HumpyDumpy. Your last post made interesting reading.
We all have aversions of some stocks and perhaps might share our opinion once or twice on that forum.
I cannot understand why you keep posting here, as you clearly do not like this company. Just an observation.
Believe it or not I donât have a vendetta against this company so this will be my last post. The reason I have posted on this is that the general popular belief seems to be that all law firms are successful, lawyers are loaded, so how can you not make money on this at such a low level. I can kind of understand that, but my problem with this company is that it doesnât seem to know what it is or what it wants. That in my opinion is extraordinarily dangerous. Unless you are a magic circle or massive US law firm, you simply canât afford to take the risks they took with Arden and take your eye off your core business. Yes, thereâs a new broom here, but so far as I can see the reputational damage has already been done, and I simply cannot see how their bizarre mixture of international practice and low margin high street type work (as practised out of Bristol for example) works. Law firms are not cheap to run. They have massive fixed overheads and for the type of work you need to do to earn money you need big reputations. I think that is what they have thrown away and for that reason I would never invest here. Anyway, thatâs my view and each is entitled to their own. I hope for holders the firm turns its fortunes around and you earn some good returns, but Iâll park my money elsewhere. Good luck all.
On my watch list. The fundermentals are looking more attractive since Arden decision.
Maybe its an age thing, but I am taking far longer to make buy, sell decisions on long term investments this year. Been trading Avon, but thats about it. Just thinking aloud.
Certainly some good bargains about, this company appearing to be one of them.
Warm regards to all.
In a statement to the London Stock Exchange today, Ince said the âmacro-economic headwindsâ experienced by capital markets in London have delayed a substantial part of Ardenâs transaction pipeline.
The statement added: âIn addition, the continuing pressure on revenues and operating margins within the small cap broking sector has increased the requirement for investment and scale in Ardenâs business, at a time when Ince is least able to make such a commitment.â
Ardenâs most recent audited annual results, for the year to 31 October 2021, show revenues of ÂŁ9.28m and a profit before tax of ÂŁ850,000, with net assets of ÂŁ5.76m.
Thus we have sold ÂŁ6 million for ÂŁ1 million weird working Indeed
It`s disappointing that Arden Partners was revalued at so little by Ince `s BOD .
That said a refocus was in order to stop he sliding value of Ince Itself .
The future continues to brighten
Outstanding
....sell on, move on. Get on.
Buy it, wreck it, sell it.
Looks like things are still going in the right direction .
Our patience should be rewarded further in 2023 .
Best of luck All Shareholders.
Outstanding
Hi JL76 - fair play itâs going up at the mo, but this ainât my bag.
HumpTy DumpTy
Time to admit youâre wrong.
?? wha lol
Agreed InvestorStallone. Maybe it doesn't bode well. Who knows. Time will tell.
HumpyDumpy, BLM was merged with Clyde & Co after 24 years of service, so I find your "third law firm" and "bodes well!!!" comment not well researched.
30p is on the horizon, despite Our resident Doom mongers .
I think you'll see that this has been on other people's radars for a lot longer than that JL76 - and not for good reasons. Looking at the other companies you have commented on you are clearly a bottom feeder. Nothing wrong with that in itself, but don't pretend you know anything about this business. If you're having a punt, have a punt, no problem with that - but don't allude to having some kind of inside track on this if you don't (which I'm pretty confident you don't). If you do, you should not of course be posting anything about this company.
I see from the RNS there's a new appointment today, and this appears to have been at least the third law firm they've been at within the past 5 years. Bodes well!!
Iâve been buying INCE for 5 weeks and only mentioned it on in all day Iâve been holding
It was such an obvious buy some people saw it others didnât
We move on
Sharebel - If the share price is really influenced by one 18 year old spewing garbage on a board I really do fear for us all! No idea what is causing the rise here, but like you I wouldn't touch this with a barge pole.
Having said that, if JL76 is a day trader and just made some profit, fair play to him. I'm not into day trading so days like this are inconsequential to me. My only concern is if some easily influenced people actually act on the rubbish that he has posted across multiple boards. Do your own research people!!!
INCE flying
NFX volume all of a sudden has increased. Just before the live webinar starts
So JL or should we give you a new moniker Pinocchio
âTry networking, Iâve been buying INCE for 4
Weeks and never mentioned it.â
Just wait and see. It doesnât need 3 months for the turnaround it is imminent. Letâs catch up next Thursday â
Youâve never mentioned it ?
LOL LOL LOL youâve been spamming boards cross ramping left right and centre telling all whoâll listen to buy INCE the arrogant misleading cheek but weâre used to that on other boards he populates with his nonsense posting fake news and misleading information. I would not believe a thing he posts here. Hope no-one has been dragged in here on the back of what heâs said!
IMHO DYOR GLA
Oh weâre here JL so where do we start wow youâve really been ramping the life out of this stock to get people to buy so you can exit like the institutional investors have done wait for the next holdings in company TR1 like confetti to tell holders theyâve reduced further.
Time to sell up on the rise as itâll fall back below your âaverageâ again lol - youâve been on every board doing other stocks down and convincing all and sundry to buy here. The reason this fell is still the reason it will fall again that reason hasnât magically disappeared and which is why I wouldnât touch this with a barge pole. Feel free to filter me JL76 feel free
IMHO DYOR GLA BUYTHEDIP
I'm here JL76!!
Whereâs all the naysayers. Hahahahahahahaha
Yes just as I though 9.6p is the 50% retracement of the fall that commenced in July this year. I don't think we will be constrained by this one now. The gap will be filled all the way to 12p and then we will take a rest up there waiting on some further catalysts
Zoom out and you will see that there is nothing in the way of resistance to 12p on this one. 9.6 maybe some sort of Fibonacci level you are seeing but there is no previous buyers between where we are now and 12p. The chances are we fill this gap all the way to 12p.
