Merry Xmas Radders - your continuing confidence is very encouraging. Broodbox
BlairPeach, J and W are the initials of the interim chairman, so hardly the definition of incoming/new. I doubt he has such time on his hands to waste as some here clearly have.
Spud
Surely gotta watch half enders bruv
It's all about fahmly ain't it
Have a good one
Mr T
I wonder whether the incomer's initials will be J and W?
Dear Mr T,
Setanta has got his numbers wrong.
Infa paid £500k as part consideration in October 2019
Infa paid £500k + VAT for costs for November 2019
From December onwards, all costs are Infa's costs without VAT to the administrator
The final consideration due in April 2020 is £1.45 million not £1.49 million.
Finally, in an earlier post, Setanta stated that Arun Raman had a million or so shares. That is again factually incorrect. Arun has subscribed to shares in the recent placing and he has bought nearly 7 million shares. Add to that his current holding and it works to over 8 million shares.
Merry Christmas radders
I'm giving Eastenders a miss tomorrow after reading through this bb the last couple of days.
Only so much soap opera a man can take ;0)
Small Xmas Top Up. Merry Xmas one and all.

December 24, 2019 † Open, 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM (today)
0.314 to buy.... why not buy another 350k
A marked up from the start
Not many posters around here not even volume on the large stocks, but someone still got money to spend after the shopping for Turkey and Champagne, so decided to BUY 1.6M @ 0.308p
Scoredagain, hypocrisy about sums it up. Living a gas guzzling lifestyle themselves and protesting against gas storage. Nice.
These bashers are normally hypocrites who have nothing better to do -- Intresting if you kept tabs on them see if there really green bet there not !
Speedy, they’ve even cut and pasted one of JR’s posts here and put it up on twitter to make it appear like a genuine shareholder is aggrieved by woodburn. Deceit and misrepresentation all over. And these are the people talking about safeguarding the environment. Shame.
Nazareme, you can’t possibly “respect” and wish the workers of H&W well if you want their company to fail. They are celebrating their rescue and don’t need your inputs especially as your logic is most distorted. Find yourself another purpose in life, INFA and H&W happen to have found their direction and are going to fly.
Someone is going to have to find a new topic. To keep bringing up a failed project form years ago is wearing a bit thin.
A project that since has seen the original BoD thrown for incompetence, an interim BoD come and go and a new BoD replace them. Not a single person from previous incantations and a new BoD that seemed to have jumped through every enviromental hoop thrown at them, and then some. Should they now be held accountable all for previous failed projects?
From what I gather the clean up at woodburn was given to local contractors to "professionally" restore the site. Did they do a proper job? Did the then board check their work? After the results/ plug and abandon RNS on the 16/06/16 the board never mentioned it again.
Maybe you should have aksed JW at one the local meetings instead of keep dragging it here.
Happy Christmas, to you and yours. :)
every respect for H&W workers.
TinyTim, Nerdy owl. It's odd that Nazarene is carrying on Ewing JRs Woodburn arguments from last night, which have mysteriously disappeared from his post history? Surely not a coincidence, or is that the new tack of the protestors during the consultation? Perhaps we know now why JR receives "recommends" on his posts here! Strength in numbers, even if aliases, eh boys?
Nerdy owl. Don't lose any sleep over our resident naysayer. He pops up occasionally after one too many Guinness......though tonight he sounds sober!
I think you will find naz that the dams were closed as part of planed works. So you can stop with the lie spreading. It is a shame that people like you would rather that H&W closed instead of infa running it successfully retaining jobs, creating more jobs and in 2020 starting apprenticeships. It is a pity that you can’t put your energy into something useful other than trying to put people out of work. Merry Christmas Naz.
Nazareme, I doubt the good workers of H&W would agree with you on that, those who are celebrating this Christmas with their families thanks to INFA. What part of economic growth and how it works is unclear to people who sit comfortably in their homes and pass armchair judgement over business and its many pitfalls will forever remain a mystery. Once again, this is a new team, new vision, new strategy. Clearly you wish neither Infa nor H&W well so not entirely sure what you are doing here.
Plus no fid
Hi set
Yes but as the deal completed on time that 600k wasn't paid was it?
Also these references to maintenance costs I'm unsure as to what they wholly relate to?
My reference was to overheads ie salaries rates light etc somewhere I saw 300k per month stated which sounds about right to me if you take 70employees average salaries plus add ons NI pensions etc plus the everyday costs rates light etc
I remember looking at the old H W accounts last set there could have been finance agreements in place for equipment etc not too sure if Infa would have taken those on though as they belonged to the insolvent company so they would have died with that?
Anyway whichever way you look at it H&W need to generate in excess of 500k per month in my opinion with the number of employees and now a new management team. Therefore I expect a raft of announcements in the New Year which as I say will see a big uplift in our sp.
Fingers crossed!
Have a good one.
Mr T
Looking good for tomorrow, a nice bounce
Was the first company not different personnel? Are most of infa new to the company since woodburn ? Just asking
You had one more company /woodburn forest and what a disaster which u never finished.
Who did you sell that poison drill hole to?
You may try to destroy the larne water basin .
Let's hope there is no disasters.
We do not want a repeat like three dams closed as your first company left .
I hope some other company takes over H &W.
They would be safer in another company.
Yes H&W will work but not with infra .
