There is no real attempt being made to make a market here. Quite the reverse. The market is being deterred by the use of occasional 1M and 2M sell trades and by maintaining a wide spread to deter buyers. So the background forces are still at work. Next week may see a change to encourage buyers.
Tango 1 thanks again and I'm happy to let the matter go now. In any event I believe Snowman has covered it very well. Thank you for that Snowman. By the way I think we may see some new old posters here soon. Just a guess but not entirely uninformed!
Setanta.....'Thanks Tango 1, and do you know what that "slating letter" said,(roughly) ? '
.....Not sure what the letter was, but this is what JW tweeted at the time in early April if that helps a bit.....
'I am reading with disbelief that Nick Emerson has been sharing views on where we are upto in relation to Offtake, Equity and Marine license. Nick has no idea where the company is upto in relation to any of these matters this is clearly a red herring! #INFA
Sounds like he was putting misinformation about in some shape or form....denied at the time by the brokers, who were obviously (reputation and all that) supporting their man. If it was comments made on twitter or the like you can bet they would have been deleted pronto.
Anyway....onwards and upwards from here ! ........we are making headway....negotiations still ongoing .....imagine they are extremely complex.....but there will certainly be a fabulous payoff regarding the SP ..........the offtake is for all 7 caverns by a world renowned operator !!
This makes lovely bedtime reading.......'once converted into a full gas storage agreement in due course, will underpin cumulative Project revenues for the first 12 years of operation of the gas storage facility, expected to be approximately £600 million to £780 million before costs at full operating capacity. Over the 40 year lifetime of the facility operations, cumulative revenues are expected to be between £2 billion and £2.60 billion before costs at full operating capacity.'
Thanks Tango 1, and do you know what that "slating letter" said,(roughly) ? And Mr. T, clearly the MMs have spent today trying to discourage buyers. Last week they were dropping the SP on a handful of small buys but today, despite some decent buys the rise they have permitted has been miniscule !
Totally agree Mr T should may get resistance at 0.6 but there will not be much resistance past 0.06 until 0.09, but an announcement of a positive ilk would IMO fly the SP past those resistance levels, I got a few more today in anticipation.
Despite looking bullish and buy's vastly outweighing sells, the mm's appear reluctant to move this up at the minute. Maybe over the next few sessions that will change provided buy's keep clicking in. I would like to see this back into the .070's in the very near term, it should not be where it is.
Setanta1- For me the demise of the SP was very closely timed to the alleged Broker letter slating the company, JW showed his anger via stating they knew nothing about the then current dealings and shortly after announced they were no longer needed. The Brokers are the supposed promoters for the company so have the power if they chose to use it to drive things up or down. It is just my opinion and may not be true- Now they have gone lets see how things go.
Hi Tango, you've suggested on at least half a dozon occasions that ' the broker ' was manipilating the SP What do you think they were doing by way of manipulation ? I'd just like to have your opinion. On the positive side the buyers are back. I'll bet there are a few busy private Twitter accounts. As there were at the turn of the year!
Hi All - I have been following the SP the last couple of days to see if it dips below my top ups last week & so far for the first time since my small Buys going back to March it has not.Are we now at the bottom of the SP looking at the latest Buys some people must think so.
Not that type of share whatamess. This baby is the real deal.. It flew up to 2.12p within hours in January just on news the offtake and equity were close....false dawn...but we really are a lot closer now. When she moves she will blooowwww
I personally am happy a lot bailed as the bounce will be all the faster and higher, seen it too many times. One chap bailed at a small loss and next day 500% up (another aim stock), if you have done your DD and no detrimental news you keep the faith- a lot here have bailed on sentiment and potentially manipulated by advisers but that IMO is at an end now, And I don't personally think we will have to wait until November the 5th for the fireworks.
True.....delays are certainly very common in big projects and thankfully most of our delays now seem to be behind us.....the future IMO looks very bright indeed and looking brighter as time and negotiations march on !
Snowman, i agree with what you say. Precisely because its a huge project delays Can happen. The EU are notoriously slow for a start. The finance side of things Will hopefully come before end of Q4. Having seen other projects of a similar nature the licence and public consultations Can drag on for a while. So mentally is probably good to be ready rather than expected clock work
Why are you anticipating further delays?......... Can I draw your attention to this again.......'Marine survey works are progressing AHEAD of schedule, despite the damp and blustery weather.'
It says AHEAD of schedule.
Furthermore, we know that the 1.6 Million euros are nailed on and with the pound in such a weak state that means it is now worth a whopping £1.47 Million and rising. It would be in the EU's interest to settle that pretty soon.
The complex off-take negotiations and calculations are continuing and the full GSA should be signed in very near future. That in turn will help speed up finalisation of equity/debt negotiations. Don't forget all discussions are now for the full 7 caverns not 2, so the results of these negotiations will be beyond transformational. IMO the taking of the FID should be a fairly short affair, when offtake/equity/debt negotiations in place.
A lot of effort is being put into preparations, it is a huge project...especially for a very small company....lots of balls to juggle....but imo we have a team (albeit small) of very professional jugglers ! .... there was a great deal of inertia to overcome, but INFA are overcoming them due to prolonged and almost superhuman effort......... when things do start to move, everything should fall into place quickly.
