Hi all! Yes very excited about the open offer, the phrase from Buffett, "Margin of Safety" springs to mind! Helping the company finances and getting shares at a very cheap issue price, what could be better!?
Does anyone that may have better brokers than me have any details on the OO yet. I know the price obviously, but nothing more.
I've bought a further 600k in the bid process for same reason
We are due news before end of November or very early December,
We want good news to make up for this year sp wipe out jw
We don't get fudged anymore like Jan this year ,
Jw indicated news would be announced quickly into the new year,
But we got stuffed for a long time and still are,
Let's wipe the slate clean and no more lies jw,
I could have bought for 0.298 today but that would not have helped the company finances, so I'm putting the grand into the open offer. In my view I'd rather it goes to the company
Hi All GLTH
Has anyone taken up the offer more shares in infrastrata? Or is it possible the price could go down a little?
Any thoughts ?
Kind regards Danny
From 0.5p to 0.3p on the H&W acquisition. That's some value creation for Infa shareholders.
4 days remaining for the November deliverables to be met. Would be great to see them announced at or before the General Meeting on Friday. For projects of this size, things are complex and do take time. Hats off to JW and team for the heavy lifting done in recent months. We have an exciting few days ahead, followed by a few big weeks leading into the end of Q4.
seems I now have a message from Hargreaves Lansdowne in my inbox with the offer
Sorry, I thought has your broker had brought it to your attention you already had a holding in the company.
TBH, at this price, with all the upcoming news and recent developments it's an excellent price to take a punt. IMO
Long time holder here so my average is a lot higher than .3p :(
Good luck and welcome aboard, Si.
That is true, I only came here due to the email this morning so looked at it and took the punt
OK, first I knew of it as I hadn't been on this page before so thought I would check it out. I have applied for some shares at that price so hopefully its a good investment.
Guess this is not your most watched share then BaldyB. :)
That would be OO not IPO and as they are your broker it's would be easier to go through them, if interested, rather than sign up to Primary Bid. As Radders says, the funds would go to the company coffers with either rather than on the open market where they don't.
But glad you had something. Barclays have sent nothing as yet.
But that's par for the course with them.
It was in RNS on 20th November. SP isn't much different to the offer, but if you buy through Primary Bid it will go straight to Infa, is what I understand
Hi all,
I had an email from X-O share dealing today about an IPO for INFA and if I wanted to apply for shares at 0.3p deadline is 4th December. Did anyone else know about this on here?
Humpalumps and Spud. From the Belfast Telegraph Nov 22 article JW states "15 worker hired and will continue to hire ahead of acquiring the shipyard on Dec 5th. He's obviously planning, as he states, "to hit the ground running and get things moving" once acquisition is complete. Lets not forget prior to entering administration H&W had approx 130 employees, 79 remain, so they'll need to fill some vacancies just to function effectively. I have no doubt income workstreams are top of JW's agenda and trust he's marching forward at pace.
On a side note, I read in the linked article positive moves afoot to get Stormont up and running after the general election.......https://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/northern-ireland/sinn-fein-holding-firm-on-irish-language-act-after-foster-proposes-stormont-return-38721625.html
Yeah you don't normally hire 15 extra heads without knowing something - gonna be an interesting couple of months ahead I think ;}
Short term we need any work to pay overheads!
The press article suggests contracts incoming so all good (hopefully)
Good point Spud
True maybe 30ish with FID but God knows where with the navy contract :{}
Yep , but will take a bit more than FID to get to £80mill ncap.
Need to prove up the potential of H&W and will take time for pnl to be established imo
But also 12m worth of assets in H&W :}
Errrr we will have a smidgen more shares in issue than the beginning of the year...... ;)))
Snowman I know you are prone to enter the hyperbolic stratosphere... but I think you are spot on with SP... if all milestones hit this year surely SP must be higher than the start of the year on no news
