Pretty much come full circle. lol
First purchase, 20/01/2012. Shares in issue 90,991,599. Sp 13p.
By end of 2019 the sp had dropped by some 97% and the issue had increased by almost 4000%.
Didn't add the 2020 data into the spreadsheet, but a few more placings and a consolidation later and back to where I started, issue wise. Funny old world, eh. :)

I wish you well...
but a lot has been done in a year...despite what the share price says..and buying up the dilution "could" well turn out to be a good thing in terms of what return the Saipem side of the business provides ongoing or indeed the possibility of the WDV project ....etc
Appledore is of course very much in its early days and Harland & Wolff and the WDV project would be excellent if it all works through to contract, which was suggested to be decided by June 2021
" Once contracted, each vessel would be expected to generate revenues for Harland & Wolff of between £340 million and £360 million over the 24-30 month period of fabrication, followed by additional revenues if further through-life support contracts are secured.
Whilst both parties intend on executing a contract to build the vessels by the end of June 2021, it should be noted that this LoI currently does not provide for any binding obligations on either party at this point and should not, therefore, be construed to be a binding fabrication / build contract. "
so...if that comes through....patience would be rewarded . :-) ..plenty going on with fingers in various pies of course ...
I don't think any LTH of INFA can be accused of lacking patience.
42% dilution at a share price we were sitting on a year ago says it all.
Pokerchips.
Good point ,made a lot of money today on other shares ,guess where's its going DYOR.....
Bubble2021,
It is very clear that as the average attention span drops to that below a goldfish ...the level of patience is rapidly heading in the same direction
Onwards and upwards all lths and newbies Patience is indeed a virtue !!:):),wait till those contracts start coming in as JW has stated
I told you all there was no worry. "oh noooooo the placing hasn't been announced as finished 5 hours later, there's no interest!!!!!!!"
Onwards and upwards
Phew !!!!!!!! Following todays placing RNS we are now back in business. The SP drop has been a bit of a hit for all shareholders & hopefully now we can recoup our costs & look forward to a reasonable return. All we need now is the ML resolved however I am not sure JW can go out to the market again unless we show ourselves capable of winning further contracts & show that we are a true 'Going Concern' & can generate our own working capital.Onwards & upwards.
12,160,353 Ordinary Shares have been conditionally placed pursuant to the First Placing - trading from 07th May
22,172,981 Ordinary Shares have been conditionally placed pursuant to the Second Placing - to be voted on - 24th May
From 07th May - 93,617,102 Ordinary Shares in issue
The Group is pleased to announce that a total of 34,333,334 Placing Shares have been successfully placed at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share, with new and existing investors, which, has conditionally raised gross proceeds of £10.3 million (net proceeds of approximately £9.6 million after expenses).
The Placing Shares together represent 42.15% of the Existing Shares.
Result of Placing
"Further to the announcement made on 4 May 2021 by the Company in connection with the proposed placing to raise a minimum of £9 million (the "Placing Announcement"), Infrastrata, a company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that it has conditionally raised total gross proceeds of £10.3 million before expenses under the Placing at an Issue Price of 30 pence per share, following the closing of the accelerated bookbuild"
John Wood, CEO of InfraStrata commented: "I am grateful for the support shown by our shareholders through this process. The Company is on the cusp of a transformational change following the award of the Saipem contract. We believe that this contract is the first of many that will flow through our yards over the forthcoming months and years. Key to winning and delivering on these large contracts is the ability to demonstrate a strong balance sheet and liquidity within the Company's operations. This placing will achieve both these objectives and we look forward to making further announcements on contracts in due course."
I wonder if Killik will take part in the placing .They did keep increasing their holding a while ago.
Meant hit the bid.
Si_Derman
yeah..maybe cos no one here would pay for it..just want it all..FREE.. ..despite them having to pay whoever created "the technology "
The London Stock Exchange doesn't show it either... but then again that site is more for people who don't need it
Hi Speedy. There is no doubt in my mind that it is a rigged system .If you are not part of that system you are greatly disadvantaged. The smart money buys in low and sells out high so if we can watch for obvious buying when the sp is low we can stand a chance of getting some gains.Large trades THAT HIT THE BOD when a company s sp is at a low are an example of a giveaway alongside increased negative posters rolling up.Lots of tricks and conversely when sp,s hit highs lots of pie in the sky valuations from posters.
I think what Speedy was saying is that the technology exists that if they actually wanted to display the trade data accurately they could. They choose not to.
Have ordered a grip. But it's showing as not ordered. Might have to go to the shop, just to make sure. :)
" When you make a transaction, click buy or sell, does the confirmation tell you something different? "
Speedy_Gonzalez,
what anything on this earth tells you depends on how you have learnt to define anything...
In the West we may see RED as a warning ..over in China they may see it " Happiness, Success and Good Fortune "
If you buy shares that I am selling and we make a trade .... why are you so obsessed in thinking that you should see it as a buy and I cannot see it as a sell ??
NigelH. Did you read the context of my post? When you make a transaction, click buy or sell, does the confirmation tell you something different? When you CC an email, does it go to the wrong recipient? When you type NO, does it say ON? That's called technology! Trying to discredit my honest statements can only mean you're part of the rigged system.
"...yet the heart of western democracy and the financial system deliberately deceives the little punters......."
Providing loans to small businesses, profits for pension funds to redistribute and now money to help businesses survive a pandemic.
Go and live in North Korea!
I think private investors expect to be spoon fed sometimes...
we are little fish in a big ocean.... there is only one ocean..no little side paddling pool to stay safe in..
If you want better..buy into a fund...use a financial adviser.... pay for an analyst to given you a detailed company report and advice...
The idea that PI's should have free broker fees, free financial news, free market data and an explanation of what an RNS means because they don't understand it....is just misplaced..
the market don't use stupid red and blue buy/sell markers ....get a grip !
Razor, we have had no release of fabrication work to start until July, and a few ships a month will NOT cover the running.
The main requirement here is FID for the IM project that should inject transforming revenue into the group and we can not wait till the Autumn IMHO
The docks aren't empty and neither are the yards. Have you read any of the RNS in recent months or the reports by some posters here who have actually seen the docks with ships in them?
jfk9- I'm not putting any more in, not to be in the same position 12 months later, INFA need to start performing, empty docks empty fabrication yards and an ever increasing payroll. That is probably what the II's are thinking. It is ok spouting "PIPELINE" well after 18 months nothing of any significance has landed, the £26m contract was already there (accept it needed converting).
It is OK for JW and Arun they got there money back and a load of shares. until there is a significant increase in turnover I will keep sitting on my hands, If JW and Arun give the £2m back that's 50% of the performance bond.
I think that next time the BoD should not make decisions based on what politicians say they will do. At the time of Appledore purchase are illustrious Prime Minister was at the Shipyard making promises of work to come. Nine months later still waiting for him to make good on his promises. If HMG had kept to its word I doubt that this placing would have been necessary.
Taking all the information that I have been able to verify I am now of the view that this is a buy due to the long term prospects. For personal reasons I am not taking part in the open offer.
