I see the price i have a small order 1 million in for 042.1 then i will try another gla knowing my luck have to up it slighty
They are on Level 2 moneybags ;-)
may i ask what price as just about to buy
I've got another 1.5M,(.5 +1M), waiting to appear. Unless they have pitched up on NEX, of course. Flirting with the notifacation again!
I thought your post was fairly balanced and thought provoking. Just one correction to make. The backstop date for the funding of H &W is 31 December not 31 October. I'm sure you've read Dawski's latest post since you made yours. Most of what he says makes good sense.
Hopefully know our fate very soon . Lets hope these prices will be laughable in a few months time . I feel we got to much on our plate but who am .I love to be proven wrong
Dawski,
You make some excellent points there.
The concerns must be where those funds are coming from and at what cost. There is such disparity between the size of the company and the sheer amount of cash it needs to bring its visions to fruition, especially as there are now, potentially, three of them!
Hi dawski37 - I totally agree with your comments & the spirit of your comments & yes we are a "tiddler" but so far INFA has been punching way above its 'weight'. Onwards & upwards.
Nows the time to buy IMO . If great6 news betyween 3p and 5p in time
JW would certainly not have entertained buying H&W if he could not see it being viable from potential orders from the Navy and otherwise let alone reducing the Capex on the big one.Further there is no way he would have been allowed or encouraged to do so by our partners and contractors ( some of whom are owed money ) and the N.I. EXecutive/ the Government if they were not convinced that all targets for Islandmagee could be met by year end ...that includes the ML ! IN the grand scheme of business we are a "tiddler" and we would not have been allowed to bite off more than we can chew without much thought and Due Diligence ...the cost and the adverse publicity would have been overbearingly dreadful for all. I have every confidence that JW & Co can make H&W work wonders once funds come in by year end .That include the cheque from Mr.Junker!
JR joins in 2017 - 135 posts only on INFA a share he doesn't own. Brucealrighty joins today, 1 Post on INFA a share he doesn't own. I am not sure what the motivation is but would be interesting to know.
I doubt jw would buy the yard if he did not know he could do it . I WILL stick my neck out and buy my trading lot i will put a order in now lets hope it gets filled slighty under
JR the disrupter returns spouting negativity and planting his seeds of doubt!
What is it this time, JR?
1. A question which you already know the answer to?
2. Some info, for us "dummies", to help protect our investment?
3. Or are you actually going to reveal you've bought shares in INFA?
20 posts here since 3rd Oct when you said,
"I have no holding in INFA but am interested in NI business and projects".
So please inform us all, what is your interest here?
It's been intriguing researching back through the past few weeks of Share Discussion for Infrastrata on here - the gas storage project I find very interesting and potentially very worthwhile investing in. However, I see it as still very early stage and therefore could be a very long and potentially risky commitment, 1 - because even if the marine license is secured soon there is still seems to be a serious amount of design, planning and team building to take place - as well as management working with the local community - all of which takes time and money and none of which Infa seem to have much of left, which leads onto 2 - their recent investment/divestment into Harland and Wolff might seem like a smart move for the long run (reduce IM capex) but in the short term looks to be a complete cash burner which will only work against the development speed and ability of principal to stay afloat (excuse the pun). Infrastrata have had to borrow every penny it has needed (on less than favourable terms) to purchase a shipyard that hasn't built a ship in 16 years but more to the point hasn't turned a real profit in 6 years (apart from 2 periods where it seemed to only make money because it was carrying out rig dry docks for it's parent company - which no longer is there for hand-downs). So I find it hard to believe some posters on here that claim that H&W contracts could be soon bringing in revenue and profit over and above their own operating costs (all those workers that gained their claim to fame protesting at the gates need to put bread on the table while waiting to make steelwork for gas carvern drilling components). I'm not trying to be pessimistic regarding the share price but has anyone else any realistic opinions on the viability of Infa with its newly adopted child that needs fed? I'm more than happy to take a punt on anything but I like my share buys to last longer than Brexit extensions and just like BJ I don't think JW is going to meet his yard backstop date this week... and then what?
Nobody loves a smart arse JR, entirely relevant question from auntie
Aunty - you are seriously worried about the use of a pronoun rather than focusing on the question of the cost of funds to pay for H&W? Maybe apply a bit of your twisted due diligence on not getting diluted.
Why, if you're not invested here, referring to INFA as 'WE' ?
Not sure what your agenda is here but it ain't positive
Tango, we have agreed a price but not paid for H&W so my first concern is the cost of what we have to borrow to pay for it. Unless it has escaped everyone’s attention, INFA doesn’t have any of its own cash and therefore £6m is going to come at a killer cost.
Dear NAZ. 260 posts, all negative and nonsensical.............my hats off to you, keep up the good work!
Are you sure you didn't invest your life savings here when it was 15p?
Dawski. With your large holding, will that make you a prince to the crown? I'm looking forward to the BIG news when it comes and October milestone completions this week. When delivered, Marine license advancement will boost confidence plus updated construction tenders will probably be interesting, especially if savings are present.
Whats wrong with X factor?
How many years does infra con the punters.
Oh dear it's time to give out more shares as the ship is sinking again and there is a great big iceberg ahead.
Hope your not depending on the EU funds to bale you out .
Islandmagee is the Crown ....H&W is the potential jewel in the Crown. You can safely bet on that folks. As for Barrow, we shall see once DD is sorted. One Crown, two Jewels...maybe more !!
JR, the first H&W contract will probably be worth than we paid for the whole company. "Supressed share price for many years"You better open a massive short then- but don't fancy your chances of a return anytime soon LMAO!
Has that info been published before? JW mentioned potential future investor evenings. Sure lots of Q's.
