With apologies, I missed the 6th Jan Loan note announcement,
clearly the selling is a result of the 57m new shares as a result.
Probably getting it in before the new Chairman takes the reins! Going by his past I doubt HE would have granted the options just yet. imo.
Agreed bad timing lets get it going first
‘ John Wood, Interim Chairman and CEO, commented "It is important to recognise the progress InfraStrata has made over the last year where both Arun Raman and Judith Tweed have been key to the Company's success.’.........think he might be looking at the infa share chart upside down!
I hope today isn’t a trial balloon for JW and the new chairman to reward themselves at the options trough at the expense of shareholders. As always one step forward 3 steps back.
I think a good incentive for Arun and Judith but timing a bit unprofessional. IMHO
Those 20m were forward sold into the market before the 30th fwiw
Thanks for enlightening us Leesadee as you’re the only one with access to news and we SHs just make investments splashing about in the dark. Also thanks for worrying about what might or might not be good for H&W as clearly we need your expert advice to run the company. Btw, are you charging by the post or is this priceless advice free of charge?
Only 20m were vested on 30th Dec. The selling is far more aggressive. It appears another large holder is selling. Yes, its poss something is coming that implies additional supply. One positive is the bid holding. Let's hope someone has a significant working order. Should the bids drop from here it feels like another drop might occur.
Hope so Spud, or if U.K. Gov can use influence to secure contract for the FSS ships, that would be great as not using money that may otherwise go to health, schools etc
Energy is a devolved issue, so Executive would decide any new energy policy (as the old one I believe has now lapsed..)
I was thinking work for H&W tbh...
Strategic infrastructure will be central government
Hi Speedy, you need to read the NI news feeds, try Sam McBride & John Campbell. The extra £1bn doesn’t appear to cover the specifics mentioned in the 62 page “new deal” let alone projects not mentioned ( gas storage wasn’t mentioned btw)...

I'd love to see your maths to confirm that statement Setanta
I'm assuming its Riverfort, they seem to be selling fairly steadily.
By the time they rns the converted shares have been forward sold
Dear Lisa. Thanks SO much for your ever so valuable input. I'm sure we wouldn't want any investors here thinking that UKGOV funding would ALL be heading to INFA?!
Approach with caution Spud ... out of the £2bn, £1bn is the Barnett based guarantee (eg the expected cash).. the other £1bn is (I believe) well short of what the NI Executive thought they were getting for the “new deal” .. & huge oversight of how this money will be spent (health, education, transport links/roads a priority ..)

but all this selling could be the harbinger to another placing. Why is everyone so sure the seller is Riverfort? We don't know that but we do know INFA is perilously short of cash.
Hi mr triumph thanks I feel this year will repay us all and I have a bit to go for my average as bought at different times etc . Snowman hope he is fine but thought he would of been on here by now . Let’s hope he is safe and mending
Scored,
That's fine by me, get them out before the real news starts to flow. What we dont want is them selling into the positive newsflow and holding any significant rise back. I'm fairly certain that over the next few months the news will be very good indeed and therefore the sooner Riverfort are gone the better.
I note we have still not heard anything in respect of these EU funds owerd to us!!!
are they going to pay us? if so I would expect the funds in pre 31 January if not then I am not sure we will ever receive them. These are getting on for 12 months overdue which is not good! shame on the EU and good riddance to them.
Any news on Snowman anyone?
Mr T
Strangle this share every step forward two back . GLad when they go do us no favours
Ahhh very nice my bad - bit out of the loop these days kind of just letting the shares do their thing haha. Neat :)
Hump,
See link to RNS in this respect.

Mr T
Correct me if I'm wrong but there is something like a 30/45 odd day public consultancy period before a marine license can be granted so I don't think that can happen just yet
Happy to hold i know the pitfalls but if good news over a penny on ml
Nice work Spud for the snapshot of the protestor being SH - wonder how many such disguised SHs are there! I’m sure some feel pressured into appearing to be resisting the project while themselves seeing its merits and have perhaps invested.
Haha genius spud - you must have screenshotted half of Facebook with how easily you pluck these things out =D
