I think the freeports for Scotland/Wales & NI are up to them?
There was not much in the budget that I saw that directly affected INFA and was likely to lead to an increase in the share price. The deduction for investment will be of use being able to deduct 130% of money spent on investments from your tax bill would be useful. I wonder if that would take effect from this financial year.
A £12 billion fund for infastructure projects and windfarms highlighted.
The budget will give an indication of where we are heading in terms of shipbuilding and green energy but the marine licence before the end of March and as the economy reopens we must surely see some contracts going through with all the recent acquisitions being made.

Capdevila11 In relation to your 12.05 post I do not read Bewarethebrokers 11.28 post as the only reason for a strong buy. I have a strong buy recommendation on all my posts in relation to INFA even when the post itself does not justify the strong buy recommendation. My and I suspect Bewarethebrokers recommendation is based on a number of factors including the fact that my next investment review point is still two months away and there is nothing that justifies changing my view on the stock.
Any talk of a free port in Northern Island, might make a difference
Just a matter of time before we see a 100% rise with infa.
I thought it would happen before xmas but covid reared it’s ugly head again which put paid to that but the pathway is becoming a lot clearer now.
GLA
Bring on that budget!

TheEast In relation to your 10.45 post that is the first of two barges mentioned in the Deveonlive and Business live articles. Hopefully the second will not be far behind.
Morning All,
Good news from JW on LinkedIn...
Congratulations to our team in Appledore who have docked a barge on the Newquay slipway today, this is our first slipping since the recent major refurbishment of this facility and the commencement of commercial operations in Appledore.
Good to see the income stream underway and lets hope this is start of much more to come!!
Cheers,
TheEast
Just seen this interesting timing? https://www.insidermedia.com/news/ireland/next-shortlists-unveiled-for-ni-dealmakers-awards
Tango1 In relation to your 08.14 post I was looking up Appledore Port on google and one ting it mentioned is that Queen Elizabeth I granted Appledore freeport status. I think it may still have it.
If the free port status is given to Belfast and it gives tax advantages to INFA customers it could be epic.
Some things have been leaked regarding the budget but rest assured there are more Rabbits in the hat. AIMHO
been adding sub 40p.INFA worth much much more than this.
Hi Bubble2021 and all here, hopefully yes, fingers crossed.
LSE03, good news for infra trade .
I see BBC are picking up (in Top 10 reads today) that FT are tipping that Chancellor will name free ports tomorrow. Think an earlier message today mentioned freeports.
Hi stokey12 - You are right but there may have been some new stuff.Hey Ho.
Chrisatrdg In relation to your 17.25 post this seems to largely be a repeat of the recent Devonlive article.
Reopened Appledore Shipyard ready to receive first vessels:

"Nonetheless I'm betting those recent Sellers will soon come to regret their actions."
And those who had belief will reap the fruits of their patience. Like I said before, I'll say it again, "Belief, patience, long-term hold". I'm not looking for a big day tomorrow or next week. Happy to let things pan out under the expert capable helm of John Wood and watch the steady trajectory of the SP northwards
Nice SP movement on no news; does somebody know something is mere mortals are not privy to?
Tango it's on fire alright !!:)
Stokey12- There is no smoke without fire!
Movement,maybe news Stokey
