WE GOT A MENTION! BOOOOM
Thanks Stokey....will be waiting .
Tango1 In relation to your 11.58 post I am online with Parlianent Live and the statement is due to start shortly. If H&W is mentioned I will post the news.
Wouldn't it be amazing if Infrastrata or H&W is mentioned by name in the commons, I don't think it would break any rules as everyone will be watching from the markets.
It would be like lighting the touch paper of a rocket. :-)
PM's speech today will focus heavily on boosting the maritime agenda & ships orders. A win for Royal Navy.
Army is looking in far more trouble. Military insiders expect biting cuts to heavy armour, including tanks, and troop numbers to fall.
Sorry, Stokey. Not able to read her coments. Don't do twitter.
Have the Commons on ATM on the BBCi player waiting for 12:15. :)
Interesting twitter feed from the Times Defence Correspondent https://twitter.com/LOS_Fisher/status/1329340077298782209 like what she says about ships. Will know shortly.

Ha, there's a man who's been in INFA for 8 years alright!
You may well be right about a retrace but with current market sentiment and all the political engagement of late I think this could be the last chance to take a position before some really big news hits.
Besides that Britishbulls says it's a BUY so that's me sold (not literally ;)
Also it is worth noting in advance of the statement on the Integrated Review INFA is now trading at a 52 week high.
I hate it when people say things like "someone knows something", but todays continued rise does make one wonder.
Has someone got wind of something coming for Infa regarding a contract from HMG?
Not massive volume, tbh, but the last trade just gone through was @42.90p.
Interesting, if nothing else. :)
There is the possability that if the gas caverns ever get built that they could be used for hydrogen storage.
It has been mused by the company.
Was in solg many years ago but sold way to early. I do keep an eye on them, but missed the chance to get in when they were quite low in september.
One bit of caution as regards INFA, probably not be popular, but I'ld feel bad if I didn't say something. I was going to mention it this morning but you have qiven me an excuse to raise the issue.
For a while now the share price has been walked up to just over 40p ( previously .40p) and sold off by some of the ii's and then left to drift back to mid 30's. Mostly on no news regarding certain projects.
I'm not saying that it will do it again as I couldn't predict any news coming out, which it might.
I'm watching like a hawk for a good time to buy but the chart, to me, is saying wait.
Here's my chart, if your interested. The RSI is way to high, imo, and needs to reset before it either keeps going or stalls.

Just sayin', you do what your research tells you.
GL, Si. ( puts on tin hat) :)
Thank you Razor, that is exactly the type of information, I am looking for. Could I ask that you and others post your views on here in the coming days, so I may read them. I will not comment on them, as I will need time to check them out. I will not clog up your chatroom with countless postings. Just read for now. Thank you to everyone.
Quady. In that case I apologise. There are many shareholders here who know lots about the company, unfortunately I am not one of them. That said, today there is going to be a ministerial announcement regarding defence spending that will likely indicate to the market whether INFA are in line to gain long-term contracts for the manufacture of Fleet Solid Support ships for the Royal Navy. Also,as Stockey has kindly sourced, indications are that a long awaited Marine License may be granted that will kick start the Islandmagee gas storage project. If you are keen to invest, you will need to make a decision, and fast. Please DYOR.

Hi Quady, I believe hydrogen is something we can get into, but the main purpose of the salt cavern is LNG storage. There's also the shipyards we own which are Harland & Wolff, and Appledore. H&W are teaming up with Navatia to tender for defence contracts as Team Resolute, and Boris Johnson has already visited once I believe (Or JW, the Chairman, visited him, something like that).
It would be surprising if we didn't hear of any contract work from the MoD, but the start of work at the shipyards is supposed to be the company's maiden revenues. If you look back at the old RNS you can see JW explain the kind of income the different kind of shipwork contracts can produce.
Morning Forest. I have lots of experience in gas and oil, just I have come out of it, as I have observed the change in the world. My last LNG investment was Fortune oil in China, got ripped off there, but still made money. I am looking for something that is the future, and you may be right, this might not be for me. But what I have read so far is interesting. I would ask that you are patient with me, as at the beginning of an investment, I do ask lots of questions, and go away to confirm my understanding. Thank you.
Morning Stokey12, understand what your saying. I have invested in Banks, finance, but mainly oil and gas for 40 years. I invested in Solgold in 2013, and this was my first mining share ( so knew nothing when I started out) . I have done well out of it, and believe a lot more to come. I would like to have another punt, at something that I know nothing about today. If I do invest, it won't be a fortune. Probably 100,000 shares at today's prices. But for now in the learning stage. I know that ship building is looking at greener technology. Is this something that this company may get into. Bubble convinced me to look at this company. ( thank you Bubble)
Also we have gas storage, I take it that it's not hydrogen, as probably natural gas.
Quady. I am taking a wild guess that you are not into natural gas or natural gas storage. If so, you might want to invest your money elsewhere.
Yes Quady, everything in place imho, there is some very good informative people on this board who have been here a while a definite investment long term ,mine in my isa gl.
Quady - I have been reading your posts and I am wondering have you got the right company. It is just that fom what you have said INFA is in a different field to the one that you seem to be looking for.
