Stiffer, certainly right time to buy atm imho news pending on different fronts .
Fair enough Stokey. There have been a lot of opinions regarding the ML and how it can be legally challenged. One thing is certain we find out soon. We already know they will attempt to take that decision to a judicial review. Someone posted some interesting links about 'cross cutting?' which I found useful.
I have been buying here since the last funding round. I am here for the other projects rather than IM.
Tailor,
I remember the post to which you refer.
Your apology is accepted.
My apologies if im wrong but I can definitely remember the post you got removed because you were insulting a very good and informative real investor and in that post you thanked him because you had sold your shares and bought into another company... ill not ask why your so negative about a company your supposedly invested in because that just gives you fuel for your agenda !
Good luck everyone and thank you very much to all the genuine investors and thanks for all the information yous have been providing, Exciting times
Tailor028, apologies for mis-spelling your user name.
Trailor028,
You appear to be another of INFA's confused. I maintain my +/-60,000 holding.
INFA on the other hand is a much less mature company, achieved maiden revenues shortly ago, numerous projects in the pipeline, great management team, and is progressing forward. Bab**** is just a big bloated blue chip that's mostly heard about in the news when one of its big contracts goes belly up
Bab**** being up 29% isn't impressive if you look at the 3 year or 5 year price for it. I should imagine their long term holders are somewhat pleased, but if you bought in around those highs then it has a long way to go.
Yes thought you had gone, all the better for holding on if you did gl.
BlairPeach if I remember one of your last post you have claimed to have sold up ... So why are you still posting negative comments??
If only we bag-holders of INFA were as unlucky!
Chris hopefully we will be soon !!:)
Currently Bab**** is 29.5% up this morning not bad for someone.
Infa isn't an incompetent company, unlike bab****, so I really doubt their day will be as bad. 1000 job losses coming at bab**** as part of "restructuring", i.e attempting to save money because the company isn't efficient. Bab**** won't make a bid for infa anyway, so doubt anyone who is actually invested here is losing any sleep over that possibility. Unlucky to any bab**** bagholders
Personally I suspect the island magee gas storage project is not just about infrastrata and government has an indirect involvement .Infa will in my view retain an interest and residual revenue once the project is built. The funder of the project when anounced will be revealing as to the scale of the project and GLYONS tenure at infa will become clearer.Great to see the sp moving and increased volume.Infa has in my view been leaky and maybe the cats out of the bag on short term news .
....... not having a very good day !!! Babbers !!
Stifler In relation to your 07.47 post you are with respect displaying a lack of knowledge in relation to administrative law. All legal avenues cannot have been exhausted as we have yet to have a final decision on whether then ML will or will not be granted. Legal proceedings can drag on for years yet.
All legal avenues have been exhausted. I cannot see a judicial review being granted. They already know.
Regarding a judicial review. What you need to understand is anyone can call for one.
Very few are granted..so that means it will not get to a review.
There is no further information to review.
Stokey. Just to refresh our minds on the new legislation that may effect the rapid granting of the ML click this post and change to thread view above.
Tango I think you are right there
Chrisatrdg In relation to your 18.19 post there was a recent thread where a recent act of the Northern Ireland Assembly was discussed. This Act had the effect that planning decisions did not have to go to the executive I suspect that the ML may be covered by this provision. I had a healthy discussion on the point of a public enquiry on #infa and the problem I was having was to see what additional information a public enquiry would generate that would not have already been raised in the prior consultations.
Hi stokey12 - I believe that going to the Executive is one of the options open along with a possible 'Public Enquiry'.
To explain what a public inquiry is, the following information as taken from the Institute for Government website https://www.instituteforgovernment.org.uk/explainers/public-inquiries:
· Public inquiries are major investigations – convened by a government minister – that can be gifted special powers to compel testimony and the release of other forms of evidence.
· The only justification required for a public inquiry is the existence of “public concern” about a particular event or set of events.
Chrisatrdg In relation to your 16.28 post why do you think the ML will go to the executive? I suspect that the Minister will sit on it until just before the summer recess then make a decision so members of the Assembly would not be able to ask questions for a couple of months.
ThisTimeNextYeer - I think you have got it & it just joins up the dots hopefully news this month. There is a rather large unoccupied dock at H&W that could fit 2 cruise ships at any one time & would make it a more cost effective contract. In the meanwhile we await news on the ML which if it is to go before the Executive of NI for a final decision we will not hear anything soon.I am still showing 'Strong Buy'.
