We need sellers in this stock, plus that’s what makes a market... no sellers no market, just market size trades which are no good for the big players.
Agreed lottie. There has been some really good, high quantity, buying. The caveat as you mention is the seller still popping up. 2 things will change that, - they either run out of shares to sell or we announce news that causes them to stop selling and enjoy the ride up instead. Without the seller we could very easily beat 46 with momentum from the current pr I think. I certainly see momentum on our side at the mo and long may it continue
The large seller is still around. The sizeable volume over the last few days reflect both the positive H &W prospects and the recent placing overhang. It will be interesting to see how long the sellers persists. Until this overhang is absorbed, only the granting of the ML or a significant positive earnings update can break the 46p resistance. Interesting times.
Momentum is showing signs of increasing :-)
Two more tweets this morning better explaining recent vessel movements etc

'It's been a busy weekend at our Belfast shipyard!
Not only did we see the arrival Seatruck Performance into our Ship Repair Quay but also the departure of Stena Superfast VIII.'

Arguably one of the best views in Belfast from the top of a crane at @Harland_Wolff1

Not very easy to buy I found.
Nice to see INFA SP ticking up. Slow and steady does it.
V11 in dock now and Seatruck performance gone but Seatruck panorama is moored up, maybe coming in?
is a retweet from the Secretary of State https://twitter.com/BrandonLewis/status/1313025631517581312
Me. Well, 15 ish miles South. Will ask my mate, who's a local counciler, if he's got any news. Usually see him Tuesdays if the weathers okay to work. Obviously not going do anything dodgey, but will ask. :)
Are those Jackets related to wind farm /oil rig activity, do you reckon?

'It may be the weekend but our team is still hard at work on the Oceanex Connaigre — removing the old shell plates so that new ones can be installed, installing a new face plate and repairing a damaged seam on the rudder.'

'Our shop cranes have been busy too, lifting a unit on a jacket frame. '

BlueToff In relation to your 11.41 post no I do not think you are missing anythingit is more of use for those that go in for technical analysis.
Thanks for that Stokey. Doesn't mean much at present, given that we have no past performance/ figures to analyse. Or am I missing something?
Thanks for that link Speedy - That's the sort of person every community needs - a fighter. Someone who will stand up for the rights of the people. He now has a Company (Infrastrata) who is determined to make a go of H & W - lets hope that with his Trade Union connection his eagerness to serve his people does not turn into the darker side of work relations. Lets hope everyone can work harmoniously for the benefit of all and he doesn't end up at the gates once more!!
For those who are interested some independent analysison INFA can be found here https://jmp.sh/ELkz5NX
H & W Belfast is currently our sole earner and we all have ideas about how earnings can be maximised at the shipyard. Stokey asks whether anyone knows what the present state of play is, at and around Appledore. Again there will be guesstimates about the revenue that is possible from that site - depending on MOD contract etc.
What I find more difficult to work out is whether there are any clear indications of what is possible at both our Gas storage facilities. How do we quantify potential income from these two plants . We also know about the delay in licensing at Island Magee but I am not aware that there is any info about the other - was it Barrow in Furness ??
Does anyone live near Appledore Shipyard and can give any information on if anything isgoing on there.
Definitely Stokey. What would be even better would be to see several ships in simultaneously at the Belfast Building dock as well. With the dimensions of it at 556m x 93m its certainly capable of holding a few big boats at once. 2 of those Viking sisters would be a great sight in dry dock, and again with the size of that dock, they could be berthed either side by side or one behind the other. I'm in an optimistic daydream now, but who knows, never say never.
ThisTimeNextYeer Thanks for your 19.19 post so if all three are permanently in use that would be good.
Stokey. I've attached a link showing the various docks in Belfast Harbour. It doesn't show the actual berth codes but you can see the port locations on the harbour map and link this to an actual ship on the vesselfinder.com site.
The port codes we want to see occupied in H & W are BDD (Belfast Dry Dock) where Stenafast VIII is currently berthed and is the smaller of the two H & W docks. Another is BBD (Belfast Building Dock) and the larger dock where Oceanex Connaigra is currently dry docked. The SRQ (Ship Repair Quay) is the one referred to earlier where the Viking and Seatruck are berthed.

BD1 is Barnett Dock and although in Belfast Harbour estate, it's not a dock with any link or usage by H & W.
