Ml a bolt on
H&W rns
Hi Si- all good here, I like the momentum building here, think we are going to get a couple of good bumps up soon. IMHO
It's twirly, imo.
Yeah, I know we need to get back to some semblance of normal.
But with c.3k new cases daily.
Not yet, or there WILL be a second wave.
Nice to see you posting again Tango. Hope all's good with you and yours.
Regards, Si. :)
Good to see them easing lockdown in Ireland :-) Contract news soon I hope.
They have sold 4.5m of their holdings taking them under 3%.
They were close, at 3.03% after the latest increased in issue.
Obviously, now they are under the 3% we won't know if they continue to sell or that was it.

Edit: Possible positive news is always good.
..The Brand new Stena Lie N.I. Ferry hot from China is undergoing urgent repairs to at least one of it's German Built Caterpillar Engines at Loch Ryan Port -Not sure if H&W engineers can go over and offer a helping hand ...see N.I. Ferry News today .Stena are bringing over a replacement Stena Nordica from Rotterdam as we speak ...Interesting !!
When the ml comes it will build confidence again and plenty will average down.
So many are well above the current price
Of the ii investment here , it's unusual for ii to come into a company as low a sp as infa ,
These ii investors and there were plenty took the stock , they don't do the sympathy vote , they make money!
Yes looking very positive I hope HW get swamped with orders
Considering they made £500k in the first month of opening H&W, assets of £12m, and a current Mcap of circa £13m- It is not going to take much as we are still a country mile from a fair SP/Valuation. any positive news good be explosive IMHO.
I'm thinking maybe it's just the people that sold higher buying back in again for another rise. In order to stop the same thing repeating itself we need a good piece of positive news to enable the 10 ppercenters to sell into lots of fresh buying. Would be lovely if good news is imminent though!
More Buys...something is up
Very Strong Buying today
Well whatever the reason, I hope we keep going up!
Leaky ? Picked up well
Hi I_Derman - You are correct for a document published this April it seems to have a mixture of data relating to the current ML application & the previous one for 2 caverns.I will be e-mailing them for clarity.Regards.
It may be the most recent document, Chris, but the dates on it are still as if it was the original.
Stating 2013 for design and 2015 for drilling.
Or as it always been this way.
See we have had more dillution this morning with neary £20's worth of options used.
Wow, if they sold them they could make c£650. :)

Storage in short supply, needed to prevent prospect of negative prices
Detailed below is the most recent document registered on the DAERA website summarising the basis of the ML clearly not approved but at least someone has been looking at INFA application:
Marine Licence ML 28_12 Islandmagee Gas Storage Project Date published: 03 April 2020

SI _DERMAN well done HAD MY BEST TIMES last couple years charts
Don't think he was expecting them, TBH. He said he was ready too, if , he was asked.
And, as regarding TA. It's has worked out very, very well for me, during this lockdown. :)
Having had time to watch the machinations of the markets and be able to jump in and out has been very profitable.
Not wishing to blow my own saxaphone, trumpet was too hard, check out my chart of last week.
Did it not come to fruition.
Just sayin'
Si. :)
Boris is backing UK firms, the clueless totalitarian commie traitor is paying the PAYE wages of UK firms ... well he isnt we are, or we will be when the bill comes at the upcoming budget, and via inflation.
Hope you've all got your INFA shares in a SIPP ISA or such like as CGT is surely about to go through the roof to pay for all this.
I am sure in these difficult times the government are going to back uk firms ,
Boris hates the a word and I guess he hates giving work away like cameron and may done ,
They ignored good uk firms ,Boris won't,
You need to back companies like h&w or you know how they end up ,
Watch this space , it will come , the ml is a giveme ,
Morning All,
What are peoples headline thoughts on Navantia? Any thoughts if they might have put a bid in to the administrators prior to INFRA getting it?
Interesting set-up really, Spanish state-owned company potentially getting in 'through the back door' to win MOD contracts. Might be something they thought they might be able to bid openly on until Brexit, which you'd hope(?) will enable UK govt contacts to give priority to UK companies?
I still sit on the fence on MOD contracts going abroad. On one hand, clearly best value should be part of it, but unless the difference is vast, my gut feeling is it should always go to UK shipyards- the long-term value of retaining this capability and high-skilled jobs far outweighs minor financial savings? Caveat- any foreign involvement should only be support ships etc, and not key fighting capabilities.
My other thought is that the govt needs to get an urgent grip on Navy orders- been wound done to the bones over the past 10-15years and is shockingly lacking the numbers it should have. Great we can still build world-leading ships such as the carriers- but I'd fear for these if the **** hit the fan in a big way and our ability to support these if in active combat.
I'm hoping for a bright, bustling future for H&W!
Cheers,
TheEast
