it's just an exachange of opinions.
Kib,
Well for a start he doesn't make any sense, he also states that he is a holder and then continues to deramt the stock. I agree none of this is a reason for his posts being deleted, maybe the administrators deleted them due to their hostlity towards this stock and his general demeanour, that is, always attempting to deramp, informing the world and his wife of his so called good calls!!! ie his personal trading habits and his then I couldn't give this or that quotes. Certainly appears someone is grassing him up!! so to speak, and before anyone asks no it's not me.
I couldn't really care less what other posters post! I will sometimes point out that the content is either incorrect, misleading or doesn't make any sense.
Come on INFA lets get going? the wait is getting a little tedious to say the least, expect a creep back up in the sp Thursday and Friday imo.
Mr T
Probably a noob question, but why is Mitch being deleted? In his recent posts he did not insult anybody as far as I could tell, his perma-bearism and gloating on SP decline isn't any more useless then posting "I've bought 10mil more, hoping for 3p by end of May hoot hoot!" or "Mitch needs to get laid" and, quite frankly, his 0.72p call was bang on target, regardless of the logic behind it.
Come on JW drop the news we are all waiting for :-)
These protesters do not stop on Twitter...

Exactly, look who has popped up out of the woodwork, like clockwork, here he is our pal Mitch!! banging on about nothing yet again.
Look the facts are there for all to see, we do not need a marine licence at this point in time, that will come once everything else falls into place. We have not even commenced construction yet for heavens sake so why on earth would we require a full marine licence?? answers on a postcard please.
Mr T
That right there, is why you need to think before you post Snowman!
Don’t feed the trolls.
Agree Setanta.. based on Spuds earlier observation funding has to be in place before Marine Licence .. so perhaps a bit of a Red Herring ! Key Milestones are Offtake, Equity Partner, FID hopefully all before end of June
Radders : good find the Daera document. And Snowman keep our hair on. Do you good to read the bit of the Half-year Report that deals with the Marine licence in which it states that "...theCompany believes that the draft licence will be converted into a full marine licence at THE APPROPRIATE TIME. That time could be a couple of years hence. The CEO would have had to declare if the item was going to prejudice the FID which is due this quarter.
So forget about it for now or you may be providing new strings to the manipulators bow.
We are waiting on the offtake and funding confirmations. That's what we need just now. Tired waiting? I certainly am!
Thanks Radders.
' The (original) application proposed the creation of 7 underground caverns '
In December, all the talk was of 8 caverns..........DAERA said any alteration could result in lengthy delays.........simultaneous to this going on there were 'delays' in the other processes i.e. negotiations with offtakers, equity and loan providers and chairman leaving (we were all expecting movements in EARLY 2019 on those fronts.......the caverns were then brought back to 7 again (different reasons given unconnected with marine licence process, but 'luckily' facilitating the marine licence process which was originally for 7).
Looks like the actual public consultation for licence will be much later in the year....can't see it being before the scheduled FID at end of June if Environmental Officer not yet in post.
Some will say it doesn't matter and FID will take place regardless of issue of licence.....I have my doubts of that.
I'm convinced the project is a goer but that licence, as I've said often before surely HAS to be paramount and in place.......but very happy to be proved wrong.
If I read this correctly as at 17th April Daera had verbal update but key documents had not yet been resubmitted. Once resubmitted and they had time to review they would confirm what type of public consultation is required
https://www.daera-ni.gov.uk/sites/default/files/publications/daera/QUESTIONS%20%26%20ANSWERS%20%20version%202%2C%20April%202019%20%20ML%2028_12%20applic....pdf
Anyone know why the 42 day statutory consultation period for the marine licence has still not yet even been initiated?
Surely, it has to be advertised in local papers.....no notice publicly advertised yet that I can see. After that period has finished, any objections have to then be dealt with.
I'll just feel a lot happier once the process is actually underway. I thought it would have been done and dusted months ago.
Prolly on NEX Harry. That's where they hide a lot of trades. Oooh, moke and smirrors.
I'll take a four and a half percent rise every day thanks. That'll do nicely.
I feel it's starting to squeeze. Any moment soon it's goning to pop.
Cheers all. You know what time it is. :)
Made a few sales in the past week elsewhere to add twice today at 10:56 ( one not showing), another 1.5m to the pot. Don't want to miss out! Enjoy the weekend all.
hasn't been given yet.
The most important thing for investers here is the SP and that is still being manipulated so that it does not rise dramatically. The manipulators will give the nod when the time is right for them. They've managed the SP for almost four months now and they continue to do so.
The issues outstanding on a practical level are the finance and offtake partners. The marine licence and other details will fall into place as appropriate.
We've just got to wait for the nod. Then we'll know that the SP is about to rise and stay risen.
