Once 0.6 is broken I will be doubling my 5M. Potential is far too good to dismiss and as has been pointed out the plan is all coming together.
JR. You keep putting your foot in it.........
You say "you're involved" in many other company's/projects.
How are you INVOLVED with INFA?
Si, Agreed- with the size of the INFA team they have moved this company on in quick speed but ensuring all along that the I's are dotted and T's crossed. It is comendable how far we have come since JW came onboard and I am sure this will be reflected in the SP soon enough.
Thanks Tango, good to get some clarity of the timeline. Looks like the previous Bod had done sweet FA in years. imo
JW and team has moved things on nicely since. Last few things to be analysed, presented and then to be considered by the powers that be. Slow steasdy progress. But it's important to make sure everything has been done correctly.
Speedy - how many other NI focussed AIM listed companies are there for me to study? I am involved in many direct NI and UK projects that don’t have a listed wrapper around them which would not be visible to you. Please don’t be so sceptical. Hopefully what I have said is balanced and not inaccurate or misleading as that isn’t the intention.
JR. Thank you for your unconvincing answers.
You say your always interested in interesting projects, yet with 900+ other AIM listed company's your posting history is 100% concentrated here!
I remain unconvinced and very skeptical of your motives here.
Kibuc. Im a LTH and have just short of 5m shares. I enjoy the good natured tone here and only "speak out" when I sense protestors who are (normally) not invested trying to knock the company motives and SP.

All comming together.
“When completed, the acquisition of the assets of Harland and Wolff will reduce capital expenditure, shorten the construction timeline and provide us the ability to commercialise the project earlier than currently projected.”

I am always interested in interesting projects.
Didn't know there was a form to fill in in order to gain credibility on this forum, and I'm even more perplexed that questions have to be answered "satisfactorily". I wonder who sits on the committee thay needs to be satisfied.
It's getting more tribal or sectarian here by the day. Just chill and enjoy the news.
1. No - I have already stated I don’t trade penny shares.
2. No significance of the date as I was well aware of INFA from before this but no links to prior co.
3. I thought the name was funny. I can change it if you don’t like it.
EWING_JR. You say, "I am not sure what else isn’t clear."
1. Are you invested in INFA?
2. Why you registered on this forum on the same day of the RNS requisitioning EGM to overturn the previous BOD?
3. Why you chose the name EWING_JR?
JR Ewing, a fictional yet somewhat famous TV show character who is constantly plotting subterfuges to plunder his foes wealth?
Answer these 3 questions satisfactorily and you'll gain credibility.........
I suppose what isn't clear is why you're on the board if you're not either interesting in investing or are currently invested in it
Speedy, no am not a previous employee and don’t know the previous board beyond what I observed and read on this board and on the media. I have also said that I currently don’t invest in penny shares so I am not sure what else isn’t clear.
It's been muted that in order to get the EU to agree to the latest brexit deal, the UK government will pledge to invest huge sums of money both in the north of Ireland and the south? to aid infrastructure projects.
Now if that's not a positive I don't know what is!
Obviously any deal has to be passed beforehand, the huge stumbling block, but it appears the hard brexiteers in the conservative party are going to vote for it, one hurdle cleared, the DUP will vote for it, two hurdles cleared. Just another two to clear!!
Mr T
Taken from Wikipedia:
J.R. has been central to many of the series' biggest storylines. He is depicted as a covetous, egocentric, manipulative and amoral oil baron with psychopathic tendencies,[2] who is constantly plotting subterfuges to plunder his foes' wealth.
JR, your tag name and the INFA circumstances surrounding when you joined this forum don't do you any favours...........prove me wrong!
To answer your question as to why "some" may see this less that a good investment.
De-rampers trying to get the sp down.
People who bought on spike and are miffed it's down here.
People who sold at a loss and are bitter.
Locals opposed to one of the projects.
Ex-employees.
Shorters.
The Russians.
Trump.
Pesky Mongolians....
Take your pick, though some might take a bit of reaserch.
Regards, Si :)
Another smoke screen deflecting my previous comments, well done JR. You could be a politician, lol!
It's odd you never state if you're invested here?
What brought INFA and this forum to your attention on 9th May 2017 when the RNS to overthrow the previous BOD was released. Were you one of the previous "employees" and still so bitter that you wish the new BOD to fail?
I would advise to do research before investing, Plenty of information available and make your own conclusions why some people think a company having purchased an £11mill company for £6mill and have £15 mill to to be returned for one project in Q4 and £1.6mill due from the EU anytime, so in my eyes thats a value of £27.6mill and what is the current market cap again? oh yes circa £7.5mill mmmm!
I don’t know why everyone gets so aggressive. Is there something people are worried about by having a balanced conversation? There has been nothing for me to discuss previously as I have stated, I am not a short term penny trader. I am more interested in long term business building, well financed companies and ensuring this will go through for the longer term security of the workforce.
It is good news that the H&W workers returned this morning to work and it would be useful to know who pays the salaries of the 100 men and women as from today. Is it the Government still or INFA? as I don’t think the deal has gone through yet and INFA don’t have any secure work yet for them. Albeit as Mr T points out it looks like the pipeline is a potential.
"Good" is relative, and your evaluation of this stock, or any other, can vary depending on how you structure your portfolio and your risk appetite.
At the moment, the company generates no revenue so when you buy it, you're buying a story. Evaluating a story is a whole different kettle of fish to just looking at P/E ratio and divident history for revenue-generating companies. Some people like it and/or are good at it, and they sometimes find a big-time winner when it's still in its infancy, others prefere sticking to mature companies and playing it safer.
new here...and wld appreciate it if some kind/knowledgeable person cld enlighten me as to why this company is considered by some to be a less than good investment....given the news this week, the sector in which it operates etc etc .tx
Just checked when JR registered here. The exact same day of the RNS launching the requisition of extraordinary general meeting to overthrow the previous board. Where there's smoke there's fire, I wonder?? Own up JR, show some backbone...
Despite all your "smoke screen" comments here, you only pop up when the SP is turning or potentially rising, filling the forum with conjecture or negativity. Did you yet state you're invested here?? It was clear to me last year and confirmed by your miraculous return, for whatever reasons, you are not keen for this company to succeed.
I have been around a lot longer than that Spud. I don’t get involved in penny share day trading conversations, hence why I don’t tend to comment when nothing is happening. With INFA, except the internal management fighting and external project protestors, they have been an expensive corporate shell without cash raising small amounts of money to pay fees, consultants and salaries....now we have some real issues to chew on.
