Is this what is causing the 119% capacity or is this on top? Answer please JW:- let's get this moving!
Probably, I am going to bite my lip going forward as some take it out of context and it is no good for anyone.
Nice find Lottie. @approx 500 ton of steel/pc plus complex manufacturing is going to keep the yard busy and the coffers flowing. Looks like future demand increasing too......
Well done JW for his vision to make INFA cash generative.........no more dilution for quite some time......hopefully never again!
Interesting find, Lottie. 24 for H&W, nice.
Whose monopile is that jacket? ;)
Apologies if I am late to this news. .. New shareholder....H and W building these with other yards

Has anyone seen the article from Alliance News by some hack called Eric. Just a re-hash of the same article written when the extention was fist mentioned, but makes it to yet another extension because of the extra four days.
Think he saw your post, Tango?
With the other 2 i mentioned GGP and PHE i was staring at a red screen for months on end sometimes questioning myself but always believing in what was to come and i even added more as i became more confident.
I’ve got the same feeling about this.
Let’s just wait and see.
BTB
Bewarethebroker- let's hope you're the lucky omen!
Hoping that infra will complete my hat trick and i’m very confident that it will.
Greatland gold over 200%
Powerhouse energy over 200%
Infrastrata will do over 200%
I like what they are doing here
Keep the faith

Wonder how the new northern island minister will affect infa.
Grants or no grants .
Hope things do change, Tango. I really hope so. Missed out on so many opportunities in recent months by keeping my money in here and not trading. Hope I am rewarded for doing so.
Noooo, not a further delay on the delay. Will... it... ever... ennnnd. :)
To be factual it is extended a further 4 days to 27th March, when it was 23rd March so....DDD
Si- I am exactly the same- just expecting Debt/Delay or Dilution- Things will change very soon though (be glad when it does)!
So, the ML PC extention gets the go ahead. Guess their legal eagles had no issues.
I used to get excited when I saw the RNS red dot above. Nowadays I'm thinking, now what! :)
Following that theory. I bet that's what happened to those missing placing shares. Forward or othewise sold then only report your final holding after the placing. The missing 606m odd just got dispersed offsetting their placing purchases.
Kinda makes sense.
Morning, yes about 20mil? let's hope this is separate and another II took the 89mil
From my post on the 28th when Riverfart converted, "The trade this am was for 89,285,714 but the RNS states the loan was converted to 98,193,244. Leaving 8,907,530..... ?" Lottie said at the time that the difference would have been MM's fees, but that aside, their was a corresponding trade for the 89,285,714 on the 6th of Feb. The plot thickens.
If you take the 63,785,714 from the 89,285,714 the difference is 25,500,000. Is that important?
Well, Spreadex's original purchase was for 125,500,000. So,I'm guessing they sold 25,500,000 into market whilst buying the 89m to get to where they stand today. That would work out exactly. Have I lost it? lol
Morning Tango, was just checking that, but it's a bit short.
maybe they are the ones that bought riverforts shares?
Looks like Spreadex have increased their holding by another 63,785,714 shares.
One point to add. Conditions may be imposed on the winning consortium leader (Bab****), based on the principles of the national shipbuilding strategy, to share the contract with other shipyards (H&W). Both UK, Scotland and NI govts benefit greatly from PR. It seems both Bojo and Minister of Defence were for this early on......
Whatamess......my "top drawer!"..........just joking. Googled "harland and Wolff", then "news" tab.
https://www.savetheroyalnavy.org/more-details-of-the-royal-navys-type-31-frigate-emerge/
Bab**** says they are open to sharing work around the UK in line with the National Shipbuilding Strategy. Both Ferguson (Clyde) and Harland and Wolff (Belfast) were part of the original Team 31e consortium but are in poor shape. The consortium members are not guaranteed a workshare but would be allowed to bid to build blocks. Bab**** insists they won’t take risks with the programme and any commercial partners would be subject to the usual financial due diligence.
Article from Sept 15 2019. One can understand why Bab**** were saying H&W was in "poor shape" at that time, but much has changed since then. Shipyard up and running, hiring again. New top pedigree management, associating with (and potentially future financial backing by) Navantia to satisfy required due diligence..........come on!!!
"Deal of the year - £2.5-£10m". Would be another feather in the hat and great publicity, no doubt.

Even if modernisation of the shipyard doesn't happen, H&W will definitely be capable of "block work", if Navantia win the FSS competition. Exciting times ahead as soon as MOD has finished their review and reopened the competition.
