With the Budget question what does everyone hope/expect from the budget. I am hoping for some indication as to how the £100m of support to the fishing industry will be spent. I would hope that some will be used to help finance new fishing vessels that are built in the UK. I would not expect anything related to defence as that would probably left to the publication of the Integrated Review. With COP26 this year I would hope for some green initiatives.
Correct stokey
whatamess in relation to your post of 17.36 I am not sure if Tango1 is just making an educated guess but having launched an apprenticeship scheme earlier this month INFA would need some work for the apprentices to learn from. So assuming that the apprentices will start in March some contract RNSs this week would seem logical.
Like the reference to the green vessels - they are the future.. There is simply no way around it. If anyone can find a green design better than Triumph Subsea then please let me know.

LSE03 In relation to your 16.51 post the most interesting thing that I noted in the article is where it said 'DIT is working with BEIS colleagues on the Home Shipbuilding Guarantee Scheme, which will offer UK yards access to competitive finance to fulfil orders from UK customers.' This finance is likely to be of use to INFA with domestic orders would be interesting to see further details on it.
I wonder how much INFA makes from all the filming in the area a review of another series based in Belfast using H&W as the backdrop. https://www.irishtimes.com/culture/tv-radio-web/bloodlands-review-so-grim-and-a-seriously-bad-advertisement-for-a-weekend-break-in-belfast-1.4491127
MM's certainly been holding the level. lets hope for a couple of announcements this week to get the breaks off.
Nobby,yes exciting few weeks coming
The Company has to have both the organisation staffed and the infrastructure in place to win the contracts so it is a bit chicken and egg.
The new gates at Appledore, the robotic welder at Belfast, the Project Manager appointed for IslandMagee along with a host of other appointments and site preparedness projects has already positioned INFA where they are ready to execute contracts subject to the tenderer firing the starting pistol.
As we finally reach escape velocity (Mars Perseverence pun) from COVID the next few weeks are going to be stellar for investors.

Chris big hint on marine employment opportunities hmm tells you something we've been waiting for you think

Or rather "salutes" Loch Ryan where Stena Edda is at present !! --sorry
....safely docked as anticipated on this Board with sister to follow shortly so we are keeping the workforce happy and busy for now.I was never able to find out why Stena Edda was with us for so long but all seems hunky dory with her now as she salutes the Isle of Man etc. More exciting news soon, folks !!
2 weeks would also give time to confirm that the large seller is out. I still believe that the most recent acquisition would not have been done if the capacity wasn't needed based on the predicted pipeline of contract wins. Anyway only about 40 days maximum until the ML uncertainty is behind us. Let us remember some numbers back from December 2018 and more recently reconfirmed - NPV of the gas storage project was 222m @ 8% discount factor.
Speedy_Gonzalez In relation to your 17.23 post I read BewaretheBrokers 15.35 post as saying that he believes that at some point within the next two weeks something will happen to cause a sharp share price rise. That gives time for a contract or two. It would also give time for something to be said in the budget on the 3rd March to cause such a rise.
Brb. Why would the herd stampede here when we have NO CONFIRMED CONTRACTS?!
Bewarethebrokers In relation to your 15.35 post there is insufficient verifiable information at this time for me to agree to your conclusion. I would note, however, that the two week period would cover the period that includes the budget I would not as a result say you are wrong.
Agree BTB it is inevitable!
I’m going to predict a huge share price rise followed by a herd stampeding all over this BB anytime in the next 2 weeks.

Looking at trades, this will finish the day blue..
